It‘s more likely that the touch screen wasn’t properly synced and/or very sensitive. As an election worker in Indiana, I have worked on touch screen machines before and had similar problems. Plus, you have the opportunity to review and make changes to your ballot before you submit it.

JMoore, the facts are not in however, history has shown countless times that
voter fraud benefits Democrats. Senitive screens, malfuntioning machines
absented ballots, etc…perhaps reasons, but not plausible. Sorry to disagree
but, if you are a resonable person, the conclusion must be fraud.

No one should be surprised by this. For the last 4 years, we have known, seen, and learned what the progressives are and how they accomplish the task. The lie without reservation, they twist anything and everything as to further their agenda, and they attack relentlessly with their propaganda no matter how far fetched. This has been the norm for them. They have no shame, no conscience, and no fears. Remember, as long as you are for the progressives and their agenda, their god barry and his administration will not pursue or even argue the facts or truths. They turn their heads and then they protect. What’s really sad is that they, the progressives, are dug in deeper than ticks on a bore hog.

President Barack Obama himself fashioned the metaphor that has become the Democrat strategy for the November election. I call it the “Car in the Ditch” metaphor. He is so proud of it – he has used it more than once already. Here is the metaphor, and my reaction to it:

“You had a group of folks who drove the economy, drove the country, drove our car into the ditch,” Mr. Obama told some 200 party faithful sipping sauvignon blanc by the pool Monday night at a Los Angeles fund-raiser. “We put on our boots and walked into the ditch — it’s muddy and hot and dusty and bugs everywhere — and we’re pushing,” Mr. Obama said of the efforts of the White House and its Democratic partners in Congress. “And we’re slipping and sliding and sweating, and the other side, the Republicans, they’re standing there with their Slurpees watching us,” Mr. Obama said, building up to the punch line, which he has been refining (minus the Slurpees) for several months. “Finally, we get this car to level ground. Finally, we’re ready to move forward, go down that road once again to American prosperity, and what happens? They want the keys back.” “Well, you can’t have the keys back,” he said to cheers in Milwaukee on Monday. “You don’t know how to drive. You got us into the ditch.”

This is genius, don’t you think? Here is my reaction:

“What good is it to get the car out of the ditch if all you’re going to do is to drive it over a cliff?”

Obama recently followed up by saying that, in terms of hope and change, you want to put your car in “D” and not in “R.” A really cute play on words, except that, again, if you’re headed at breakneck speed toward the edge of a cliff, you do NOT want your car in “D.”

PLEASE, PLEASE,PLEASE… When you go to your place to VOTE double and tripple check your ballot BEFORE you push the VOTE button. Don’t let this happen anywhere else in this GREAT country. This fraud MUST STOP here and now. This is a must read I got in my e-mail today. Hope you all like it as much as I did…………. Charley Reese’s final column for the Orlando Sentinel…..

Charley Reese is retiring. His last column is this one. I know many will miss this southern gentleman..
He had a great run and we are all better off for it.
Farewell, Mr. Reese, and thank you.
Charley Reese has been a journalist for 49 years.

Be sure to read the Tax List at the end.

This is about as clear and easy to understand as it can be – read it!! The article below is completely neutral, not anti republican or democrat Charlie Reese, a retired reporter for the Orlando Sentinel, has hit the nail directly on the head, defining clearly who it is that in the final analysis must assume responsibility for the judgments made that impact each one of us every day. It’s a short but good read. Worth the time. Worth remembering!

    545 vs. 300,000,000

    545 PEOPLE –By Charlie Reese

Politicians are the only people in the world who create problems and then campaign against them..

Have you ever wondered, if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits?

Have you ever wondered, if all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes,WHY do we have inflation and high taxes?

You and I don’t propose a federal budget. The President does.

You and I don’t have the Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations. The House of Representatives does.

You and I don’t write the tax code, Congress does.

You and I don’t set fiscal policy, Congress does.

You and I don’t control monetary policy, the Federal Reserve Bank does

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court justices equates to 545 human beings out of the 300 million are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems that plague this country.

I excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank.

I excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a President to do one cotton-picking thing. I don’t care if they offer a politician $1 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator’s responsibility to determine how he votes.

Those 545 human beings spend much of their energy convincing you that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

What separates a politician from a normal human being is an excessive amount of gall. No normal human being would have the gall of a Speaker, who stood up and criticized the President for creating deficits…… The President can only propose a budget. He cannot force the Congress to accept it.

The Constitution, which is the supreme law of the land, gives sole responsibility to the House of Representatives for originating and approving appropriations and taxes. Who is the speaker of the House? Nancy Pelosi. She is the leader of the majority party. She and fellow House members, not the President, can approve any budget they want. If the President vetoes it, they can pass it over his veto if they agree to.

It seems inconceivable to me that a nation of 300 million cannot replace 545 people who stand convicted — by present facts — of incompetence and irresponsibility. I can’t think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to those 545 people. When you fully grasp the plain truth that 545 people exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist.

If the tax code is unfair, it’s because they want it unfair..

If the budget is in the red, it’s because they want it in the red ..

If the Army & Marines are in Iraq and Afghanistan it’s because they want them in Iraq and Afghanistan …

If they do not receive social security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it’s because they want it that way.

There are no insoluble government problems.

Do not let these 545 people shift the blame to bureaucrats, whom they hire and whose jobs they can abolish; to lobbyists, whose gifts and advice they can reject; to regulators, to whom they give the power to regulate and from whom they can take this power. Above all, do not let them con you into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like “the economy,“ ”inflation,“ or ”politics” that prevent them from doing what they take an oath to do.

Those 545 people, and they alone, are responsible.

They, and they alone, have the power..

They, and they alone, should be held accountable by the people who are their bosses.

Provided the voters have the gumption to manage their own employees…

We should vote all of them out of office and clean up their mess!

Charlie Reese is a former columnist of the Orlando Sentinel Newspaper.

What you do with this article now that you have read it……… Is up to you. This might be funny if it weren’t so true.
Be sure to read all the way to the end:

    Tax his land,
    Tax his bed,
    Tax the table,
    At which he’s fed.

    Tax his tractor,
    Tax his mule,
    Teach him taxes

    Tax his work,
    Tax his pay,
    He works for

    Tax his cigars,
    Tax his beers,
    If he cries
    Tax his tears.

    Tax his car,
    Tax his gas,
    Find other ways
    To tax his ass.

    Tax all he has
    Then let him know
    That you won’t be done
    Till he has no dough.

    When he screams and hollers;
    Then tax him some more,
    Tax him till
    He’s good and sore.

    Then tax his coffin,
    Tax his grave,
    Tax the sod in
    Which he’s laid..

    Put these words
    Upon his tomb,
    Taxes drove me
    to my doom…’

    When he’s gone,
    Do not relax,
    Its time to apply
    The inheritance tax..

STILL THINK THIS IS FUNNY? Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, & our nation was the most prosperous in the world.
We had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world, and Mom stayed home to raise the kids.

The Tea Party Movement is set to sink its teeth into the November 2 election. Often referred to as “right-wing nuts,” the truth is that these people are certainly not to be feared. Over 70% of Americans agree with the bulk of what the Tea Party stands for. Are they conservative – yes. And proud of it. Proud of its history and tradition. Proud of its results, for the most part. Proud of what it represents – what it stands for. But wingnuts – naw! Not really. If you want to see extremists, try running down the roster of the Democrats in Congress. There is where you will find Al Franken and Alan Grayson and Barney Frank and Nancy Pelosi and Bob Etheridge, and Barbara Boxer, and Charlie Rangel, and Harry Reid, and Maxine Waters, and Sheila Jackson Lee, and Eric Massa, and Dennis Kucinich – to name just a few. Do you think that 70% of America supports this circus act?

You see, this election is not going to be only about right verses left. It is about much more than that. It is about right verses wrong. It is about up verses down. It is about independence verses dependence. It is about paychecks verses food stamps. It is about Capitalism verses Socialism. It is about big government verses small government. It is about freedom verses control. It is about less taxes verses more taxes. It is about a balanced budget verses no budget at all. It is about reining-in spending verses spending more and more and more and more. It is about success verses failure. It is about competence verses incompetence. It is about hope verses despair. It is about telling the truth verses being politically correct. It is about digging out verses being shoveled further in. It is about jobs verses rising unemployment. It is about the private sector verses the public sector. It is about the Constitution verses the Rules for Radicals. It is about opportunity verses entitlement. It is about winners verses losers. It is about sunlight verses darkness. It is about fiscal responsibility verses spending, deficits, and debt. It is about landmarks verses earmarks. It is about the Restoring America rally verses the OneNation rally. It is about Ronald Reagan verses George Soros. It is about good verses evil. It is about transparency verses secrecy. It’s about honesty and integrity verses smear campaigns and backroom deals. It’s about owning verses being owned. It’s about fighting against radical Islamic Jihad verses conducting “Overseas Contingency Operations.” It’s about an atmosphere of economic certainty verses the “Summer of Recovery.”

It’s about targeted spending verses “shovel-ready projects.” It’s about “passing the bill to find out what’s in it,” verses an online display of the bill so that the American public can enter the debate. It’s about drinking soda verses drinking Kool Aid. It’s about Fox News verses MSNBC. It’s about thin skin verses thick skin. It’s about the right to build a mosque at Ground Zero verses the wisdom of building a mosque at Ground Zero. It’s about “trust and verify” verses bowing to foreign leaders. It’s about personal profits verses political payoffs. It’s about bi-partisan solutions verses “ramming it down our throats.” It’s about “you’re a racist” verses “I disagree with your policies.” It is about keeping what you earn verses spreading the wealth around. It is about a free market state verses a Nanny State. It is about securing the borders verses suing the state that tries to enforce border security laws. It is about the personal right to choose verses being forced to buy insurance if you don’t want to. It is about personal liberty verses being told how to live, right down to what you eat. It is about accepting the consequences of taking risks verses bailing out failed risk takers. It is about responsibility verses rights alone. It is about public referendum verses a single judge’s decision. It is about the law verses an executive order. It is about making a decision verses appointing never-ending commissions, task forces, and czars. It is about privacy verses governmental invasion of privacy. It is about getting fair and balanced, unbiased reporting verses what we have now from the major print and electronic news media.

This is what the November 2, 2010 election is all about. And it is the Tea Party Movement that has brought these issues front and center, and kept them there. They did this in spite of the lamestream media’s attempts to ridicule them, vilify them, cover up and not report good stories about them, report misleading information about them, distort and misrepresent their members and activities, and flat-out lie to the American people about them. I believe we owe a debt of gratitude to the Tea Party Movement for raising our national consciousness, focusing us back again on the things that really matter, and being boned and filleted for, and while, doing it! My personal ‘Thank you’ to the “tea baggers!”

Liberals, by and large, are highly secular, thus their “religious” feelings of certainty and truth are transferred to their political beliefs, which they uphold as a kind of secular religion. Conservatives, by and large, hold either strong religious views or, if they are secular, are predisposed to the understanding that mankind is frail and fallible.
Most liberals are simply pseudointellectual elitists, with no scholarly understanding of either the history of civilization’s struggle to be free, or the Founders’ ideas of liberty which formed the philosophical foundation of our Declaration of Independence and later the Constitutional structure of government. Their aversion to ideas derived from Judeo-Christian writings may play a part in their ignorance of the roots of their own liberty, but the ideas they have and are embracing are counterfeit – and lead to tyranny and oppression.

Actually, it is quite simple. Conservatism is “Common Sense” and Liberalism is narcissistic “Non-sense” desperately seeking legitimacy; hence their narcissistic aire of superiority. Since liberals lack any factual basis for their beliefs, they must resort to attacking the messengers rather than the message. Pinning these people down in an argument is like trying to climb a greased pole. But they’ll keep telling us the same thing over and over – trying to force us to believe them. Remember, Obamacare is unpopular because of misinformation, not because people know what is in it. Liberals have lost sight of expressions like “Read the Bill,” and “We, the people,” and “Stop spending.” Liberals treat all American income as “theirs.” In their eyes, the money we earn is not ours; therefore, they will determine how much of our money we get to keep, and how much must be paid to them. And then, after they get “their” money from us, they determine how it will be re-distributed.

Real conservatism, understanding the underpinnings of conservatism, is an intellectual endeavor. It is not a matter of rejecting change. It is a matter of rationally, logically, preserving the very best of a society for the sake of its present and future. Modern liberalism is about emoting, about feeling good. Logic and rationality never need intrude. Even we conservatives make mistakes every so often; we just don’t base our whole life on them.

The “self-congratulation” is an emotion that makes liberals feel better – No job? Here’s some money. Pregnant and not married? Here’s some money. Sick and no insurance? Here’s some money. Mortgage underwater? Here’s some money. Liberals do not look at the past, they dream of their future. And they care not about who pays for it, or even if it is paid for at all. The word “budget” for them is relegated to the name of a car rental company.

Thomas Sowell, conservative African- American economist, put it this way: “The liberal viewpoint is one of self-congratulation. Holding all the wisdom and all the answers is evidence of superior intellect and superior humanity. Who would back down from such a lofty place in the world? Hence, they fall prey to the lack of reflection upon past policies and their effectiveness, and the repeated bleat that what is needed to make a failed policy work is “more money.” Anyone who questions them must be a big bad villain who enjoys being mean.” As Margaret Thatcher so aptly opined, “The problem with Socialism is that eventually you run out of other people’s money.”

I’m a Democrat, hear me roar,
And here’s the things that I stand for:

*continuously lying to the people, and doing so without remorse.

*taking the U.S. out of a world leadership role and molding us into a second-tier country.

*thinking that the U.N. has some useful purpose.

*ruining our children and grandchildrens’ futures by creating massive amounts of debt through out-of-control spending.

*championing senior citizens while taking a half trillion dollars from them to fund ObamaCare.

*accepting 10% unemployment as the new normal.

*creating class warfare which pits one group against another (non-union vs. union; rich vs. poor; black vs. white, etc…).

*trampling all over the Constitution – the document that enabled us to become who we are. Or were.

*shutting down public debate by playing the race/bigot card when we are losing the argument.

*destroying the best health care system in the world and replacing it with job-killing, budget-busting ObamaCare.

*using the pandering, drooling, slobbering lamestream media as cover for incompetence, corruption, and deception.

*reducing our military strength any way I can.

*rigging elections through voter fraud schemes.

*attempting to smear an opponent’s character when I have no viable policy achievements to advance.

*promoting the view that America is an oppressive nation which needs to apologize to the rest of the world.

*spreading the wealth around by punishing success and rewarding failure.

*creating a Nanny State where over half the people pay no taxes and have no investment in the future other than to be taken care of.

*solving one entitlement crisis by creating another entitlement program.

*picking winners and losers in the private sector via bailouts.

*taking control over as many elements of the private sector as possible.

*growing the size of government while shrinking the size of business in the private sector.

*stimulating the economy by spending money we don’t have through borrowing and printing more.

*allowing the Federal Reserve to operate in secret.

*encouraging homebuyers to sign onto mortgages we know they can’t afford.

*not securing our borders so that illegal immigrants can continue to flood in unabated.

*containing Iran once they have achieved nuclear weapon status.

*talking down to the American public by referring to them as stupid, unmotivated, and ill-informed.

    *implementing taxpayer-funded abortions on demand.

*referring to our extreme, radical, Muslim Jihadist enemies as anything but “terrorists.”

*refusing to use the God-given natural resources we have in abundance so that windmills and solar panels and ethanol and battery-operated cars can thrive.

*opposing the death penalty in all circumstances while supporting abortion and infanticide.

*violating our Second Amendment rights by banning guns.

*rigging data to persuade folks that global warming or climate change actually is a real thing.

*suing one of our own sovereign states, which has been massively failed, and which is trying to enforce federal law to manage their problem.

*trying terrorists in civil courts as civilians.

*promoting racial, ethnic, and Progressive preferences in academia and the business world alike.

    *sucking up to unions.

*applying standards to everyone else that do not apply to liberals.

*ramming through legislation the people do not want any parts of because I know better, and because I want to establish a legacy.

*discriminating against white voters through the Department of Justice.

*passing legislation which nobody has read.

*promoting food stamps to stimulate the economy.

    *extending unemployment benefits infinitely.

And this is just a partial list. There are dozens more examples that could be posted here. Sad isn’t it. This progressive agenda is what we are up against . . . but November 2 is upon us!

~Breaking: 2010: Democrats Set Records for Dirtiest Election Ever: Democrats Backing Fake Tea Party Candidates: Increasingly desperate and fearful of a GOP takeover of Congress, the Democratic Party is secretly supporting fake tea party and other third-party candidates in the hopes of diverting votes from Republican contenders. The stunning conclusion was made in a page one story headlined “Democrats Back Third Parties to Siphon Votes” – a report by correspondent Jim Rutenberg and published in Saturday editions. The story was reported thusly: “The efforts are taking place across the country with varying degrees of stealth. And in many cases, they seem to hold as much risk as potential reward for Democrats, prompting accusations of hypocrisy and dirty tricks from Republicans and the third-party movements that are on the receiving end of the unlikely, and sometimes unwelcome, support.” “It is one of the dirtiest moves ever,” Rep. Kevin McCarthy, R-CA commented. “It’s not as though the Democrats are playing to compete against the third party — they’re helping to build the third party up to make those votes not count.” The story further detailed numerous races across the U.S. where a “Tea Party” candidate has been working to siphon votes from the Republican candidate. In a close race this third party effort could throw the election to the Democrat. Arguably, the most serious effort is taking place in Nevada where reporters say supporters of Harry Reid are backing a “Tea Party” candidate named Scott Ashjian. Surprise. Surprise. Surprise. While the cream always rises to the surface, the scum always settles to the bottom. All this coming from the Obama-mouthpiece lamestram media. It will be wonderful to send a large group of these smarmy, corrupt people home where maybe, just maybe, they will be around the country class long enough to find out what is really going on in this country.

Same deal in Washington state in 2000 in the governors race- 3 recounts- Rossi wins the 1st two- on the third- “magic ballots” appeared and put Gregoire over the top- where were they before the recount? no one knows- flash forward 1.5 years and they discover they were fraudulent- but the damage was done and certified.
Watch the Wa state race to see if Murray “magically” wins… over, yep- Rossi. The Dems in Wa are very sore losers and will do ANYTHING to win!!

If my arthritis didn’t hurt so bad, I‘d like to slap Larry Lomax’s lips for that “old fogey” crack. Perhaps he also thinks that elder Americans should be denied the right to vote.

Whether or not there was an attempt at voter fraud, I am heartened that voters would be careful enough to raise issues such as this.

To paraphrase, “When I fear and distrust my government, that’s tyranny. When my government fears and distrusts me, that’s freedom.”

I believe the lady this happened too. The voting in Arkansas in the 2006 elections. They rushed a new electroic voting machine to all polling stations instead of the paper ballots. When my husband and I voted we had a guy watching over us the whole time we were voting. There was a big check mark and also a vote button and we were told to press the check mark it would still be counted as a vote. (We vote Republican ) The people working the voting station announced to everyone, ” Oh you vote Republican don’t you,” before we voted. Lo and behold we were watching a Dan Rather special on a cable channel when voter fraud came on about Arkansas election 2006. They had rigged the machine somehow for the paper to slip up where the vote did not count if you were voting Republican. There was a guy running for office on the Republican ticket and voted for himself and did not have one vote registered. Remember that year Hillary Clinton said she was going to have 10,000 attorneys at voting stations to make sure everything went right. The Democrats won. A big surprise. Cheating is the name of their game and will go to any lenght to achieve it.

Agreed, in AZ we are having the same problems in parts of our state, personally anyone caught in the act of commiting the voter fraud – from the bottom of the chain to the top – should be investigated and prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law allowed. And if it turns out a politician is involved and guilty of the crimes, they too should receive punishment after a trial, just as everyone else does.

Just figure it this way, voter fraud in the ballots, and one Federal Activist Judge with the Progressive bent then the entire system is vulnerable to a judicial selected canidate taking the seat.

It’s also very easy to document. Take your cell phone in with you. Document anything that seems funny with your cell phone camera. Most cell phones have a video mode-even without a memory card I can get several minutes of video. I believe there is corruption here. Election fraud is the easiest way they have to silence the majority-It has many benefits for them. They can spin it to convince you that you are actually in the minority. They can use it as a call to arms to the special interest groups. If there is a rebellion of some kind they can use it to get the military involved to quell a violent ‘minority’ (even though it’s against the Constitution). Election fraud is worth the risks for them. And they have plenty of scapegoats….

We do not have a Govt controlled religons but, we should treat the right to vote as SACRED! and ANY attempt at voter fraud should be a 25 yr sentence minimum per occurance. Tamper with 2 machines? 50 yrs! stand out in front of a polling place with a billy club a la New Black Panther party. 25 yrs for each of the 200 people that went in to vote.

I saw a man that once shot a police officer while commiting a crime (stupid) The judge gave him 6 life sentences. He said “Your homor I cannot do 6 life sentences” The Judge was like, “Just do as many as you can son, do as many as you can” Thats how we should treat voter fraud and intimidation in this country. ,
