Our so called servants openly flaunt the restraints we put around them with a Constitution, even openly mocking us when we call for them to get back in order and follow the law we set down for them. We have thousands and thousands of laws, and they are growing at a rate of 200 pages per day (I hear) with no signs of stopping. We cannot possible know nor follow that many laws, and are thus criminals guilty of *something*. Yet our servants necessarily have no power if they decide to disregard the rules we put in place as a condition for them to have power. Why then are we allowing this lawless action to take place?
I say, disregard them and their so called “laws”, instead opting to obey a just, fair and humane moral law and our tradition of common law, and defund this beast once and for all.

The mayor and the townspeople couldn’t get rid the pigeons, and the entire town was full of pigeon droppings. The people of the town couldn’t walk on the sidewalks or drive on the roads. It was costing a fortune to try to keep the streets and sidewalks clean.
One day a man came to Town Hall and offered the Mayor a proposition. “I will rid your beautiful town of its plague of pigeons without cost to the city. But, you must promise not to ask me any questions – or you can pay me ten million dollars and ask me only one question.” The Mayor considered the offer briefly, and accepted the free proposition.

Re-interpret to appease certain groups for those groups benefit. Do that, and you have squabbling ethnicities vying for special favors for their group.
Do not do that, and you force those groups to abide by ‘our’ laws.
You have two choices. Either abide by our Constitution, which will force assimilation, or continue down the path we are on.
It is apparent to me at least that the Repub’s will not stand as a party. We need a Constitutionalist Party who will not deviate from our laws. The Tea Party may be that party. Clearly, people associated with the TP are Constitutionalists. Many are fluent with our founding principles.
The hateful rhetoric you see and hear about the Tea Party is either generated from complete ignorance or from Progressives and the like who know full-well that if Constitutional Government is restored, the fundamental transformation our Prez wants will not happen.

The people that would flood here are poorly educated, lack useful job skills and are unable to speak the language. This means they will be dependents on the entitlement system and will remain on it for a decade or longer since they will not be able to obtain high paying jobs to afford the cost of living. Center for immigration studies found many immigrants even after obtaining a higher education will retain the entitlements as they like the extra income. So why should we import more poor who do not want to integrate, who we need to care for like children with entitlements and then watch their children lower the standards at public schools? LAUSD has a near 70% hispanic dropout rate. What jobs will a high school dropout hold? How will they care for multiple children with no education?
Sorry but I refuse to work to have a portion of my taxes used to provide a lifestyle for someone that illegally entered the country who would normally not be allowed in due to them becoming a drain on the entitlement system. We already have more than enough unskilled labor, this means any more that come here will not be able to find work and will seek out our entitlement system. Two illegal parents with a child born in the USA are given access to every single entitlement program. In Los Angeles over 70% of immigrants are on one type of entitlement program. In Los Angeles 82% of immigrants without a high school diploma are on multiple entitlements. This is not sustainable. When a massive flood of poorly educated people come here who do not possess complex job skills, they are dependents like children and will be a massive fiscal drain. Do liberals understand that our economy must grow more each year to be able to provide employment and entitlements for the new border crossers?
Mexico is a resource rich country, they have oil, precious metals, minerals and other key raw materials. DId you know they are in the top 5 countries we purchase oil from? Why do we send them billions and the pay us back by flooding our country with the poor they refuse to care for? They have vast quantities of land in a warm climate. The more that move here, the more it places a strain on our environment. They should develop their own country and eject the corrupt political class & drug cartels who block any progress.
Immigrate legally, prove you are healthy, are educated and capable of sustaining yourself 100%. Unless you can contribute to our tax system instead of draining it, you are not welcome. Ellis Island did not have stacks of applications for welfare & section 8, those that went through there came here to work three jobs so their kids had better lives, not harm America by draining its coffers.

It asked me who I’as gonna vote for, I said,”Not sure, they‘re both crooked as a dog’s hind leg.” It asked me what was most important issue ? I answered,”Immigration.” it asked me, what I would rather the Texas National Guard do; build a fence, or arrest and detain illegals. I answered,” How about ya have ‘em start shootin on sight, then they would stop comin over !” Damn PC came back Quick, and said,”Thank you, we don’t Neeeed your opinion.” And hung up ! ! ! I laughed so hard my sides hurt ! ! ! I was NOT kissing. We have the most humane and compassionate immigration laws on this planet. If they will not go by them, they need to be willing to suffer the consequences.

If this country was oppressive as Gutierrez would like his constituents to believe, they would have all been detained for deportation before he uttered the words “babies ripped from their mothers….” and he would have been giving his speech to crickets.

Since Gutierrez fears that Republicans won’t grant mass amnesty for millions of illegal aliens, his only hope is Barack Obama and the Democrats… Now, since they’re not exactly getting the job done, he‘s threatening the Democrats that they will lose the Latinos’ votes in the next election…
My only question is… Where else can all of these illegal aliens go? My suggestion is… Perhaps these illegal aliens should head back home and work to make their own country better…

There are 50,000 illegal Irish in this country who have over stayed their visas, and, factoring in other Europeans the number rises to nearly half a million. Can you imagine the outcry and screams of racism if a white politician constantly harped on legalizing them to the exclusion of all other matters?
This man doesn’t want justice. He doesn’t want equality. He wants to flood the country with what he considers to be his own people so he can change the demographs of this nation to one that is Spanish speaking, with al the attendant traditions and culture of his old country that he still gives his loyalty to, not America.
Americans want what is best for their country. Racists want what is best for their old country and people.
This has got to stop if we are to be one nation united, rather than a conglomeration of squabbling tribes as Teddy Roosevelt described. Minority racism is not called out by the press and politicians and because of their silence they encourage it.

The Hispanic’s erroneous belief that we “stole” their land is being used as a reason for them not to assimilate. The most humerous thing is that they think if we “give it back”, that the infrastructure will stay. They think they will still get all the freebies they’re getting now. Personally, I will be practicing the “Scorched Earth”mentality, if I’m ever forced to leave my home. I will BURN IT TO THE GROUND before I leave it for someone else. Fortunately, I am surrounded by like-minded neighbors. The entire valley we live in will be burned. Anything in our exit path will likewise be burned. Our laws say that any citizen 18 years or more can vote, but shockingly large numbers of people do not register to vote, and of those who are registered, a large percentage do not bother to vote. In fact, the United States ranks 114th in voter turnout in all elections from 1945-1998, compared with other democracies.
Why don’t people vote?
One major reason is that many voters feel that they don’t have a real choice. They feel that between the two major political parties and their candidates there generally is not too much difference.
Many Americans want an alternative. But — and here is the hitch — independents and alternative parties find the cards stacked against them. A maze of laws and regulations, varying from state to state, is like a barbed-wire fence around the polls.
Most Americans don’t know these facts about the electoral process:
It takes 675,000 petition signatures for an independent or minor party presidential candidate to get on the ballot in all 50 states — that is 26 times the number needed by a Democratic presidential candidate.
Requirements for a minor party candidate to get on the ballot increased tenfold from 1930 to 1980 — while the U.S. population increased only two times.
Discriminatory filing fees hit only independent or minor party candidates.
Sky-high signature requirements exist in many states. Examples: California — 140,149 (in 15 weeks); Oklahoma — 58,552; Maryland — 69,500; North Carolina — 43,601.
Besides these huge signature requirements, there are many obstacles to voter registration, particularly evident against Blacks and Hispanics. All of these are barriers to ballot access. They consume the limited resources of alternative parties and independents and leave them with little with which to carry on effective communication with the voting public.
When independents and minor parties do manage to get on the ballot, the major media studiously ignores them. There are no “Meet the Press” or “Face the Nation” network shows for these candidates.
Few alternative parties have access to the massive funds, private or public, to enable them to buy time in the electronic media or space in print publications to state their case to the voters. Thus, they may get on the ballot in some states, but they can’t get a broad hearing to advance their views.
An egregious example
Georgia has had fewer presidential candidates on the ballot in the last 30 years than any other state. Georgia’s state definition of “political party” is a group that receives 20% of the vote for president in the entire USA, or 20% for Governor of Georgia. No party other than the Democrats and Republicans has met that definition in Georgia since 1912 (when the Progressive “Bull Moose” Party got 27% for president in the entire USA).
