New Biographer Claims Broke 19-Year-Old Frank Sinatra Made Porn Film

“‘I’ve Got the World on a String,“ ”Come Fly with Me,“ maybe even ”Love and Marriage,” everyone has a favorite Frank Sinatra song. One of the biggest celebrities of the Twentieth Century, Sinatra’s personal life is a subject that entertainment journalists have dissected and the public speculated for decades. However, a new biography by sensationalist Hollywood biographer Darwin Porter gets far deeper under the skin than any other work on Ol’ Blue eyes.Daily Mail on the alleged discovery of perhaps Sinatra’s earliest film:
“Struggling to get his singing career started, a homeless and hungry Frank Sinatra was persuaded to appear in a porn film, according to a new biography.
He was paid $100 for his contribution to a 1934 movie called The Masked Bandit at the age of 19 – and spent the rest of his life hoping it would stay a secret.
The claim is made by Darwin Porter, who has been researching his biography, Frank Sinatra, The Boudoir Singer, for decades.”
Sinatra died in 1998, but fellow Rat Pack member Peter Lawford allegedly spilled the beans to Porter. The Daily Mail reports that Lawford knew of the tape because fellow Rat Pack member and alleged early porn collector Sammy Davis Jr. had a copy of “The Masked Bandit.” Sinatra is reportedly masked during the film while frolicking with two naked actresses. After finding out through a prank that Davis had a copy Sinatra’s teenage film experience, Ol’ Blue Eyes made Davis destroy his copy.
