New Low: Obamas Job Approval Rating Sinks Below 40% For First Time

President Barack Obama's job approval rating fell below 40 percent for the first time, according to Gallup polling data released Sunday. (AP)

President Barack Obama’s job approval rating sunk below 40 percent for the first time, according to Gallup’s daily tracking poll.

Data posted Sunday showed just 39 percent of Americans said they approve of Obama’s performance as president, while 54 percent said they disapprove.

His approval ratings have been in the 40 percent range for much of the year, ticking up to the low 50s in May when Osama bin Laden was killed.

At two and a half years into his presidency, Obama‘s approval ratings are lower than former President Bill Clinton’s were in August 1995.

Former President George W. Bush’s Gallup ratings did not drop below 40 percent until October 2005, two months after Hurricane Katrina.

Gallup polled 1,500 adults from August 11-13. The margin of error was plus or minus 3 percentage points.

      Tuck this prediction into your lock box: if Obamas poll numbers fall below 35 percent, and re-election probabilities are near zero come next august, I predict, an event will be created, and under NAtional CRISIS concerns, the elections will be postponed by Executive Order. .. what do I base my statement on? obamas propensity to do anything, by any means possible, ( see Rules for radicals.. #1 the end result justifies the means) he will refuse to relinquish power, and as we have seen, his Mission to Fundamentally Transform America, will continue, because ultimately, he would destroy if every city and litterally burn it to the ground. ( Lucifer was given a kingdom, and as stated in the preface of Rules for radicals, Alinsky gave him “an over the shoulder nod, to the first radical, who was successful enough to get his own kingdom”)… fittingly, that kingdom is always associated with Eternal Burning Fires… so ask yourselves, is my prediction really that far fetched? rule # 1 in any battle… never under estimate your opponents will to win, Especially when a radical psychotic like Obama, is cornered.

      You know the real number is lower than this. Bush was at 36% His whole last year and things were not 1/2 as bad. The Blacks will be 93% for Him if He starts shooting people. The Libterds will be 99% no matter what He does but, they’re only 10% of the people. That makes about 20%. Add 10% for the crazy mooch people and you have 30% and that’s giving Him 4 or 5 points for a kicker. He has to be at 35% or lower. It’s olny going to get worse. MUCH WORSE!

Those people, and I know many personally, do not find answers for themselves..they are too lazy.       I agree an event will be manufactured to allow for his re-election. I don’t think it will be through executive order though…..I think like the health care it will happen via slight of hand. If he loses, prepare for all out revolt by certain aspects of our society. The left and it’s dole are not known for peacefully taking a defeat. I know……I live in Wisconsin….we are being held hostage by the progressives and with every step forward we make, they drag us to court and send us three steps back.       I have to agree with you, the fact is now the nation is turning against Obama; I have warned for a fair time, and many of us have come to expect, there will be some kind of “event” or “national emergency for the duration” in which he will seize absolute power and move against a fabricated enemy, such as the tea party and the Christian Right; in a move to present himself as the saviour of the nation.

      Having avoided all secular media for nearly two years, while studying and teaching out of the Bible, I spoke to my brother and warned him in May of 2008 of this. He blamed my stance on listening to Rush, which I had never done before. I then went on to show him the things that the Lord had shown me about who is in office now. While telling him this I had to explain to him how what he may have thought to be an archaic book was where I got my information from. Mainly this information was given to me by this books writer. Yes, if you have not figured this out I am talking about God, His Book and what He had shown me.
      These things have now come to pass and he instead of listening and wanting more, has taunted me with the same slogans as Ed Schultz. Just like the rest of the libs.
      I pray for those that are blinded and have not sought out The Great Physician to receive their sight.

      I‘m surprised that Barack Obama’s poll rating is still that high… Look at the damage created by Obama in his first term… He has acted quite restrained as he wishes to win a second term. However, should Obama win a second term, there will be nothing holding him back from doing just whatever he has to do to “fundamentally transform the United States of America.”

Agenda will use executive order or some other means to stop the election. The only way this won’t happen is if the right(wrong) candidate comes along to fulfill the agenda. Then there would be no need for any crisis or intervention to postpone the election.       I agree with MIL DOT. The US military would have to support Obama in a take over. This will not happen. No matter how political senior officers need to be, the vast majority of the military would not support Obama. Members of the military value their oath.

As for the $1billion it will be a lot more than that… folks keep forgetting about how much money Soros pumps in through the hundreds of shadow organizations he backs.       Actually I think we got some legal options, if he tries to cancel out the next presidential election.
      As come January 20 2013 @ noon Obama can not legally be president.
      Here’s some scenarios.
      First off, Secret Service removes Obama from the White House, which I think they could legally do.
      Legally we’d have no commander-in-chief, so the US Military has no obligations to even follow his orders.
      And if there’s no president or vice president elected, the Speaker of the House then becomes president, and hopefully that will John Boehner or whoever the republicans elect as speaker.

      If Glenn Beck could do some research on this, it would certainly help.

      The Limbaugh summed it up the best so far, when he alluded to the fact that MOST people will “CLING to their NORMALCY BIAS” to the bitter end. What you speak of, is in fact the future we all face in this country, but it is just too much for 95% of folks to even contemplate, much less accept as a possible reality. I’ve spent 60+ years now , listening to folks tell me, “THAT JUST CAN’T HAPPEN HERE” and then damned if it didn’t “HAPPEN”.

      My parents told me this was coming 50 years ago, they just didn’t know if I would live to see it or not. I didn’t know either of course, but when Barrack Hussein Obama was actually elected President, all doubt about the timing was removed. Pity all the poor Fools that will pay the ultimate price her shortly, for their DEATH GRIP on NORMALCY.

Having Intimate Knowledge of that particular example of “Hope and Change”, I can tell anyone that we are headed for the very same situation in this country. Robert Mugabe and Barrack Hussein Obama are identical peas from the very same pod, they could be father and son.

      I can also tell you that there will be one TREMENDOUS DIFFERENCE here from Rhodesia. The “WHITE FARMERS” here won’t go quietly into the Black Communist Good Night, believing these animals can be taken at their word on anything.
