New Video Praises Days of Rage: ‘I See Corporatism, Fascism, Crony Capitalism…a Police State’

New Video Explains Days of Rage, Laments Corporatism & Fascism

Have you seen the new mini-documentary, “Nobody Can Predict the Moment of Revolution,” highlighting the Days of Rage protests and delving into the reasons why people continue to “occupy” Wall Street? Allow me to recap.

The video, which was created by Iva Radivojevic and appears to praise the leftist protest, starts with a voiceover that rails against American actions, both domestically and abroad:

“I see corporatism, fascism, crony capitalism. I don’t see a free market. I see a police state. I see an American empire. I see 700 military bases in a 135 foreign countries. I see 5,000 dead bodies in Iraq — a welfare, warfare state which gives out billions of dollars in foreign aid for dictators to build up huge armies. I see, uh, America that’s lost its way…Finally, we’ve risen up.”

Following this “uplifting” message, individuals are shown throughout the video, as people, both young and old, who attempt to explain and legitimize the protests.

One young woman says, ”It’s a model for a new society…it’s not a protest in the sense of being against something. It’s a way to formulate, um, something new.”

Another young main described it as, “A mass awareness. A mass realization…an awakening of the masses, to the, to the, to the…obstruction of justice that has been a part of our lives for too long now.”

Confused? We don’t blame you. Below, watch the full video for more:

Also, there’s a new online space for the “Occupy Wall Street” movement — OccupyTogether.org. This web site, which is apparently intended to aggregate all of the protest content, describes itself as follows:

Welcome to OCCUPY TOGETHER, a hub for all of the events springing up across the country in solidarity with Occupy Wall St. As we have followed the news on facebook, twitter, and the various live feeds across the internet, we felt compelled to build a site that would help spread the word as more protests organize across the country. We hope to provide people with information about events that are organizing, ongoing, and building across the U.S. as we, the 99%, take action against the greed and corruption of the 1%.

In what proponents are dubbing “a leaderless resistance movement,“ Americans who are angry with Wall Street continue to ”occupy” downtown Manhattan. We’ll leave you with another (borderline creepy) protest video:

I have to agree with a few things here… I see American bases all over the world as intrusions. We would it they were here in America. I believe in protecting America, but when did we get to police everyone else? That’s being a bit arrogant. besides that, businesses lobby to get laws passed so others, especially in competiting businesses have a harder time to compete. And piad off politicans help in the process. So both politican’s and big business are at fault. It’s not capitalism, it’s corruption and laws that allow the politiacans to interact with these businesses. Big pharma is one such large entity that has gained lots of power, making it illegal for people to make any claims of curing or healing beyond that of the medical profession. While there is much more to the story, they put doctors on television shows to indoctrinate everyone into believing they have all the answers and everything else is gimmicks. They done their best to hide real natural cures because they do not make money on these things. With the help of technology, now they can make even more money with multiple test, all in the name of withholding their oath, similar to those who commit to vioelnce in the name of their god. We spend billions in our little wars… instead of countering a real threat, we make them up so the military has something to do… job creation. Many of the problems our leader create are job creations, and they usually serve more than one side benefiting.

Bring the troops home, unleash the free market , end corporate cronieism,
Protect America, and if those countries want us based there, THEN WRITE

You ask WHY the American military is all over the world? Here’s why: Because AMERICA SAVED THE WORLD. No, not in the way that Jesus Christ saved the world – but from INSANE oppressive tyrants.

American blood has been spilled, and you think we should just walk away from that sacrifice?

Here’s where I have a problem – NATION-BUILDING. This is NOT what a military was designed to do. Break things & kill people. Let’s keep the main thing the main thing.

Dont be fooled people. There goal is one goal and that is Economic Justice. Also know as redisribution of wealth. This is not the american way. You have equal OPPORTUNITY to wealth in this country not equal RIGHT to wealth. DO NOT BE FOOLED. They will say some things that you and I agree with but that is not the end goal for them. I said there is ONE goal for them and they will not be satisfied untill eveyone is equally poor and the American dream of the possibility to make a good living through hard work is killed.

As y’all have said about some of these things being true. The problem with that is that almost all of it is from and because of the liberals and more lately obama. Another problem with that is that these “people” that are pulling this cr*p are for these very people and are using the destruction of this nation by the liberals and trying to take it out on the conservatives. This in effect negates every claim that these terrorists are claiming and doing. This would be like the gestapo going out and destroying as much as they can because to their thinking, “there is too much naziism in the world” so they have to go out and destroy everyone that is against naziism.

On the surface I agree with the Days of Rage claims. Corporatism:government favors corporations. Lawyers working for these corps are unconstitutionally writing laws for Congress members. Fascism. We have a DHS who considers a Christian white man to be of more danger than a jihadist Muslim. A DHS who encourages spying on your neighbor and wants to watch all your moves. But deeper down, this is a union organized protest. It could even have ties to the President himself as some of the leaders are associates of his. World News Daily did a great reporting on who’s funding and organizing this. http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=345321 What’s the goal? Mass rioting? Chaos so the President can usurp more power? Is this how a republic falls? Who knows other than this: I don’t trust him. It wouldn‘t surprise me if Obama hopes this will create mass chaos and rioting all over so he can declare martial law and suspend elections so he can be what he’s always wanted to be: A socialist-fascist dictator. After all, he is grouping together about 25,000 troops on U.S. soil and training them in anti-riot tactics.

“Why aren’t these loons in N. Korea, Iran and Cuba trying to liberate people who are ACTUALLY enslaved?”

Fighting for the freedoms of people who are unwilling to fight for their own? That sounds like the neo-con (no neo-cons are not just repubs) philosophy of spreading democracy to the world even when they don’t want it. Which is the same as the Spaniards of long ago who were ‘spreading the word’ through the edge of a sword while at the same time killing thousands and robbing them of their wealth. Here’s a novel idea: throw off the chains of bondage that we have now before we are completely enslaved. And another thing, if Glenn believed half of the stuff he says he wouldn’t have endorsed Bachmann, cuddle up to Christie or Perry. Paul is the only one who represents a return to real freedom and constitutional govt. Don’t fall for the politicians promising salvation on the basis of themselves (Perry especially).

We as Christians living in these end times are going to have to endure. The Lord has chosen us to live at this time for a reason. Just as certian people were put into place by God at the start, we have been put here to endure the end. Put on your armor daily and be ready, not just for a rapture, but to be able to be strong in the face of evil. Your strength can only come from the Holy Spirit. Put on that cloak and face the enemy with the strength of God. You absolutly can’t lose. When you read the book of Revelation it’s hard to believe that even while seeing the truth, seeing heaven and hell there are those that will choose hell. Wisdom will show you that the 2nd vid. shown here is the face of evil. satan will not come out as a snarling beast, he will present himself as this person in the mask. The grin on the face is satan smiling as he many of these down with him.

There is plenty of time before anything like that comes. God tests every generation and this is ours. Find out what you believe in and live it daily. We are living in times of crisis but there is no reason to believe our strength is insufficient to bear it.

Where may I ask can I find in the Bible the word “rapture?”

If I may quote something here, it puts it into words that I can’t: “The doctrine of the “Rapture” asserts that believers will be raised seven years before the “Revelation,” and 1,007 years before the end of the “Millennium.” But in four separate verses, Jesus Himself said believers will be raised “at the last day” (John 6:39,40,44,54). There can be no other days after the last day. So the believers cannot be raised at an alleged “Rapture” before the last day.

Finally, the Second Coming of Christ is nowhere depicted as secret, as the “Rapture” advocates affirm. In fact, just the opposite is true. Christ’s coming will be accompanied by “blazing fire” (2 Thessalonians 1:7), the sound of a trumpet (1 Corinthians 15:52), a “shout,” the “voice of the archangel,” and the “trump of God” (1 Thessalonians 4:16). In fact, “every eye will see Him” (Revelation 1:7). These passages show that all persons everywhere will see and hear this event. In fact, the very passage upon which the doctrine of the “Rapture” is founded (i.e., 1 Thessalonians 4:16), far from describing a quiet and secretive event, is about the noisiest verse in the Bible!

I hope you will take the time to learn more about the false idea of a “rapture” that cannot be found anywhere in the Bible. If we are to use the Bible as our guide isn’t it important that we stick with what IS found in the Bible?

Most of the financial growth over the past 10 years has been bubbles created by these two sources. The free market rewarded the most corrupt because that is where the largest incentives were. So you want to apply equal wealth possession to people with fundamentally unequal skill sets, attitudes, and amount of work and effort applied to master their craft? Yes, that seems totally fair, equal, and just. Hey guys, I think this person’s on to something. Sit down, shut up and listen.

Unequal set skills? People can’t help how smart they are but given the right conditions people work. if you have a great invention say-then no one begrudges you your wealth. that is extreme and rare. most people who are rich call deals work and transactions work. that’s not work-that’s connections. We all have the same needs-food,shelter, clothing, health care needs[sooner or later] hence part of a just society is to ensure all humans have those basic needs met.Higher education should also be free for those who qualify[are smart enough to benefit] Work which is essential to goods and services should be evenly distributed too.People because they all have the same needs should be guaranteed either a job[with a living wage] or an income[family or indiviual allocations].We should be working less not more and stepping aside to give younger people a turn. That is just and all else is greedy dog eat dog capitalism -a pyramid scheme where too many people do not have their needs met while a few have too much of what they never worked to get. This right wing notion that if you are rich you must be smart, hari working ,competant and otherwise better then others is a false narrative.though there are geniuses and truely creative people and no one begrudges them their wealth-the rich elite are rich through shuffling [papers and schmemes using workers labor to exploit].They are not entitled to more then workers because they are not more human then others and don’t have greater needs.

Yes, yes Rose. I have been saying the same thing. I should be given everything i want while I play xbox and take drugs all day. The fact that anyone expects me to have less than them is absurd. Also, only republicans expect that one should have to work for a living. All democrats think if they are dumb enough to work they should give money to the rest of us to make us all equal. You are so right. I love you !!

Fruit Loops. Take a close look at these hippie wannabes. Maybe if they had jobs and responsibilities and actually paid taxes, they would have something to complain about. I bet the ranch that these anarchists live off of others, off of welfare. This so called movement will die out when they run out of cardboard and winter sets in. They will realize that no one is listening to them. I know someone who works for the Denver PD and that person was assigned to infiltrate the anarchists that were setting up camp during the Democratic Convention in 2008. The taxpayers had to foot the bill to have the police and likely the FBI, secret service, etc… investigate these kooks to make sure they behaved themselves during Obama’s stay. These people are the low of the low. They have NO ambition. They don’t want to live in homes, pay bills, pay for food, have to work for a living. they are bums, period. It’s a free country, so I guess they can be bums if they want to be. 99.99% of Americans are not bums and would never relate to these idiots. Let’s not waste our time covering this non-event.

@Obama Sham: except the bulk of that 47% actually do work. They just don’t make enough to pay income taxes. They DO pay taxes in other ways: payroll taxes, sales taxes, etc. To state that 47% of Americans pay no taxes is an outright lie.

      @MaProg

47% do not pay INCOME taxes… Slice it however you want… Is it true that some of them work and do not make enough to pay taxes?!? Yes, that is true… However, it is not MOST of them… Is it true that they pay taxes in other forms like gas tax, sales tax, et. al. ?!? Yes, that is true… Is it also true that approximately 20% receive a refund higher than taxes they paid in to the system?!? Well, that is true as well…

Bottom line, saying that 47% of the population pay NO INCOME TAX is a true statement… Especially when one looks at NET INCOME TAXES PAID…

Do you need me to further educate you as well?!?

      dope…

Hey ObamaSham, let me use your own words: “Giving billions of tax payer dollars to the 47% of non-taxpayers….“ The term you used was ”non-taxpayers.“ You did not add the qualifier ”non-income tax payers,” so your statement, as read, states that they pay no taxes at all. You can feel free to re-write what you said, but it’s right there in clear print.

As for your point that “most” of them don’t work: let’s do some simple math. What’s the unemployment rate? Around 9 percent? Let’s round up to 10. That leaves 37% who are employed. That sounds like the majority of them work to me. Even if we use Rush Limbaugh logic and baselessly throw out the number 20 percent unemployed, that still leave 27% employed, a majority. I’m glad you agree with the rest of my points tho.

The question is, would you like ME to educate you more, “dope?”

I see things different as far as a possible revolution in the United States. I do not think that it will begin with a bunch of pie in the sky non-working, I want the government to take care of me liberal left wingers. I think that if it does happen it is going to come from the middle and upper classes who are tired of government intruding more and more on their lives while they are increasingly taxed more to support the non productive members of society. As the percentage of wage earners who pay no Federal Income Taxes what so ever, resentment by those who do pay taxes increases, the politicians continue to pander to those who are the “takers” of government wealth, and those who benefit and depend on government largesse continue to demand more and demonize those who are paying the bills. I think that if a revolution takes place it will come from those who say that enough is enough and they aren’t going to pay anymore.

Rick, I would love to agree with you and in a way I do but……I believe that because we are in the end times, and the mass rejection of God (evil) in our beloved country we are facing the end. And this rejection of God is not just coming from the Nonbelievers, it’s also coming out of the church. Look at the catholic and liberal churches that are promoting man made climate change, and think Algore is right, I’ve seen it first had with family members. Hence Obama, know one becomes presedent of this country without Gods aproval. Look at the bible, every time God got fed up with Israel one of the first thing He does is allows evil into the leadership…hence Saul for example. I fear this is our lot in this once great God fearing country. Should we just give up and roll over….NO! I for one am going to fight, I am not going to be taken to the Christian internment camp alive, and there are many many like us. Like Jesus said…(paraphrasing)“I will have to return before there is no faith left” we are at those times.
