New York Good Samaritans ‘Arrest’ Cell Phone Thief in Video

The new Batman film makes a point of selling the message that anyone can be a hero. Two New Yorkers appear to have gotten the message.
In the following video, released by the New York Post, two good samaritans discuss how they chased down and stopped a cell phone thief before performing a “citizens’ arrest” on him right in the thick of Manhattan. The thief in question can be seen trying to stand up only to sit back down after his captors reprimand him.
“You get up and try to run? You ain’t going nowhere, motherf**ker. You ain’t going nowhere,” the man holding the camera says.

Who at the time in that part of the movie was an incredibly racist man who murdered someone?

It is that his punishment for just the taken the phone would only be 6 hours in jail and then let go. That is if they do not find a roach in his pocket or other warrants for other stuff.
