Now a Basketball Team Made a Trick Shot Video — And it’s Good

Last month we brought you video of UConn backup QB Johnny Mac’s incredible trick shot video. Other videos ensued. Now, the American University mens basketball team has created its own fancy shmancy montage.
And in case you think it’s just another run-of-the-mill video, you might want to know it involves more than just making bounce shots from the stands — there’s also a soccer-style shot, a volleyball-serve shot, and a seated-in-a-chair-at-the-scorer’s-table shot. Enjoy:

Posted on March 2, 2011 at 5:47pmJust photoshops and poorly done. It is obvious that the throws and the baskets are not related.

Posted on March 2, 2011 at 5:42pmThese videos are so weak. It’s just a matter of taking the shot 1,000 times. Anyone could make those shots if they were bored enough to sit in a gym and take the same shot over and over until it goes in. This video is a product of too much free time, not skill.

Posted on March 2, 2011 at 2:37pmI guess ‘TexasProgressive’ has never seen a 12 year old child stoned to death by her family, friends and community for a crime so heinous as being too westernized or being alone in the presence of a non familial male.
I say to those of you that think this is a tolerable situation and that Shari’ah law is something that should allow to become a part of our civilization that you too should leave our country and take the rest of your kind and their sympathizers with you.

Glad to see these young men on the court instead of the street corner.

Posted on March 2, 2011 at 8:56amMorning, NZKIWI, I’m sure a troll will have something to say about you being “1st” but they can go pound sand (and take their SNOW comments with them too). Hope things are better in NZ and pray everyday for those who lost their lives, their families and survivors.
This was a great video and lots of fun to watch – Good job!

Posted on March 2, 2011 at 9:36amWell, that’s very nice of you to say, Grandma, thanks.
If you are interested, here is a link that we are paying close attention to these days. Select Feb 22nd under the title and let it run. Watch the clock, when it gets to 12:51 you can see them start to hit. And then the hits just keep on coming. The bigger the circle, the bigger the shake. As you can see, it’s not over.

Posted on March 2, 2011 at 9:46amI should have mentioned that it gets a bit boring after a while so just select “last seven days” or, as we do “today”.
See you soon, Cemoto78. Lol

Posted on March 2, 2011 at 9:48amThe hole is what the whole is.
The basketball is representative of the planets and stars in their transit through the heavens and the game dates back to ancient Mayans who played it similar to soccer with vertically mounted hoops.
The basket itself is representative of the Hoph Torus, which makes itself apparent in the structure of Marko Rodin’s vortex mathematics (phi-based math), his electromagnetic coil designs, and even Indian “dreamcatchers”. It is also called Indra’s Net and The Heavenly Sieve.

Posted on March 2, 2011 at 10:47amMaybe they should join the Globetrotters. The Globetrotters have been doing that for decades.
Report Post »I‘d bet these guys couldn’t do this in a game, under pressure. It doesn’t show how many times they had to repeat the throw before they made the shot.
