I don’t know why we have to have a Public Radio Broadcasting station. Why is it necessary and why do we have to fund something we do not agree with. I think the time has come for Congress to no longer give them one red cent. Since it Soros baby, let him fund it completely. Congress should close it down and let free enterprise take over. Same with PBS. No more money for them from our taxes, just let free enterprise take over. We do not need national anything in the way of news.

Great recommendation. Not only is Megyn Kelly the most beautiful women on FNC bur she’s the last one I would want to match wits or lock horns with. I’m not putting the others down, I love them all, but Megyn is sharp as a tack and as quick to strike as a rattlesnake.

Juan is a sharp guy though I have heard many ignorant comments from him in the past. Nothing like Alan Colmes though, that guy has his head so far up his…I digress…Now that Juan is away from NPR maybe he will quit sipping on the Kool-Aide. I greatly respect him and feel he would make a good conservative if he could only see the light of day. Maybe this is his big chance. I hope so…

I have to say that I do NOT like the word “********” or ” ‘tards.” I have never actually heard this phrase before (I guess I have been isolated), but it is a perjorative term similar to “teabaggers.”

There is nothing funny about retardation. Maybe that is not the derivation of the word, but I really don’t see how using this term does anything to promote the cause of American values.

I want to ask about George Soros. Maybe ABC will weigh in here (no, doubt it), but I need someone with political experience.

What do you think the Soros agenda is? It isn‘t just making money because you don’t need to buy the media to do that (ask Warren Buffet,etc.). What gets me is Gyorgy’s entrance with money for media right after the sudden political correctness towards “radical Islam” in th media.

My gut feeling is that the thing he wants the most is to alleviate the Muslim problem in Europe, which is very similar to our illegal alien problem. My guess is that Europe needs to get rid of the burden of supporting these people who refuse to assimilate into society. The answer is to have America welcome them, but that obviously has a little resistance due to something called 9/11.

Is it possible the “truthers” and the “political correct” crowd have one goal – to have America fix the European Islam influx that is a huge economic burden to them by welcoming Muslims in America with open arms?

Now, I have nothing against Arab Americans who assimilate – but if they want to come here and create a separate nation within our nation that is a different story.

If this is not the goal of Soros, what is? He definitely has a political goal – NOT just making money, unless his goal is to make money in Europe by fixing their economies. It seems to me a big coincidence that he appears with money for media right after these discussions about radical Islam – appear in the media.

Why else would he have dumped his old friends the Clintons for Obama in the last election?

Why else would this NPR president go out of her way to say “he needs a psychiatrist” to treat his fear of Muslims. That was one of the oddest public displays I have ever seen.

      Juan did not “BASH” Muslims

He just revealed his personal anxiety about flying with people that openly appear to identify themselves more as “Muslims” rather then “Americans”, because it is a simple fact that all the people that attacked us screamed “allahu akbar” as they declared war on America on 9/11 in the name of Islam, and have committed the vast majority of terrorist attacks on plane flights and otherwise are causing the majority of the current conflicts around the globe.

Juan is just basing his rational feelings on the statistical evidence.

Questions no one likes to talk about, especially NPR :

How many “Muslim” nations openly support the USA?

How many “Muslims” are so called “moderates” who love us and who actually assimilate into our American and our culture? Look at what is happening in Germany, France, Spain, Belgium, etc – Are they all extremists that are failing to assimilate into the respective countries culture and who the local police are afraid to enter their little Muslim countries within a country?

      Nuff said.

It’s amazing that when people say something “honest”, like Juan Williams, or if I remember correctly, Jesse Jackson made a comment a few years ago about feeling unsafe when followed on an empty street by a black, but not when followed by a white. Also interesting that when a local reporter challenged the NAACP about their most recently released report, the demand was for the cameras to be turned “off” so the people could talk “honestly”. Now what does that tell you?

I think we should just let NPR eat its own. They don’t need our help. Remember, actions speak louder than words. Hopefully, Juan Williams will find another anchor slot and a better one.

I jumped in here ASAP like “Danglingbags” (I call him fluffer for all the liberal fluff he reads every day).
I just want to say this group should be PROUD. I have not seen one comment that agrees with NPR although Juan Williams is a liberal. We choose to defend his right to free speech and to keep a job over his political philosophy.
Would the left wing EVER do the same? Are you kidding? We are talking about the party who wanted to invoke the “fairness doctrine” to stifle talk radio. Fox rules, truly fair and balanced.

FOX is fair, in comparison. ABC watches FOX once every 6 months and says “THEY NEVER allow liberals to speak freely on FOX”

I happened to watch FOX everyday (once upon a time, not anymore) for some time and got quite annoyed with the liberals on there so I know ABC is full of garbage…

ANYWAYS – truth is, when a liberal steps outside the realm of liberalism just a tab bit all the sudden they are ‘conservatives posing as liberals for a cause’. It can’t be that they are mostly liberal but have an open mind to other views. Unlike libs, who are quite closed minded. It’s just, sick.

I do not agree with his views very often, but this was an outrages act of subservence to “spooky dude”. they got money from him on monday and he called to have juan fired on tuesday NOT for what his “feelings” are but because he is on FOX!!! He has never said he was representing NPR or that he even worked there, when on any FOX programs. I vote for defunding ALL public TV and Radio, with the 1,000s of news agencies online we have no need for the propaganda station anymore (i have thought of it as state run TV for years, too liberal for me) But the Racist/Bigotted/Mean FOX News Channel made it right with him and gave him a much better place to work. Funny how the left will throw someone under the bus for little or no reason, maybe that will soften him up to being more conserative?.. I wish the best for him and God Bless him..
