‘We Are Winning’: Beck Breaks Down Why We‘re ’Rendering the Government‘s Help Unnecessary’

On Tuesday evening’s program, Glenn Beck laid out in detail – from having organized six million Tea Party members to successfully challenging the Republican establishment (like in the case of Ted Cruz’s victory) – all of the ways in which small-government conservatives are “winning” ground in America.
In just 1,282 days, Beck noted that conservatives have ousted three-term senator, Bob Bennet, and seen incredible victories against establishment Republicans from the likes of Richard Mourdoch, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, Pat Toomey, Governor Scott Walker in Wisconsin and Christine O’Donnel among others. Beck ceded that while in some cases “we lost the election” we did win the battle against the politics-as-usual system.
Another inkling conservatives might be winning, according to Beck, is made evident in CNN’s steadily declining ratings. After dipping another 20 points, the network Ted Turner started currently has less viewers than GBTV/TheBlaze TV has subscribers.
Beck continued to review small-government milestones that are changing the face of American politics and culture in a segment you won’t want to miss.
“You are turning this country around and rendering the government’s help unnecessary. You are winning.”

Keep up the good work, if you tire of Texas you can hide out quite well in these regions, We “hill folk” have much in common with your new state. Plus, we have hills, mts, rivers and some nice cities. We know you love the food in Pittsburgh…the best. Keep us in mind if it gets too hot. we still have seasons.

Report Post »Explain? My pleasure, because as the Republicans are forced to move so far off to the right, the more reasonable centrist Republicans will feel alienated by their party and vote Democrat. Simple. You’ll see in a few months how right I am.

Yeah Blaze, because it’s the tea party and not the state and local “Ron Paul” supporters who are taking over the establishment state and local republican parties. Right. Just like how we all thought Scott Brown’s victory was such a huge win, and here we are 2 years later with the bitter taste of big government progressive republican stuck in our mouths.
The real story is at the state and local level, not the national one.

Posted on August 2, 2012 at 8:20amWhat has happened in the last 1.282 days to cause unemployment to decrease, to make housing more affordable, to make necessities such as food and clothing cheaper, to make education more accessible and health care easily obtained?
These are the things that need to be done to decrease people’s reliance on government.
Mr. Beck and the “we” he claims to be a spokesman for have done nothing and are not prepared to do anything to allow more people to succeed.
It’s cheaper to provide services in common, like the fire department, police department, sewage and water, power, and even health care, than it is to privatize the needed services and have a few skim money off the top with no accountability.

Report Post »To those of us who see the solution, these problems will continue for a serious amount of time. The problem isn’t contained in the above. All of them are just the results of us assuming Government is going to save us. It is not. The Government can steal more in a stroke of a pen or simply saying they will write it in later than any single individual ever will. What is going on here is that we are remembering that it is us, We the People, that solve these problems, not the Government and so we want them to go back to their original jobs of being just simply our government. Once we get our footing again, we will handle those problems one at a time the way it should have always been, but until then we will do what we can to turn those problems around at the local level. The point here is that the establishment isn’t the power of the USA, its people is. What has changed is the notion that it is impossible to do. Nothing is impossible if the People roll up their sleeves and set our minds on a task.

Posted on August 2, 2012 at 9:35amThe Government is the people’s last resort because the system has failed.
The government is We the People. When we act together we are all better off.
Conservatives talk about the job creators being their savior. These job creators are the evil entity that conservatives accuse government of being, Uncaring unaccountable and only interested in their own well being.
Join the real world and stop being the pouting recalcitrant child that won’t come down to dinner.

Posted on August 2, 2012 at 4:43amGlenn articulates much of what we all know and feel, especially the part about our victories ~ starting with Scott Brown (like him or not, his win was huge, and provided great momentum for the movement!). Many of them are obscured by the media, as all they can talk about are our defeats ~ like Sharon Angle and Christine O’Donnell. We have begun to defeat Agenda 21! This is all huge!

Posted on August 1, 2012 at 11:59pmGlenn, Stu, Pat, thank you SO MUCH for everything you did for all of us who attended the events in Dallas. I witnessed Glenn being prayed over before going up on stage and I was very moved to witness all three of you remaining humble and being faithful servants. This particular message is very inspiring! I have had a change in my heart/mind. I have been transformed from someone afraid of the Tea Party (because of all the lies I was hearing/reading) to a proud member and unafraid to speak my mind and take action! Hopefully, someone on your end will actually read my resume and invite me back to Texas for an interview. Although I’m back in Minnesota, my HEART remains in Texas where I truly felt at home!

Report Post »I was afraid of the Tea Party because I “heard” they were racist/supremists, anti-government, and trouble-makers.
I discovered that the Tea Party is NONE of those things. They are patriotic, believe in freedom for ALL people, love the Declaration of Independence and our Constitution (which I read for the first time after getting involved with the Tea Party), favor “small” government, less taxation, a lot less government spending of our money, and a balanced budget. In addition, Tea Party folks organize to vote out career or corrupt politicians no matter if that politician is Republican or Democrat. These things seem very common sense to me. On top of all that, the Tea Party folks I’ve met are very polite and many of them believe in God, or at least believe in my right to freely express my belief. I’ve learned that the Tea Party stands for FREEDOM! If you’re a person connected to a history of captivity (ex: African American, Jewish), the Tea Party is your friend and defender.

WE HAVE FAILED to elect ANY Constitution Party or Libertarian Party candidates, and STILL SUPPORT the two monopolizing LEFTIST parties.
WE HAVE FAILED to retract government.
WE FAILED in 2010, by electing the FAKE-conservative “tsunami.”
WE HAVE FAILED to “hold anyone’s feet to the fire.”
WE HAVE FAILED to hold the integrity of the Tea Party and have allowed the LEFTIST gop hyenas to consume much of it.
WE FAILED to nominate and elect Ron Paul in 08.
WE FAILED to stop TARP/Bailouts/Stimulus.
WE FAILED to hold off perpetual amnesty (non-enforcement).
WE HAVE FAILED to recognize FAKE-conservative media for what it is.
WE HAVE FAILED to STAND LIKE AMERICAN MEN AND WOMEN, AGAINST THE SEEMINGLY IRRESISTIBLE “better evil.”
If we do not nominate Ron Paul and ALLOW THE GOP TO CHEAT-NOMINATE ROMNEY TO REELECT OBAMA… WE WILL HAVE FAILED AGAIN!!!!!!

I agree they still need to be replaced next time around if they have a better candidate challenging.
