Obama Executive Order Creates ‘Office of Diversity and Inclusion’

In yet another expansion of government through Executive Order, the Obama administration has created an Office of Diversity and Inclusion to boost minority participation in the federal work force.Obama Executive Order Creates Office of Diversity and Inclusion

Judicial Watch reported on this new government office Wednesday, and stated that the Obama administration’s goal is to:

“Eliminate demographic group imbalances in targeted occupations and improve workforce diversity. To attain this, special initiatives have been created targeting specific groups, including Hispanics, African Americans, American Indians, women and gays and lesbians.”

“By this order, I am directing executive departments and agencies to develop and implement a more comprehensive, integrated, and strategic focus on diversity and inclusion as a key component of their human resources strategies.”

This new bureaucratic arm of the White House will apparently work in addition to the already staffed Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which investigates and enforces federal discrimination laws.

      You are absolutely right. If you look at the government employee demographics, you will see that it is almost EXACTLY proportional to population. Each and every ethnicity is represented in government by the same percentage of people directly corrolated to overall population. THIS MAN IS TRYING TO GET RID OF WHITE PEOPLE!

      True American66 I don’t know what agency you are in, but it’s sure not balanced with the population here. They already give higher up government employees bonuses for hiring blacks, and give them bonuses for hiring more people, spending more money. We have hall after hall full nice offices full of black government workers that pretty much sit around and watch basketball games on their workstations, and a floor full of tiny cubes full of white contractors that do all the actual work. These contractors all work for black owned companies that are paid 4 to 5 times what they actually pay the poor whites slaves.

      That‘s true what you’re saying about MLK – he understood that racial equality simply meant being treated like everyone else, without regard, good or bad, to the color of one’s skin. Color has nothing to do with character, was his point.

      This isn’t a hard concept to graps, which is why I have also called Obama a Man-Child – not merely as a pejorative, but in the sense that, for his age, he should already be mentally well-equipped to make this distinction, but is not.

      Somehow he thinks, as Dinesh D’Souza notes, that you can hold dead people accountable for their racism by harassing their descendants. That is simply not logical.

      So how many actually read the Executive order? It does not specify ethnic groups. It simply sets more work upon existing agencies to develop a comprehesive “strategic” plan to ensure a diverse work group that represents “the talents of all parts of our society”. So I can see this as more whites will be hired if too many minorities exist in government jobs(sarc). More than likely this is a waste of time and money, but it does not explicitly call out minority hiring quotas. Now the agencies referred to may do that! But this order does not. I think we are putting to much energy into this one. I want to know why the president is “unpatriotic” in his deficet spending!

      They want to slick the hardrive of our society…Whites carry the flame in them regarding our real values (not all and not exclusively) but are called upon and have been called upon to share what they know to bring others along for years…I know, I was one of them until I began to ask why this was so..why was I asked to help others when no one else was helping me..seemed like I was aiding my own destruction while building up others who then called me a racist based on the color of my skin (I should mention I was not a person of power but merely a working class guy) When that happened I realized for the first time that I had been duped. I taught diversity, EEO, Sexual Harrassment Awareness for the Navy, but found there was no one representing me in the end. Its worse now than ever. Everyone self segregates in this society and everywhere I look I see White people being denegrated on TV, I see them on the bottom of mops, I see them acting like retards in offices and a minority is the only one who has a clue. No wonder minorties now see White Americans as bafoons but this is all planned because the image was that White Americans were viewed by our new minorities as the real Americans and that has to change. Remember BHO comment about not looking like the rest of the guys on the money and that made people nervous? Diversity is hogwash and leads to fractures and mini nations within the greater nation. Its a joke, but under the Love of Christ it can prevail only.

      Robert: My eyes were only opened to these facts in the past few years and I was astounded. I think they are actually much worse than what is even provided in the FBI stats but it simply doesn’t seem to matter. White people are absolutely petrified of being called a racist and the majority refuse to even acknowledge the facts that are right before their eyes.       You’ve got that right on, as well.

      It does appear, however, from other forums I visit that I’ve never seen white animosity at such a fever pitch and it has grown exponentially since this Obamanation has been in office, which appears to have given these low intellect blacks the idea they have a license to attack whitey. It was always bad, but it has become MUCH worse.

      I’m seeing more and more mainstream left wing media sites that are loosening their censorship and are allowing more racial expression and it is this policy, along with increasing white rage, that indicate whites are starting to get up off the couch.

      I see posts on here often where people are fearful that there’s too much racial banter, but this site is far less racially harsh than many mainstream outlets via their comments section.

      Even the conservative sites are opening up more as well. The Libertarian/Conservative Alex Jones Prison Planet forum never used to print comments with a hint of racial reference, but they’re worse than the worst right now. Amren.com, always touted as intellectual racists, appear toned down now by comparison.

      The bottom line is that I think we’re in the process of a paradigm shift, which is giving indications that we are headed for possible civil war.

      Robert: While your 4th point may be obvious to you and I, I didn’t understand this myself until recently. I’m an educated 41 yr old engineer who reads quite a bit of history and I’ve followed politics ever since I was a young teenager but I simply never had any idea that there was those among us which were so maniacal that they would intentially try to overrun us w/ 3rd world immigrants in order to better secure their own self interests. But that is a fact and it’s treasonous!

      If you‘ve ever read his dad’s paper on African socialism, Obama Sr. advocates putting Africans in high office, whethe they’re qualififed or not, but does admit they need more qualified personnel. I guess the next thing will be bussing again, so that they blacks are bussed to the best schools, and the whites are bussed into the ghettos. Here in Texas, they put the gifted schools and the magnet schools in the worst neighborhoods (we have choice of school, so you can go to any school) and then make exceptions so the neighborhood illegal aliens and kids with low scores can go. You can’t refuse a neighborhood kid. But if you want to go to the gifted school or magnet school from another neighborhood because it’s a better school, you have to qualify with good grades.

      I have often wondered why it was that no one (at least no Caucasions) paid any mind back in 2008 to the rantings of “Rev.” Wright.     It’s the same approach as Democrats take to “stimulus” spending of taxpayer funds by the Federal government. Just because it didn’t work or caused undesirable effects is no reason not to do it again. The reason it didn’t work the first time, or the second time, or whatever time after that, it that it was not done on a large enough scale. It didn’t really fail. It just wasn’t given a fair chance. Like, for example, Communism in the USSR and elsewhere.

    Americans therefore are to have “diversity” hiring quotas and standards adjustments crammed down their throats by unelected Federal bureaucrats. Hiring is to be done on the basis of political considerations. This will introduce endless additional problems and complications into the “diverse” workforce, impair efficiency, increase conflicts, depress morale, and run up the budget. It is the worst possible thing at the worst possible time and for the worst possible reasons – and it is absolutely typical of Democrats and another reason why Mr. Obama and his cronies must be defeated at the polls and resisted in the Congress.

    My God, this will never end until we get this clown out of office. I guess being a so-called Constitutional scholar really allows you to know just enough to get around the Constitution. This is no doubt, the same thing he did as a community organizer. Not learning how to change the system, but learning how to game the system.

      Its discrimination to higher the best candidates for jobs, discrimination against the lesser qualified.

      Instead of having interviews and resumes there should be a big jar that everyone has to put their name into when applying for jobs. Any other thing would be discrimination against the qualificationally challenged.

      Even then though! Someone will need to stand up for those statistically challenged who haven’t been picked as quickly through random jar picking as others!!!

      What is wrong with this executive order – it called for “Eliminate demographic group imbalances in targeted occupations and improve workforce diversity” and I don’t see any problems in this. In some areas, its about time – for example how many years were the members of Congress all white males? It is only in the last several years that that has begun to change.       What is wrong is that it politicizes and centralizes hiring practices, leads to the hiring of unqualified people who are then difficult to supervise and impossible to fire, establishes entirely arbitrary and irrational quotas based upon the unexamined and unsubstantiated belief that certain demographic features are “supposed to be” reflected proportionally in all areas of endeavors, and makes the assessment of true individual merit as well as incompetence difficult or impossible. It is a form of collectivism that insists upon viewing individuals, not as individuals, but as members and representatives of groups. It is really a form of prejudice, bigotry, and racism that places undue emphasis on superficial and uncontrollable qualities rather than upon the individual. It is also an obvious pandering for votes and a pathway into endless political corruption and cronyism. It goes against the very foundation of American values, which is to treat individuals as individuals, and to keep government regulation and control to a minimum.

      The “diversity” racket is like a farmer who, in order to get a better peach crop, goes out and buys bushels of plastic peaches and hangs them on his peach trees to make a better impression on people driving by the orchard. It is a form of manipulation and deception at the surface that completely ignores the problem(s) at the roots.

I hate that word, we are ALL of one blood, Adam’s blood…anyway…every race should be equally represented in every workforce despite qualification or skill level? Really?

      Do everything on merit, grades, achievements, organizational skills, recommendations for promotions and not skin color, background, education level or demographics of anykind. Its the only fair way to do it. Until a person has these above mentioned they do not go to the head of the line for the second mentioned.

      I said nothing about color. If you had checked he has been using executive orders instead of Congress passing laws. Look at Article 1 Section 1 of the Constitution “All legislative powers belong to the Congress.”

      @Walkwithme- After reading this I am sure that I am a racist. When a job hire is based on color or how queer they are there is a problem. I for one do NOT have any confidense in any political leadership from what is in office or the other clowns that will be elected if there is a election. I believe that the only way this circus will end is with a total financial colapse! Right now we are on a downward glide that the QE1 and QE2 gave everyone a chance to get out of the stock market and try to save some of there cash. I beleive the HNIC will declare a emergancy between now and the election so he can remain in power. “Never let a good Crisis go to waste”

      In addition with the whole ureo mess, that was the first step to a “One World Dollar”. We will wake up one morning and your bank account and retirement funds will be worth 1/5 of what it is today.

      @ walk You must be blind if you can’t see what wrong with this. What are the salaries for those in this dept. going to be, and what will we get for our tax dollars? We will now have a dept. of overpaid minorities going around and “reviewing” federal work places, taking fellow minorities to lunch on their expense accounts and discussing how much more “fair” they can make things by firing white people and replacing them with individuals with darker skin. I thought Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton had a monopoly on this racket? Now “I” have to pay for this garbage?!?!? This country is going to hell in a handbasket and this is what your president focuses on? Now when Perry gets into office and tries to kill this idiotic program, he will be labeled a racist because he removed another minority cash cow. I can’t wait til I hear the next idiot cry about discrimination.
