Obama Gets Testy With Fox’s Ed Henry Over Gas Question: Anybody Here Think That Makes ‘Sense?’

President Obama got a little testy with Fox reporter Ed Henry after Henry asked the president about high gas prices during a Tuesday press conference.
“Your critics will say on Capitol Hill that you want gas prices to go higher because you have said before that will wean the American people off fossil fuels onto renewable fuels,” Henry said. “How do you respond to that?”
The president responded, almost disgusted: “Ed, just from a political perspective, do you think the President of the United States going into re-election wants gas prices to go up higher? Is that — [turning to the rest of the press corps] is there anybody here who thinks that makes a lot of sense? Look, here’s the bottom line with respect to gas prices: I want gas prices lower because they hurt families.”

Obama’s first instinct was to appeal to his compliant press pool for cover. Then he proceeded to ignore his own words in an attempt to use some kind of “jedi mind trick” that he’s never utterred those words and seeks to drive down fuel costs. He’s on record saying he would “necessarily” make peoples’ energy costs “skyrocket” and that he wants to bankrupt the coal industry. Obama squirmed around it this time behind the cover of the dias and a compliant press pool In a debate he’s toast because he will made to account for his words. McCain didn’t have the guts. I believe Gingrich, Romney or Santorum will have the guts to make him answer to his own words. The media can’t keep it hidden forever.

He could have lower gas prices. First thing is how about the EPA steps aside and let some more refineries get built. Second, we have an abundant supply of our own oil. DRILL. We could go from 4 dollars a gallon down to a buck years down the road. Look at Saudi Arabia. I think they hover right around 10 cents a gallon or a little bit more. You just can’t ween off fossil fuels when you have no viable replacement. Look at ethanol. That worked real well. Of course I am joking. Bottom line it is his policies and his EPA that is causing this.

This is the Agenda 21 plan of no property rights, herd all the citizens into urban housing where they can be controlled. Over regulate the food industry and farm production, health care etc to control the people, reduce the population etc. Now, that’s the kind of change Barry believes in, bring in a New World Order.

I listened to the PM of Israel and he certainly does not sound like the “triplets”…difference between night & day, good & evil. I am very concerned about our election for Nov and what happened in Russia’s recent election results. I really don’t have much faith in the honesty of vote counting..this is very serious because if this “little O” gets back in, there will never-ever be another Republican in office…no more damage control can be done. I will resign to the fact of this but will not give up my conservative core-beliefs.
