Obama: Nancy Pelosi ‘One of the Best Speakers of the House This Country Ever Had’

President Barack Obama heaped praise on House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi Saturday night, and predicted she will be back in the speaker’s chair when 2013 rolls around.
“I am biased, but I think Nancy [Pelosi] was one of the best speakers of the house this country ever had,” Obama said after the California Democrat introduced him at a gala for the National Italian American Foundation.
“She was no doubt the best Italian American speaker of the house we ever had,” he continued. “And I believe that she will be the best speaker of the house again in 2013.”
Pelosi, the first female speaker of the U.S. House, lost the title to Rep. John Boehner (R-Ohio) after the 2010 midterm elections.
Obama made several other comments to try and connect with the Italian American audience, lamenting at one point, “I do not, in fact, have any Italian ancestry. Not all of us are that lucky.”
“I can’t cook as well as any of your grandmothers,” he added. “Michelle won’t let me have seconds or thirds anymore.”
“So all I’ve got to offer is a last name that ends in a vowel,” Obama said. “That‘s all I’ve got.”

These equally important “facts” are now beyond Obama’s ability to refute, alter or hide! Unless fake, his Kenyan father inescapably precludes his Constitutional eligibility as a natural born citizen by not being born within US jurisdiction to TWO US citizen parents.
Candidates for President, each having “legal standing” are therefore obligated to sue Obama, Pelosi and the DNC for fraud and failure to qualify as a natural born citizen, or be dismissed as untrustworthy!
Constitution, Art. 2, Sec. 1, “No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible … .”
Exempting a “citizen” from being a “natural born citizen” proves they aren’t equal, or no exemption was needed. Being not less than nor equal, a NBC must be more than the minimum requisite for citizenship then, which was US birth to a US citizen parent. Only US birth to US citizen parents (plural) is greater, thus defining a natural born citizen.
The Supreme Court agreed in Minor v. Happersett, 1874. “The Court held that Minor was a member of the “class” of persons who were natural born citizens. They defined this class as those born in the US to “parents” (plural) who were citizens.” Leo Donofrio, JD.

In U.S. v Wong Kim Ark, 1898, the court simply ruled that Wong Kim Ark was a citizen. “Since Wong Kim Ark didn’t fit into the class of natural-born citizens as defined by Minor, the Court looked to the 14th Amendment to grant him US citizenship.” Leo Donofrio, JD.
Amendment 14, “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, … .“ Being ”subject to the jurisdiction” matters.
“Citizenship wasn’t acquired by birth on US soil prior to the 1965 Immigration Act, considered by many to be a misinterpretation of the 14th amendment and contrary to the original intent of providing emancipated slaves who, without a US citizen parent even if born on US soil, had no other means of acquiring citizenship. The 14th amendment affects only citizenship, not a natural born citizen: one born on US soil to US citizen parents (plural)”. [1]
Representative John Bingham, framer of the 14th Amendment, speaking before The US House of Representatives, clearly agreed.
“I find no fault with the introductory clause [S 61 Bill], which is simply declaratory of what is written in the Constitution, that every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291, March 9, 1866)
