Posted on September 8, 2010 at 6:49pmThank you Mr. President. Tell it like it is because sometimes you have to drag them into the 21st century kicking and screaming. My family has been doing this for 385 years in this country and we brought down slavery in much the same way.

Posted on September 8, 2010 at 6:53pmAre you sure you are responding to the correct post? If so your reply doesn‘t make much sense but that doesn’t surprise me. Hey butt head, how about a touch of reality? The reason that Gore lost in the Supreme Court is because he wanted to do recounts in only 3 counties. All he had to do was do recounts in ALL of the states, but he wouldn’t do that. How come? Then there is the little problem of 3 different newspapers including The New York Times and the Miami Herald, both left leaning newspapers to put it mildly, did go into those 3 counties and did recounts and in each case they showed Bush winning by LARGER numbers then the official count. Stop whining and get informed loser.

Posted on September 8, 2010 at 6:28pmNow that my mind is set in concrete, everything the left says and does comes through as lies, pettiness and poor excuses. They just dig the hole deeper when they misstate/speak facts. I can’t believe the American people believe them any longer.

Posted on September 8, 2010 at 6:13pmI thought the second part of the speech came off all right. Although, I would suggest a better demeanor than the indignation; or the petulance, that seems to seep through on his delivery. Not a bad job of selling mud pies. Not much hope or inspiration; sort of like a coach after the losing game. I would give the President a “C” for a grade.

Posted on September 8, 2010 at 5:39pmWhich side of his mouth is he speaking from? All through his campain he used fear tactics to make his hope see desirable. He esspecially targeted the elderly and used Social security fears to bolster his desirabllity. He’s basically saying many of the same words here.
Yet he is the Commander and Chief, “Chief Broken Record”, Bend over,—Ugh….

Posted on September 8, 2010 at 5:19pmHe just doesn’t get it. The change he promised isn’t what many people wanted from the start, and more are realizing daily it’s not the change they voted for. A small minority want the change he is after, and when they are honest and open about it, it is widely and firmly rejected.

Posted on September 8, 2010 at 11:27pmI am a tea party member, and it’s not fear that we are riding on, it’s courage with a healthy dose of love for the constitution. This is not a party verses party election. We want several republican heads on the voting platter as well. Point being don’t tred on me, don’t rape me of my freedoms, and you WILL give me liberty or I will gladly take death.
