Obama Once Again Declares He Wants to Circumvent Congress

Remember in July when President Obama told a Latino rights group that he wished he could “bypass” Congress in order to get things done? Here’s a refresher:
Well if you thought that was just an anomaly, or an off-the-cuff remark, you may want to think again. On Wednesday, Obama repeated the sentiments to another Latino group – the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute.
“As I mentioned when I was at La Raza a few weeks back, I wish I had a magic wand and could make this all happen on my own,” Obama told the group, according to the Washington Examiner. “There are times where — until Nancy Pelosi is speaker again — I’d like to work my way around Congress.”
But he wasn’t done there, according to the Examiner:
As he continued, Obama conceded that “we’ve got laws on the books that have to be upheld.” But he quickly added there are different ways to uphold the laws on the books. “You know as well as anyone that…how we enforce those laws is also important,” Obama said. Last month, the administration made a major, unilateral change in immigration law enforcement when it announced that the government will not initiate deportation proceedings against illegal immigrants unless they have committed serious crimes. To critics, Obama had indeed worked his way around Congress. To the Hispanic Caucus, Obama said his new policy will “prioritize criminals who endanger our communities, not students trying to achieve the American dream.”
It brings new meaning to the “Yes you can!” chant after he made the comments the first time.

Just like Obummer, Oblahblah, whatevery you want to call the liar in chief, they’ll say anything (with fingers crossed behind their backs) in order to stay on that gravy train. Until we can make it not profitable to be in government, we won’t get patriots. They should get paid the same as our military personnel. The longer you stay in and the more you advance in rank, meaning you have to actually show results that you’re doing your job, the more you get paid, but not 6 digits. and, you don’t get full benefits after 6 years of being in office. My husband did 20 years in the Navy, and only gets about half of what his base pay was. And if he dies, I get nothing because in order for me to continue getting benefits after his death would have meant losing over $100 a month, and that was to get half his half of benifits. And I had to elect not to take it, I could have forced him to give it to me must by not signing the paper.

The opening paragraphs of each federal agency’s regulation permits the President and his cabinet to disregard anything and everything in the regulations in the case of a declared exigency. bHo won’t merely declare nationwide martial law, he will declare himself a full Dictator and begin functioning according to his own made-up regulations. You folks reading this who are federal employees or retirees like myself know exactly what I’m talking about. You‘re also quite familiar with the exigency paragraph in your agencies’ regulations. The only thing I’m unsure of is whether or not the same exigency clause exists in military regulations. The more bHo sees his prospects of re-election become questionable, the more tempted he is going to be to concoct a reason to declare an exigency. Best I can tell, the RINO Speaker of the House will not do a thing, even when he sees the Congressional Black Caucus working with unions to provide the provocation bHo is awaiting.

For a long time there has been no real need to worry about such a declaration happening, yet with this man, I feel he has figured it out – emergency, suspend the Constitution and the Courts, declare martial law and the like, and nothing can stop him short of God himself.

I hope the Generals realize that their oath is to the constitution and not the president. It’s beginning to look like he will declare martial law before the 2012 election, His friends in the CBC along with J. Jackson, A. Sharpton, L Farakhan, will incite riots and looting in the inner cities. The Govenors need call out the NG units (they belong to the states and cannot be federalized without the govenors permission) to prevent federalization. Between them and the armed citizens and the military personnel who will desert Obamas control can be broken.

Who does it take? Both the house and the senate.
Why? For as long as Reid is in charge of the Senate body, he will table any and all matters that may pertain to any attempts at impeachment; in short, Mr Obama has the perfect shield and obstructionist in Reid to keep the articles of impeachment away for the remainder of his term.

They have put their hands into matters that do not belong to them, and ignored the responsibilities they were given by the Constitution. When important decisions come up, they have become EXPERTS at avoidance, procrastination, and delay.
Men like Obama (who also view the Constitution as “flawed” – his words), who come into power will so naturally attempt to move into the power vacuum left by a derilict Congress – that he will actuallu verbalize his desires without hestitation, without even thinking that it might be crossing a line.
Obama & Congress are both to blame.
And let’s face it, the American people are also to blame for letting this garbage continue for so long unchallenged. NO MORE SILENCE! NO MORE QUIET FRUSTRATION!
We must counter this anti-American, anti-Constitution, anti-Capitalism rhetoric at EVERY opportunity!
