Updated: Obama’s New Executive Order = Obama‘s ’Dream Act’

House Judiciary Chairman Lamar Smith claims that President Barack Obama’s new Executive Order that stopped automatic deportation of illegal aliens is more than just a back-door passage of the “Dream Act” but actually something that undermines both the Legislative and the Judicial branches of our government.  According to Rep. Smith, the new order permits:

- hundred of thousands of illegals to be given work authorizations, allowing them to compete with Americans for jobs

- a presidential task force to decide who receives amnesty and who does not, creating even more bureaucracy in Washington

- the reversal of a judge’s decision to send a person back to their home country

As reported here on Thursday, President Obama signed another controversial Executive Order before jetting off to nine days of vacation on Martha’s Vineyard. This latest order stopped the automatic deportation of illegal aliens and appears to some in Congress as the President bypassing Congress and effectively creating laws through imposing regulations. With this latest order, President Obama has now created more regulations in 2 1/2 years than any other President has done in the same time frame.

Texas Congressman Smith is one of many in Congress who are concerned over this end-run around the Constitution. Yesterday, Rep. Smith spoke with syndicated radio talk radio host Joe “Pags” Pagliarulo of WOAI News Radio 1200 and was quite specific about the problems he believes will be created by this latest executive order.

The President tried to tell us that he was going to do this. Less than a month ago, while speaking to the National Council of La Raza, Mr. Obama joked about “going it alone.”

      What did people expect from a man that declared his run for the presidency in the home of a domestic terrorist, who blew up bombs in our subways, wanted a communist revolution in the US. that would kill milllions of capitalist, and now says he did not do enough?

      Get real, his is going to continue on his march to destroy as much of America as he can. Dreams FROM his father are becoming a nightmare for most Americans.

      Do not bank on ‘12 being a lock. Emperor Obama is showing that he will do whatever is necessary to win. I like others have warned that Emperor Obama will continue to go around congress and bypass the Constitution. He knows he is losing voters, as we saw with the Black Caucus, there was the poll released about how his #’s are sinking with the hispanic vote, so this is a logical move by him to gain more voters.

      I know that we cannot ever even dream that the fawning lapdog media would ever point out any of the inconsistencies in this regime, but where are the Republican members of Congress and the Presidential candidates???????? How about starting each and every public appearance with “it has now been 85x days since the Dreamworks Harry led Senate has produced a budget?       If you think he is vioating the constitution now. If we are so unfortunate that this “EVIL” is reelected, America will be renamed “Amerika”. Unfortunately because of the great partisan divide in Washington, the president knows there will be no impeachment. So he just goes on like there is only one branch of government and both the democrats and republicans in Congress allow it! And again, unless you had absolutely no intention of paying it back (destruction of the country (capitalism) was your goal by forcing your country into default), How could anyone not be intelligent enough to understand that you cannot continue to spend the amount of money being spent in Washington (raising the debt ceiling).       I had a dream before Barack Obama came into office. I owned my home had money in bank money on 401k. Now our life had changed no home no savings. Basically one week paycheck from being homeless. All the while our social services and healthcare services are being completely depleted by illegal aliens. Stuff the ballot boxes with votes that‘s all Obama cares about that’s why he pushed the dream act and stopped illegals from deportation. I think we as American citizens need to know if the votes are legal residents illegal aliens cannot be allowed to run this country.

      I heard a report that illegal immigrants were leaving our country to go back home to find work…I’m thinking this is a desperate move to prevent that from continuing. What’s next for Mr. Dictator Obama, is he going to make it illegal for an illegal or legal immigrant to return home? No wonder he is in need of yet ANOTHER vacation – making Congress irrelevant is hard work; their complicity makes them just as guilty!

      and how does this stop illegal entry without a secure border? it doesn’t. illegal entry is now going to double. i have a great idea for securing the border. it’s easy cheap fast and requires no maintenance or personnel. a half mile of multi flora rose along the entire length of the border, with 8 foot ditches eve 500 feet. you can’t chop your way through, cause you will have no where to put the slash. can’t burn your way through, because the smoke will be seen. and any that do happen to get throughcan be recognized from the hemmoraging gashes covering their bodies.

      Ginsberg, please don’t call someone a fool when you are ignorant… What the Renigger just did was to enable all the illegals, who fall into his prescribed regulations, to apply for permanent work permits… Now those 10 to 15 million illegals can now legally compete against Americans in the employment market.

      We do not imprison illegals for being here in the USA… We process them through an adjudication hearing and if they do not have a valid claim for illegally entering our country we transport them back to their home domicile… if they are form Mexico we return them to U.S./Mexican border… If they are from another country we fly them back to their country of domicile, e.g., Russia, Iran, Jordan, Argentina, etc, etc.

      By the way I do not reference the current president as the Renigger as any reference to a racial term… I reference him as the Renigger because he took the oath of office which he swore to uphold the laws of this country and the constitution… Since he took the oath of office he has demonstrated he has little respect for the laws of out country or the Constitution.

      -The current administration deported the most illegals ever last year
      -Bush had the lowest and issued the most foreign work visas
      -Even with prioritizing the line so criminals get sent out first the numbers will still be higher than W or Reagan(mr amnesty himself).
      -GW Bush signed the more executive orders than the 5 presidents before him combined. Some with the actual wording putting him above the law of the land.

      Now you people finally notice executive orders?

Theoretically, everyone would pay one cent on the dollar for every such transaction in America every day — whether $3 million on a $300 million business acquisition, $300 on the purchase of a $30,000 car, or $5 on a $500 ATM withdrawal…………… This is one EVERY transaction not just banking transactions .. This law was already voted on and not passed of course, but BOBCATTF5 has a point here. He will just get it thru excutive order way.. MAn this odumbo has to go…

      The 2012 elections will be suspended due to a National Emergency that will occur sometime in late Sept. or early Oct of 2012.
      the “attack’ will be linked to “home-grown’ terrorist in Mississippi, probably race related. Think Watts 1968 on a nation wide scale in a matter of days.       On election day November 2008, the National Guard was put on alert in several states, because they were afraid of major roits if obama lost the election. Now it looks like obama can’t win so the roits will start early.

      Also, about two weeks ago in “The Daily Crux” people in the united states have been reporting unusual military troop movement inside the US on the west coast and New York state. Is something big going to happen?

      @DB: everywhere I go lately many people are saying the same as you said. More people are waking up then the mainstream realizes. People are lining up for permits to carry……We are going to have to step up and realize that freedom requires action and we have all sat on our ‘duffs’ long enough…….just like our military has given, it is now time for citizens to become freedom warriors……….We are all too reliant on our political leaders ……….they are not leaders, private citizens need to be the leaders now.
      Our elections have become like sports events, we get excited for the superbowl, final four, etc. etc. Our elections are fun to be involved in for a couple of weeks, then the excitement is over……the sad thing is the election has devastating consequences…….as we know now.
