President Barack Obama reacted on Wednesday to his decision to release his long-form birth certificate. According to him, he did it because the country doesn’t have time for the “distraction” and “silliness” of questions being persistently raised about where he was born:

This quote from Barry bothers me; “Under my plan, energy prices will necessarily skyrocket.” Does this idiot have any clue that the people he claims to care the most about are getting hammered the worst by his ‘plan’? Posted on April 27, 2011 at 10:36amThat still says “Certificate of Live Birth.” It is still a certificate that a doctor fills out when someone comes to a hospital with a live baby that was born at home or in a taxi or in a foreign country (just for example) and then taken to a hopsital and presented to the Doctor who examines the baby and then issues a “Certificate of Live Birth”. I would like to see another Birth Certificate from Hawaii issued in the same year, perhaps in the same month and day. Compare the 2. Bet there is a big difference.

The copy released today looks something like what my older children from the 80′s have. Just wondering???

There is no foot print on their Birth Cirtificates and at the top it says. “Certificate Of Live Birth” on all 4 Birth Certificates. I decided to check mine from 1941 (I requested it in 1998) and at the bottom it says “Certificate Of Live Birth”. It does not say “Birth Certificate” on any of them.

Barack Hussein Obama of Kenya was an African who held British citizenship in 1961. Barry was a diminutive used when the President was a child, sort of like Bill or Jimmy, it’s not illegal to use a diminutive, lots of people do, even Republicans like Dick Cheney. Barry was never a diminutive for Barack after the adoption. Barry was removed from Stanley’s US passport as a dependent. I assume that he was issued an Indonesian passport at the time since he was a Indonesian Citizen. When he returned to Hawaii 6 (?) years later he was still using the name Barry Soetoro. So when was his name ever officially changed back to Barack H. Obama? Just sayin’.

In 1995, with orders for Korea, I applied for an Official (not Tourist) Passport, I submitted my hospital certificate from Oak Knoll Naval Hospital and was told it was not good enough. I had to apply for and submit an official copy of my “Certificate of Live Birth” from Alameda County in order to receive my passport. My husband had to apply to the state of Maryland, because his hospital certificate from the base hospital at Aberdeen Proving Grounds wasn’t good enough, either.

By waiting so long to do it, he is a big player in the “silliness” that he says about others. Why did he wait? Why has so much money been spent in keeping it under wraps? Why did the governor of Hawaii say it couldn’t be found…that is was probably lost? Wasn’t it supposed to be in a binder along with all the other BCc of babies born at that time? Still too many unanswered questions. How convenient to come out with it now that Mr. Trump is stirring the waters and has the money and influence to keep them stirred. :-) I have never been one to say Mr. Obama was not born in the U.S. but I am one who thinks he should have shown the BC a long time ago in order to put the controversy to rest. Could it be that HE enjoyed the controversy too much to nip it in the bud? Or maybe it was for some planned political gain.

Furthermore, the Nordyke twins have their BCs and they are black and white print. I also have my original black and white from 1953; mine has my weight and length on the bottom. My husband and I both also have certificates with our footprints and our mother’s right and left thumbprints with a raised stamped official seal. That certificate the White House showed was the most fake think I have ever seen–they did NOT have paper like that in 1961 AND in the section for race they would have put “*****” or “colored”…not “African.” People were not PC back then. African was not a race.

It is worrisome how some people cannot concede and give up the ghost isn’t it? I had the feeling, just like you did, that nothing would suffice. This is going to become another JFK assassination movement, or like th Truther movement.
I know you don’t agree with my (and most here’s) viewpoints, but I think it would be much more productive for people to focus on real problems and real solutions to what we consider to be wrong (my “side”, if you will), than to spend time spinning wheels in some useless looney conspiracy. Some of the more civil and well adjusted libertarian sites I frequent has its share of truthers who act just like is being displayed here, and I really am getting bored with this kind of thing.
In any event, we’re on the same page on this issue, and probably always have been. Slainte.

In 1866 John Bingham, the author of the 14th Amendment, stated on the House floor:
“Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.”[1]
This definition was unchallenged during the heated debates ongoing at the time. The House floor is certainly the proper place for such debates but no objection was raised among the members, the consensus being that each agreed with the definition. In fact, the House of Representatives definition of a natural born citizen as one “born on U.S. soil of parents who are U.S citizens” still stands today, 145 years later.
The House of Representatives definition of a natural born citizen was affirmed in 2008 by Senate Resolution 511:
“Whereas John Sidney McCain, III, was born to American citizens on an American military base in the Panama Canal Zone in 1936: Now, therefore, be it Resolved, That John Sidney McCain, III, is a `natural born Citizen’ under Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States.”[2]
It’s interesting to note that former Senator Obama was a Cosigner of SR-511. Obama’s Kenyan father precluded his being a “natural born citizen” as required for eligibility to serve as President by the Constitution.

Also, his birth certificate doen’t make him a “natural born” citizen because a “natural born” citizen has to not only be born in the USA but both of his parents have to be citizens of the USA. He father never was a USA citizen therefore, Obama is not a “natural born” citizen and has no legal right or authority to be the President of the USA. And, every legislative matter he has signed into law is, in fact, null and void.
The biggest USA fraud was not perpetrated by Bernie Madoff but by Obama and his supporters. And, watch out for Hilary Clinton – she is a wolf in sheep‘s clothing and cares nothing about the USA or is’s people – all she cares about is a global power grab.

The Supreme Court back in 1898 that anyone born in the U.S. was a natural born citizen, and that has been the law of the land ever since. Since 1866 is before 1898 it doesn’t matter what anybody said back then.
The resolution on John McCain’s situation is just that – a resolution on John McCain’s situation. It neither says nor implies that it has anything to do with citizens whose eligibility had never been questioned.

Regardless if Barack Obama was born in Hawaii or not the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN qualification to be the President of the USA still disqualifies Barack Obama.
His father Barack Hussein Obama Sr. was a British citizen, from Kenya Africa at the time of Barack Jr.’s birth. In order to be a legitimate POTUS both parents must be American citizens. So, is this no longer an issue ? If the NATURAL BORN CITIZEN clause in the constitution can be sidestepped, then what about the required age of 35 in order to be the POTUS. Can this be disregarded also ? It’s a problem that no who has the authority to do something about it refuse to do anything. Just give Barack Hussein Obama a free pass to do whatever he wants to do, tear up the US Constitution, dis disband congress, the senate and the supreme court. When is he planning to proclaim hisself as the dictator of the USA ? Won’t be long, why go through all the hassle to be reelected when you can just refuse to stepdown when the time comes in January 2013.
