Obama SOTU Excerpts Reveal ‘Blueprint’ for Economy Where ‘Everyone Does Their Fair Share’

Excerpts released of President Obama’s State of the Union address reveal his plan for a new American economy that he claims must be “built to last” through government and financial systems that will ensure “everyone does their fair share.”
“We can either settle for a country where a shrinking number of people do really well, while a growing number of Americans barely get by. Or we can restore an economy where everyone gets a fair shot, everyone does their fair share,” Obama is slated to say.
Fox News reports:
Borrowing the motto from General Motors, the president is to call for restoring the economy and an end to favoritism. In a sampling of remarks released ahead of the address, Obama says it’s time to end a system that benefits those who know how to game it — whether the biggest company or the lowliest worker.
“Let’s never forget: Millions of Americans who work hard and play by the rules every day deserve a government and a financial system that does the same. It’s time to apply the same rules from top to bottom: No bailouts, no handouts, and no copouts. An America built to last insists on responsibility from everybody,” the president is expected to say.
According to the excerpts, Obama is to say that the “defining issue of our time” is keeping alive the American dream alive:
“The defining issue of our time is how to keep that promise alive. No challenge is more urgent. No debate is more important. We can either settle for a country where a shrinking number of people do really well, while a growing number of Americans barely get by. Or we can restore an economy where everyone gets a fair shot, everyone does their fair share, and everyone plays by the same set of rules. What’s at stake are not Democratic values or Republican values, but American values. We have to reclaim them.”
Fox reports that Obama is also expected to say that while he will cooperate with Congress, he will not let Republicans stand in the way of implementing his plans:
“I intend to fight obstruction with action,” he will say, adding that policies that he claims led to the economic crisis — outsourcing, bad debt and phony financial profits — must end and a blueprint be devised for an economy “built to last.”
“Think about the America within our reach: A country that leads the world in educating its people. An America that attracts a new generation of high-tech manufacturing and high-paying jobs. A future where we’re in control of our own energy, and our security and prosperity aren’t so tied to unstable parts of the world. An economy built to last, where hard work pays off and responsibility is rewarded,” he is expected to say.
The preview of Obama’s speech was reportedly foreshadowed by comments from presidential aides who claim the president is focused on manufacturing, energy, “skills for American workers and a renewal of American values.”

That would never happen. If everyone started working and were able to support themselves, the Democratic Party would lose it’s base once the free money stopped flowing. Once a person earns their own money, they become far more concerned about keeping more of it for themselves as life closes in on them.

Most people by the age of 40 have had to earn their own living and know what is rightfully theirs to keep because it was earned. The youth don‘t understand that concept because most don’t have that experience by the age of 20. Many are still dependent on their parent’s financial means and going to school or just starting out in the workforce with limited responsibility. Not all, but a large portion.

In 1861 (Officially 1863) Lincoln declared a National Emergency and Martial Law. We have been ever since, with the exception of a few brief years under Clinton.
This Patriot Act and NDAA is just a way to “Declare” it, although we have been “under” it.
When the Southern States Original Congressional Representatives did not return to congress after the civil war, congress was declared ‘Sine die’ or ‘Without day’ and was suspended.
The Banksters and their Politician Minions placed “representatives” in the
empty seats and continued operations without the people’s knowledge of this.
Now the Banksters had even more influence in American Politics.
In 1912 the U.S. was broke and turned to the Banksters. They Banksters created a Bank called the ‘Federal Reserve’ to be the Nation’s Bank.
In 1913 the Federal reserve act was passed. This was a loan.
In 1933 we defaulted and declared bankrupty.
The “Government” pledged our LAND, GOV’T and PEOPLE as collateral to the Federal Reserve PRIVATE BANK !!!!
Social Security became law in 1936. This is a Interest bearing Bond for the Receivers of the Bankruptcy.
In 1944 at the Bretton Woods Agreement, America’s assets were quitclaimed to the world bank and IMF. They Created the U.N. the next year.
The UN now holds the International Lien on America.

What is one man‘s comfort level financially is not another man’s comfort level. I don’t want what many want, and it’s not my place to tell others what they should want. Unfortunately, Marxist believe they are more intelligent than the rest of us and they know what is fair and equal. The make everyone equally not wealthy except for those who are allowed to be the elitist to determine what the “others” should be allowed to have.
