Obama Streaker: I Wasn‘t ’Masturbating‘ and ’I Needed the Money’

Juan Rodriguez, the man accused of streaking at an Obama rally on Sunday, defended his actions Monday night after appearing in a Philadelphia court.

“It’s the human body,” he said. “I think that people nowadays take it a lot more extreme than it is. It’s just the human body. It’s not like I was doing anything like masturbating or anything that was really really inappropriate.”

Another camera caught him explaining that he streaked because he needed the money:

But right now it‘s not a given that the streaking stunt’s financier, billionaire Alki David, will pay up. According to the Fox station in Philadelphia:

On Tuesday, the British web mogul who started a “Streak Obama” contest will issue a formal statement.

But in statements given to the New York Daily News, it seems like David isn’t sure that Juan Rodriguez will qualify for the $1 million prize he offered to anyone who would appear naked before Obama with the name of David’s Web site on his body.

“It’s still not confirmed,” David told the Daily News. “Whether he was in earshot and eyesight of the President is what’s being debated right now.”

David also told the Daily News he may not be able to pay out the bet because of laws in Pennsylvania.

“Apparently, there is a law in Pennsylvania where someone isn’t able to profit from an illegal act,” said David, citing another likely obstacle to Rodriguez collecting the jackpot.

Apparently.

    Me too! Worked for a Production company who was hired by a promotional company. 48 hrs after Obumma was in office he signed the Tobacco industry over to the FDA. (not many know this) The Fed Govt is now trying to put the tobacco industry out of business. The Govt is telling them what they can mfg, how they can advertise (they can’t!) refusing to let them make any kind of different product EVER AGAN. Many may think this is ok but ask yourself…after they destroy these companies and these jobs what will be next to go …. alcohol ?? … guns … Fast Food ??? The people of this country need to WAKE UP . Both sides are destroying the Constitution !!! Funny thing is…once Tobacco goes so goes the free health care for poor kids because they pay for it in Cig taxes !!

      I’m not a smoker and never have been, but I know that the Federal and state governments rake a LOT of money in off taxes on cigarettes and yes, it does go to healthcare programs.

      What will The Smoker In Chief do when there are no more cigarettes?

I can hear Obummmers speech….with the new Arizona law this man can‘t run naked to the ice cream store with out fear of being stopped and if he doesn’t have his papers he could be arrested which would put shame and disgrace on his poor family.

      Why can’t I reply to replies? Anyway, to suggest that billionaires are only made by being penny-pinching liars is absurd. Being “cheap” (read: frugal), I can understand, but to say that wealth is only, or generally, created through dishonesty is another pathetic, well-used lead-in by the left to argue against the free market.

      From what I recall hearing, illegals will still get benefits because they cannot legally ask them if they are illegal.
      That’s how they will be receiving benefits from the new health care bill. They can not be ASKED if they are illegal. So in essence, there are no (KNOWN) illegals that will be getting benefits. From what I remember, Republicans in congress were trying to pass a law within the bill that asked for proof of citizenship. No such luck. It’s such a sham.

      That’s exactly what I thought when they showed the picture of the Streaker being lead away and the woman had both her hands up, shielding her view and turning her head away….”Don’t look Ethel…too late.” Too funny, hadn‘t heard that song or that about that since streakn’ was such a big deal back in the 70′s.       My question is, if it’s illegal to be naked in a public place as the young man evidently was, shouldn’t the man who offered him $1,000,000 for the illegal act also be prosecuted?
