Obama Tied With Fictitious Republican in Latest Poll

The latest Gallup poll released Wednesday regarding the 2012 presidential election shows possibly embarrassing numbers for President Obama: he’s currently tied with a fictitious, unnamed GOP challenger.
The poll asked potential voters if they would vote for Obama or a generic Republican. Respondents split 45 percent to 45 percent:
The Hill suggests this could be bad news for Obama. “When Gallup polled voters in 2003 to test Bush’s reelection prospects, the Texas Republican led a generic Democrat 47-39 percent,” it says.
“It’s a political maxim that in elections with a sitting president running for re-election, voters are not so much choosing between two candidates as voting for or against the incumbent,” Gallup concludes. “That is not to say it won’t matter whom the Republicans choose as their standard-bearer, but perhaps it matters slightly less than it would in an open election.”

Posted on February 17, 2011 at 11:10amI think it’s safe to say that if Obama is tied at this point, considering the amount of damage he’s inflicted on this country, that this country is, indeed, in peril.
Obama is Jimmy Carter on steroids and half the country is OK with that???

All I hear from all of the Republican prospects are the same old retoric from the last century. Mike Huckabee is the only one that comes close to telling the truth. He is also for the mosque being built at ground zero. Mitt Romney is the best choice for President out of all of the candidates currently running. I also like Herman Cain and Sarah Palin but I do not see how they can be elected as they lack a nationwide organization and the resources necessary to defeat Obama.

I digress. I will pull the Republican lever every time. I just hope and pray there is a good candidate each time I do it. I don’t care in the slightest if the name on it is Palin, Bachman, Christie, Romney, Gingritch, Savage(or is it Wiener?), whomever. Anything the republicans may offer is better, PERIOD. Now, with that being said…will it be enough? Will they have the fortitude to do what is needed and not worry about some a**hole calling them Scrooge or Hitler? Somehow I doubt it. I just watched the Bachman interview with “Steffy”, and she dodged a few questions. I don‘t think she’s got that fortitude, just to show an example.

Posted on February 17, 2011 at 10:13amTHE REPUBLIC IS IN CRISIS –LEADERSHIP REQUIRED
A champion of freedom, reminiscent of George Washington, will be necessary for the Republic to survive. This new leader must fulfill Ayn Rand’s definition of a “Radical for Capitalism” and will have to be a charismatic speaker to Garner the popular support required to save the Republic. At this time there’s no one on the national scene that fulfills these specifications. No RINOS allowed!
Two personalities that show promise are Herman Cain and Marco Rubio. Both of these men are excellent communicators but they have yet to earn extensive public support or demonstrate that they are truly “Radicals for Capitalism”. Only time will tell if either of these men has the philosophy and the charisma to save the Republic. Perhaps someone, unrecognized today, will rise to the occasion.

Posted on February 17, 2011 at 12:21pmHey rightwingheroes
Facts don’t matter to liberals. As an example they continually refer to Obama as the first African American President and he clear is not. For 8 years we were told Bill Clinton the first African American President.
Second, the term African American refers to an American who has both parents of African race, i.e. the entire continent not a particular country in Africa.
As an example, I am Italian American in that both my parents were of Italian origin.
In Obama’s case the correct term would be to call him Kenyan American in that his father was Kenyan and his mother American. In other words bi-racial. Webster Dictionary has a word in it that describes Obama– MULATTO. They can’t call him as bi-racial because in their mind it would have a negative connotation with white voters. Hence, they refer to him as African American.
Webster also describes his political agenda–Marxism.
So Obama would accurately be called the first Marxist Mulatto President of America, not the first African American President.
There entire agenda is to ignore facts even when they are right in front of them and that Bush is bad. Everything is Bush’s fault. And of course, we are all racists.
The Marxist Mulatto President is always better than Bush. That sums up their entire policy.

I said that to make this point. One of my harden white liberals friends whom I have conversed with over the years told me tonight that he has changed his political stance from liberal to independent. That is a big deal if you guys new the political battles we have had over the years. Sure he has not come completely around to becoming conservative, but the trajectory is obvious.

Fact of the matter is we (the indians) lost. In war thats what happens. They also say; “well the white man had slaves” I say so… that is the way it was then. That doesn’t make what the white man built wrong. Now, this let a lot of white folks off the guilt trip of their ancestry.
