Report Post »Mark Levin did a great job today explaining why they will most likely throw out the entire law. He played large segments of their comments and they did not seem like they wanted to get into crafting a new law out of the remaining 2700 pages.
I think we may even be seeing the begining of the end for the commerce clause. It was a bad decision to begin with and if it does get revisited it could invalidate 80 percent of what the fed claims authority over.

Posted on April 10, 2012 at 3:30pmThe decades of misuse and abuse of the “Commerce Clause” have seen most of the worst actions ever taken by the federal government, all the way from a poor farmer in Dayton who wasn’t allowd to grow enough wheat to feed his family, to Oblunder and pals trying to use this travesty to take over the entire country from Washington. It’s very simple, either we’re going to be a nation of laws, or not. We cannot allow these treasonous unamerican actions from the Oblunder and Bush administrations to stand. From the “Patriot Act” to Oblunder‘s latest ’executive order’ giving himself personal, unfettered control of everything in our country whenever he feels it’s necessary. These unconstitutional laws must NOT stand. That‘s why we have enumerated powers and that’s why we have the Tenth Amendment. Our Constitution MUST be the ultimate law of the land. NO MAN is above the law.

Where are the burning liberal effigies and pictures of Obama stepping on the constitution while lady liberty weeps tears of utter despair? Seriously, The Blaze is really slipping up. I am starting to think you guys are becoming part of the vast liberal conspiracy to undermine Capitalism and fundamental AMERICAN values like family and good barbecue.

1. The interstate commerce act regulates triad & sales across state lines. Right?
2. The insurance industry by law cannot now offer me insurance across state lines. Right?
So my question is how can health insurance which can not be purchased across state lines fall under the interstate commerce act when no interstate commerce is involved?
This sounds like double talk to me and this song will help you understand.
