President Barack Obama‘s video message on the 100th anniversary of Boston’s Fenway Park was apparently met with booing, according to the tweets of people at the Red Sox-Yankees game Friday:

Mitt Romney adviser Eric Fehrnstorm (because Fehrnstorm’s tweet came about 20 minutes after the initial reports, it’s unclear whether he was actually at the game or posted based on other messages):

No verified video of the event has been posted yet; we’ll update if one becomes available.
First lady Michelle Obama and second lady Jill Biden were booed at a Nascar race back in November, though a Red Sox game in heavily-Democratic Massachusetts is arguably a very different political environment.
Update: Blaze reader Ken emailed in to say he was at the game and that Obama was definitely booed when he came onscreen, which happened around the second or third inning.
“There were some cheers as well, but there were more boos than cheers,” he wrote.
He said the message lasted about a minute, during which Obama wished Fenway a happy birthday and hoped for an all-Sox American League Championship Series between the Red Sox and the Chicago White Sox.

As one posted above the mortgage interest rates were so high that very few purchased homes off post as an investment. Barracks life was not much better. A blown light bulb had to be individually exchanged through unit supply to get a new one. I don’t think that AR 220-1 had the correct codes to cover what had to be done in the unit for real.

However, it seems Obama gets a pass on all his Faux Pas and without a teleprompter, he stammers, mispronounces words, doesn’t complete sentences, and repeats himself. He either must have a teleprompter or repeat ad nauseum his talking points. Even when he has the teleprompter and he is repeating a previous speech, he has trouble.
