Occupy London Out of Control: Children Squatting at St. Paul’s Cathedral, Camp Rife with Class ‘A’ Drugs, Human Waste

St. Pauls Cathedral Defaced by Occupy London

While there has been no shortage of public debauchery occurring at various Occupy protests around the country and, world, Occupy London might have hit an all-time low and is now facing eviction. According to an 88-page report filed by the City of London, several children, even some as young as 9-years-old are said to be living — or rather, squatting — at an Occupy encampment in the landmark St. Paul’s Cathedral. This is the same church in which its carpets were reportedly used as a “latrine” by Occupiers not but weeks ago. To make matters worse, Class “A” drugs were reportedly seized by London police after Occupiers requested a sharps bin in which to dispose of hypodermic needles.

In addition to children-squatters and Class “A” drugs on location, dogs are reportedly roaming free and spikes in violence have forced two women to hide in a portable toilets to avoid attack. Police have arrested a convicted sex offender at the site.

The human-waste factor is still problem, with reports indicating feces were found on both the St. Paul’s grounds and inside sanctuary itself.

The Daily Mail reports:

Children as young as nine are thought to be living in the St Paul’s Cathedral protest camp, according to documents filed today at the High Court by the City of London.

The Corporation, which is taking legal action to evict the anti-capitalist protesters, highlighted the filthy conditions ahead of the court battle which is due to start this week.

Joy Hollister, the director of community and children’s services for the Corporation, provided a witness statement to say she had observed a ‘very strong smell of cannabis in several parts of the camp’ and the presence of several children – two of whom appeared to be living there.’

Hollister also raised concern about the growing number of “vulnerable” people at the Occupy London encampment, stating:

‘By which I mean people who were exhibiting behaviour that was indicative of poor mental health, people who were exhibiting signs of drug use including stumbling and compulsive behaviour, people who had body odour arising from significant periods without washing or change of clothing and a number of people who were clearly under the influence of drugs and alcohol.’

The 88-page report claims drug and alcohol use are rife while the camp has become inundated with human waste and covered with graffiti.

Parts of the dossier come from registrar of St Paul’s, Nicholas Cottam, who wrote to a Corporation official outlining the disruptions faced by the cathedral.

Mr Cottam wrote: ‘Desecration: – graffiti have been scratched and painted on to the great west doors of the cathedral, the chapter house door and most notably a sacrilegious message painted on the restored pillars of the west portico.

‘Human defecation has occurred in the west portico entrance and inside the cathedral on several occasions.’

St. Pauls Cathedral Defaced by Occupy London

The eviction notice was served on the camp last Thursday. Meanwhile, Occupy spokespeople vow to contest the eviction, which could take months

Even if the court action succeeds, the protest is likely to continue in the churchyard during the day as long as nobody pitches tents.

Adam Chapman, head of public law at Kingsley Napley, said the Human Rights Act would make evicting London protesters a far more complex affair than in New York.

Meanwhile, St. Paul’s continues to be defiled regularly.

I’ve taken my kids on camping trips before (just me and the kids, my husband was away for the summer for work). The people I’ve met camping have been some of the nicest, most helpful people that you could ever meet. Of course, this was camping in campgrounds legally in a natural setting, not illegal urban camping.

Ah, our Occupiers across the “pond.” The inspiration for our local dudes. London’s International anarchists had their pre-Occupation riots in August , inspired the union/lefty groups in America to continue their lovely tradition of defying the law and expecting “ no consequences” to their illegal actions. This is exactly what our American “occupiers” have in mind. Isn’t it ironic that a group who calls themselves “Occupy” has not a clue that they have no right to Occupy any public space at the expense of others to be in those same spaces and of tax payers who are expected to pay for their illegal “occupation ?” When describing the Occupiers , some words come to mind : clueless, spoiled, stupid, irresponsible, self-centered, and ill- bred come to mind… and many more not fit , in polite society, to print…

      SacredHonor1776,
I’m telling you one last time and then you are on your own. Timothy didn‘t write that scripture because Timothy didn’t exist yet. Laws are meant for all, and even the righteous, because the righteous are here to guide others, and that‘s why Revelation even goes so far as to warn the righteous about what will befall them if they don’t do their job. And the only reason they may not do their jobs is because they too have the chance of falling because they are lawless. No, man is perfect and all men are sinners, lest they believe they are perfect and do not see their own imperfections causing them to fall. We are all lawless.

Well there is the conspiracy theory put forth by I think it was Alex Jones, that Glenn Beck is another CIA/NWO operative… that he only feeds out just enough, ‘truth’, as in true to the plan of those who want the NWO, so that people think they are fighting against it… But Glenn Beck secretly ‘supports’ the NWO, and is actually easing people into it…

So all his ‘prophesies’, are just part of the larger plan, that he’s been told about, and only the parts that he’s been told he can talk about…

Of course this is probably just crazy ranting by ‘conspiracy theorists’ againts the competition…

      http://sueliz1.wordpress.com/2010/11/05/glenn-beck-a-new-world-order-is-coming-and-it-could-be-good/

Then again, he did have that episode last year, where he had someone on the show, that said, “NWO order is coming, and ‘it could be good’… or it ‘could be bad’ just depending on who controlled the order… Glenn sorta agreed to the good NWO, “that rings true to me”… That made me double take… Since its slightly creepy, how it was discussed….

You obviously havent’ read enough Paul, and have overlooked the fact that he stated several times, that no man is rightous…

His ‘law’ comments are really close to a paraphrase of the “He who hath no sin, throw the first stone’, that Christ stated in his own ministry. That being an impossible situation and standard that no man could live up because all have sin, and there is ‘none without sin’. Paul says nearly the same thing himself.

Christ will spit out the lukewarm just as Noah’s Ark spit out the raven. For even in the days of Noah the meek (those unclean by the two’s) and the righteous (those clean by the sevens), remained in the Ark while the lukewarm (the raven) was cast out of the Ark to finish drying up the remaining waters.

Interesting thought. I had thought about that before. One of the reasons why the 1918 flu virus spread so quickly was that people were living in close quarters in unsanitary conditions due to the war; there were also war bond parades where people were hanging out together in close proximity. http://www.squidoo.com/h1n1_1918_today

Don’t thank him. Misconstrue is well named. It’s actually the City of London (known as the “square mile”) which is the financial centre of London. The whole reason they camped outside St Pauls is that the police stopped them when they were on their way into the Stock Exchange area of the City. It’s not the “original city” and the city walls are in no way related to the area. “Beating the bounds” was a medieval tradition but only in areas where the boundaries were disputed – certainly not in London.

The Great Plague (1665–1666) was a massive outbreak of disease in the Kingdom of England (modern day United Kingdom) that killed an estimated 100,000 people, 20% of London’s population.[1] The disease is identified as bubonic plague, an infection by the bacterium Yersinia pestis, transmitted through a flea vector. It had arrived in Europe 300 years previously as the Black Death and returned in fresh outbreaks every 10 years or so, of which the Great Plague of London was the last major outbreak.[2] The 1665-1666 epidemic was on a far smaller scale than the earlier “Black Death” pandemic, a virulent outbreak of disease in Europe between 1347 and 1353.[3] The plague of 1665 was only remembered afterwards as the “great” plague because it was one of the last widespread outbreaks in England.

Keep in mind that St. Pauls is a war memorial, and has a memorial chapel to American WW2 service troops. The entire back of the church beyond the high alter is designated American territory for the fallen, IIRC. Beautiful marble and granite work, and a large book with the names of the American fallen. It is highly respectful.

It is filled with memorials and tombs to many of Britains finest as well… Including a fairly large statue of the British general (see Revolutionary War enemy), Charles Cornwallis… IIRC.

I knew St. Paul was a farce the second I read him telling Timothy that the laws are meant for the Lawless, because the Laws are meant for everyone.

      Paul is generally considered more conservative, where you think they get such verses to point out the ‘sin’ of homosexuality as;

      Romans 1:26-27:
“For this reason God gave them over to degrading passions: for their women exchanged the natural use for that which is against nature. And in the same way also the men abandoned the natural use of the woman and burned in their desire toward one another, men with men committing indecent acts and receiving in their own persons the due penalty for their error.”

      I Corinthians 6:9:
“The unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God. So do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor swindlers, shall inherit the realm of God.”

      I Timothy 1:9-10:
“Law is not made for a righteous person but for those who are lawless and rebellious, for the ungodly and sinners, for the unholy and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers and fornicators and homosexuals and kidnappers and liars and perjurers, and whatever else is contrary to sound (healthy) teaching.”

Liberal Christians generally like to ignore Paul, and focus on the ministry of Christ only.

By the law he is speaking of the Ten Commandments? I‘m pretty sure he’s stating that no man on earth is ‘rightousess’ or without sin. But still there is a way out through Christ… Christ says nearly the same thing during his ministery as well.

      Timothy 1:
8We know that the law is good if one uses it properly. 9We also know that lawa is made not for the righteous

      Galations 3:
23:But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up to the faith which should afterwards be revealed. 24Why the law was our schoolmaster to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. 26For you are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus.

How wonderful to have our spewer of nonsensical biblical sayings weight in on the authenticity of Saint Paul. Attention, Biblical scholars: ELIASIM speaks: Let he who is without stones, cast the first sin…

Paul, knew very well no one is ‘righteous’; Only Christ was without blemish.

      Romans 3:10
As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one…

Infact he is the apostle that warns that even those who try to appear righteous outwardly, and judge others will find themselves before Christ’s judgement…

If you read Paul’s comments in context, you’d understand he set up an impossible situation (‘rightousness’ without faith, rightousness on earth), to point out the absurdity that all have sinned.

It’s similar to the story of Christ, where he commands, ‘he who hath no sin, cast the first stone’. It’s an impossible situation, and that was Christ’s point. Bring up an impossible situation, and use it to teach the message he intended, that we are not to judge others (because we cannot be impartial ourselves).

Paul is probably one of more humble and human characters the bible that always points out his own character flaws, uses those as teaching moments. So he knew very well that people can’t be rightous on their own.

One thing I found interesting, was that women were apparently a weakness to him, as he spent quite a few verses talking about how marriage was not for him, and interferred with the ministery. So he chose not to get married. But he pointed out for others marriage may be important. I know though some theologians try to suggest that he might have been a homosexual… but chose to be abstinent rather than continue to sin. But that is probab

that should be, point out the absuridty of those who believed they were ‘rightous, and without sin’, and better than everyone else. To point out that all had sin. Much like Christ’s message of “he who is without sin, cast the first stone’.

Don‘t look for the splinter in someone else’s eye, because you can’t see the beam in your own…
