Occupy London Protesters Allegedly Use St. Paul‘s Cathedral Carpet as ’Latrine’

Just when the health and hygiene issues surrounding Occupy protests couldn’t get any more repugnant, reports surfaced Monday revealing that even historic landmarks and sacred places of worship like St. Paul’s Cathedral in London are not safe from defiling. The Daily Mail reports that St. Paul’s staff have been handed the unpleasant task of cleaning human waste from inside the cathedral, particularly on the carpet inside the church near its West steps — just yards away from the protests.
One clergyman was furious over the holy building being used ‘as a latrine’ said, “This is desecration of a very holy place. it hurts me and it hurts the staff.”
The Mail adds:
St Paul‘s has blamed ’hangers on‘ and not protesters at the tented camp which closed one of London’s most iconic attractions for a number of days last month.
Cathedral spokesman, The Rev Rob Marshall, told the Sunday Times: ‘We are aware of these kind of problems and raising them in our daily talks with camp members who we are not presuming at all are responsible.
The cathedral was shut on health and safety grounds, but reopened on October 27.
Meanwhile, vandals have already spray-painted “666” on one of the cathedral’s walls. Perhaps those responsible believe it is easier to disrespect a church by defecating on its carpet than to engage in a substantive dialogue about the political and economic issues they claim is motivation for their actions.

This is, in the case of London, one of the prime examples of her words being fulfilled…many hold the churches history and participation as a tradition and foundation of how they got to where we are today, and so the protesters know they need to make a mockery of it.

Yet there within the middle of it all, St. Paul’s Cathedral stands untouched, among the ruined bombed-out remains of London around it. This became a symbol of patriotism, not just to the people of the UK, but to the rest of those fighting against tyranny.
And occupy protesters want to poop on it.
That goes to show what these “OWSers” stand for. At least I know what side I’m on.

Why are these brainwashed programmed robots making a deal with the devil regardless of the damage they cause? It is hard for me to understand how this can happen . Where is their common sense? What made them cross the line? Where are their morals? What could lead them down this road? I am just at a loss.
