From Politico:
The chairman of the Ohio Democratic Party was caught using the f-word to describe the tea party during a union political forum Monday night.
During a passionate speech about health care, Chairman Chris Redfern was attempting to supply supporters with a potential response to critiques of the president’s health care reform law.
“Now he or she gets health care, your health care, while he or she looks for a new job. In the very base terms, we win these arguments and every time one of these [expletive] says – excuse my language,” Redfern said, using a variation of the f-word, according to a video clip posted by Wheeling, Ohio, television station WTOV.

Posted on September 22, 2010 at 2:00pmWas it “winning the argument” when they shut Republicans out of the deliberations on the Health Insurance Mandate? Not only do they not win “the argument”–regardless of the topic–they don’t even want to start it, for the simple reason that they know, on some level, that they will lose.
It must extraordinarily frustrating defending the indefensible against principled, truth-based opposition.

Posted on September 22, 2010 at 1:55pmWow – and I didn’t think they could have stooped any lower than when they call T.E.A. Partiers “tea-baggers”. In the liberal playbook, the first rule of winning an unwinnable argument is to discredit or demean your opponent (Diversion). Although, it would be nice to see them actually get into real debates sometime so the proof of their failures would come more into the light to their supporters.

Lately with these Dems, t‘s like listening to Tenth Graders when Dad’s not around and they feel like they have to be impressive, but don‘t have a clue what’s important…so they start obligatory swearing and name calling. No cognitive thoughtful response, just immature names and finger pointing.

There are billions of unaccounted for TARP and stimulus $$dollars floating around and the DEMS will use it to fight off teaparty candidates. Posted on September 22, 2010 at 6:50pmBigbenjo.. so true people forget that while the union members may attend a meeting other than a few real scummy unions like SEIU the members vote differently than the UNION BOSSES want them to.. Most DO NOT like the direction OBAMA is taking this country and they are worried for their kids futures.. most people who belong to unions didn’t LOOK for a union job the job they found just happened to be union.. some union jobs require a degree and to pay back their loans and feed their families they have to work..

Posted on September 23, 2010 at 12:44amI agree Big Ben. Union Leaders ARE Marxist sewer rats but union members often don’t have a choice; either they‘re union members or they’re out of a job. But let me make a point here. Collective bargaining, protesting, petitioning, free speech rights are all protected under the 1st Amendment, but Union strikes are unconstitutional under the 5th Amendment rights of due process and property ownership rights and should be made illegal.
