‘Oh My God That Hurt!’: Reporter Walks Into Pole During Ambush Interview

News Blooper: Canadian Reporter Kent Molgat Walks Into a Pole

Canadian television reporter Kent Molgat is the latest to fall victim to the unyielding viral nature of the Internet: footage of him walking into a pole while trying to get an attorney on the record is spreading fast.

In the video, Molgat is seen walking briskly to keep up with the lawyer, microphone in hand, when he smacks full-force into the pole, even knocking his glasses askew. “Oh my God that hurt!” he says.

Molgat himself posted the video on his Facebook page, with the comment: “Ok. Go ahead and have a good laugh. This is me failing to navigate around a perfectly visible post.” Posted Wednesday, 17 of his friends had “liked” it by Friday afternoon.

The liberal was happy to see the targeted turn around to see if the guy was OK???? Yes, because he just might be a good guy! Can’t say that for the angry Left in this country who would have laughed their butts off if this had been a FOX news reporter.

The kind that don’t want to put them in the middle of streets I would suspect.

Street light poles, street sign poles, traffic light poles, parking meters, telephone poles and a bunch of other poles are on the sidewalks of every city in the world. It’s not unique or rare or some sort of a surprise that there would be a pole on a sidewalk. The guy simply wasn’t paying enough attention to where he was walking, it happens.

They do that to nail bicycle riders who are in a hurry and don’t want to get out in the street with all those impatient, uncaring drivers. Duck & swerve, NOW!

He wasn’t being civil. He was eying a potential client. He figured he could sue the city for putting the pole there. Gotta admire the market awareness of the lawyer. lol!!

Let me apologize up front. I don‘t wish anyone any harm and I don’t know this journalist so I’m not judging here; I just wish that fate would befall EVERY yellow journalist…and all at once. How refreshing that would be! The TRUTH, obvious as the nose on your face, could smack you if you choose to ignore it.

At least the man has the ability to laugh at himself. Most of us are so self righteous and or self centered, that we are unable to do this.
And YES, I laugh at myself almost everyday. The first thing I do in the morning is roll over and tell my wife that I am sorry. That way I get a head start on the day.
I am amazed everyday that the Lord can forgive me, no matter what.
