Ohio Exotic Dancer Indicted in Dragging Death of Customer

(AP) — An Ohio exotic dancer has been indicted on murder charges in the death of a man authorities say was dragged under her car for more than a mile.

Ohio Exotic Dancer Indicted in Dragging Death of CustomerPolice say 35-year-old Kristina Hensley, of Higginsport, told officers that she was hired for a private show last month in 31-year-old Jae Cho’s home in Monroe, near Cincinnati. They say she reported that Cho kept touching her inappropriately and that she tried to leave. She says he jumped in front of her car when she tried to drive away.

Butler County Prosecutor Robin Piper said Tuesday that Hensley was indicted on two counts of murder and one count each of aggravated robbery and failure to stop after an accident.

Court records do not list an attorney for Hensley. She could get up to life in prison if convicted of murder.

Blaze editor’s note — Here is a WKRC-TV video report at the time of Hensley’s initial arrest last month:

Two lives lost. Not funny. No matter what he did or didn’t do, he did not deserve to be executed for it, did he? She was probably drunk, on drugs, or both. Throw anger and a car into the mix and you have road rage on steriods. Why he got in front of that car, I have no idea, but clearly it was a fatal mistake. It is a sad story, but I am sure jutice will be served.

If I was a woman, and I was afraid some guy was going to rape me, and I had just hit him with my car because he ran out and tried to stop me…..
do you really think i would stop and offer aid?
the whole affair is sad, but i think the prosecutor in this case is going overboard.
i’m not a lawyer, so maybe someone could explain this for me: Why two counts of murder?

what was she expecting…..it’s like saying “i wore this skirt that was so short my butt was hanging out. and the way the guys were treating me like i was a peice of meat. what a bunch of pigs!” if you don’t like to be touched or treated like that…don’t take your clothes off for people….and most certainly don’t do private shows. you act like a peice of meat….it‘s how you’re gonna get treated. not excusing this guy for what he was doing….but what was she expecting going in..he was gonna have a candle lit dinner with some people playing violins?! come on people.

Reads to me to be a clear case of self-defense on the part of Kristina Hensley. This is a clear case of justifiable homicide. This case is a question if she was in fear for her safety and well being, or not.

Inappropriate touching, inappropriate sexual behavior on the part of a group of men directed at a woman, yes, this warrants killing those men, or a man. This type of threatening behavior leads to rape, and homicide is justified in defense against being raped.

This Cho boy received his just deserves if this is a true case of sexual predation.

THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF JUSTIFIED HOMICIDE? Really? Are you sure? Do you know all the facts? Are you ready to pronounce judgment at this point? Must be great to have such divine powers. Guess it comes from your nudist lifestyle and soft porn promotion on your website. You’re a real winner.

TEXAS RED and JANDDJOHNSON question my motives.

Both of you boys are ignoring my questioning the validity of this girl’s story:

I previously write, “…if she was in fear for her safety and well being, or not” and I previously write, “…if this is a true case of sexual predation.”

Both of you ignoring my quoted comments is an act of deceit through omission. The instant you engage in deceit, you have no credibility.

TEXAS RED, my online activities elsewhere are related to this topic in what way? I know you pick at your bellybutton. With your being a bellybutton picker, you cannot be truthful.

Your comments about my personal activities make as much sense as teats on a fish.

Okpolut begining your statement with an assumption of guilt of the victim “clearly” deserving death
Is not being open minded, though at the end you did tag on a comment mentioning it is possible he didn’t deserve it.
As for the charges I am guessing from the police, they have some type of witness or proof that she had stolen or robbed him. Unfortunatly the “work” she chooses to do is very stigmatized, & deservingly so. One of my old roomates from years ago started sutch a buisnes & theft, drugs, & hooking fallowed immediately & ruined his life. Let’s say that was obviously an easy to see outcome.

The same people who defend this woman who was relatively safe inside a car facing an unarmed man, will vilify a cop who is forced to shoot a knife-wielding, cracked out thug coming at him in a murderous rage from 5 paces away.

While that is unfortunately true, you also have cops tasering 80 yr old, women on bed rest, mentally handicapped young men ( who ended up dying) etc. So the abuse goes both ways.

The median income for a household in [Monroe] was $56,012, and the median income for a family was $62,528. Families below the poverty line, 1%. 65% of residents married.

      Murder, not manslaughter. *Aggravated* robbery.

I guess you don’t have much experience with drug addicts. They are the kind of people who steal your $100 then spend the afternoon helping you look for it.

She got invited to a nice place, she robbed the guy, he tried to stop her from escaping, she killed him and drug him down the road a stretch under her car.

And your feeble reply is, “No is no”. Sheesh.

Aggravated robbery. She robbed the guy, tried to get away, and mowed down the victim when he tried to stop her.

      Next, she pleads “sexual harrasment”.
