Olbermann Names Bristol Palin ‘Worst’ Person Because of Abstinence Ad

Keith Olbermann went after Bristol Palin last night for an “old” abstinence ad. I was going to write my own quip-laden post about it, but sometimes you shouldn’t be afraid to credit someone who already has some great things to say.

Viewers of Countdown might have thought they had tuned in to a rerun tonight, as host Keith Olbermann pegged his retrofitted “Worst Persons in the World (Not Really)” award to a two-week-old abstinence and safe sex PSA starring Bristol Palin and Jersey Shore’s “The Situation.”
Worse than that, though, Olbermann criticizes perhaps the only redeeming thing about the cringe-worthy spot, and makes a tone-deaf comparison to George W. Bush and 9/11.
Olbermann is seriously in need of some catchup. Not only is the PSA in question old-ish news, but after watching a clip from the spot, he exclaims “She’s the Candies spokesperson for abstinence?”
Actually, she has been for a year-and-a-half, now. Also, we have a black President.
Here’s the PSA Olbermann was referring to, which includes Palin advocating abstinence while her “Dancing With the Stars” co-star “The Situation” advocates safe sex:
While Olbermann mocks Palin, she actually seems like the perfect person to advocate for abstinence: she knows what happens when you don’t practice it. Far from being mocked, she should be commended.

She’s a legal adult, decided to be the spokesperson, and decided to put herself further into the public square by being on DWTS. If all she was known as is the daughter of Sarah Palin I’d say sure, leave her alone, but she’s decided to be a public figure in her own right and is a fair target.

I have kept tabs, though. I don‘t think I’ve ever seen a “Worst Peson in the World” subject that I’d agree with.
Yes, there are horrible human beings, but are they *all* Conservatives? Tell me somebody won’t make his own list.
All that said, calling someone a pedophile just because you disagree and/or dislike him is repugnant.

Something smells here that Olbermann may be just another part of the smoke and mirrors a large number of us have been looking at; especially the latest wikileaks part. I got to looking at the little part of the Blaze that is “The Wire” and they mention another part of the italian city of Pompeii has collapsed.
The local authorities blame it on lots of rain for the collapse and for a house falling in earlier in the month. Yet the fact is, there is a phenomena called ‘ground deformation’ and ‘micro quakes’ that occur from the mountain just outside the town called “MOUNT VESUVIUS!!!”
Olbermann is just another micro quake, wikipedia is a deep rumbling, and something else, the bigger event is getting ready or set up to happen soon for the detonation to come.
