    NPR, just like the other liberal news organizations, just another tactic to try to shut FoxNews down. Their attempts keep back firing on them.

    Why is that every time one of these liberal socialists who spew sewage from their mouths on he news cower in fear when they are approached to explain why. Cowards all, they spend their waking hours looking for ways to discredit good decent Americans like Juan Williams while seeking further ways to help destroy this great Democracy. I guess that’s what jail cells are for, to round up such vermin and send them to their just sentence as Amerian traitors.

    I noticed that when she made the comment about the psychiatrist/publisist “…between him and his…” that normally that phrase goes, “…between him and his MAKER…”, but she hesitated, ad-libbed rather than make any reference to a CREATOR, and her MAKER hoist her on her own perard! Thank the Lord!

      Funny, I was wondering the other day that if Glenn is #2 radio show then who is #2 so I got to looking and found that all of the top 10 radio shows are conservative personalities. As for a more direct answer, conservatives believe in free market and make their own way…we don’t need taxpayer money and hand outs, we make our own future.

    Hey Fox, how about a Hannity/Juan show? Is there room in Hannity’s show for a different point of view to create some needed contrast? I very rarely agree with Juan, but I do appreciate his honesty and different point of view. Best of luck to Juan in his more permanent role at FNC.

      Wrong. Juan has made a series of controversial opinionated statements and was already on a short leash. His comment on O’Reilly was a bigoted statement that runs contrary to what he has demanded of white people when they are concerned about passing a black person on the street, as he did in 1986. That was the last straw. And NPR is totally justified making the call it did. I personally think firing was too stiff a penalty, but some sort of punish was justified. Replace Muslim with Jew or Black and think about what Fox’s reponse would have been.

      O‘Reilly’s program and Fox in general has been proven to be far to the right, using textual analysis, as the Hoover Institute did about 10 years ago and more recently. Those same analyses have shown that NPR has a left wing bias, but it is less extreme. This is the research of Hoover, a conservative think-tank. So O’Reilly can claim that they are stupid or liars, but that is not accurate. Guys like Colmes and Williams can barely get points out and are used as straw men for the right wing guys that dominate. This is far worse than trying to present a centrist view.

      Finally, O’Reilly will never learn. “There is a Muslim threat…“ ”There is a Muslim problem…” Until he admits that the problem is with extemists, not Muslims, he will continue to be an idiot in my book. Also, when O’Reilly starts working to prevent the use of domestic terrorism by anti-abortion Christians, then he will not be a hypocrite when he talks about the “duty” of moderate Muslims to stop the extremists, as if there is a connection between the two–another bigoted statement. In the trial of Scott Roeder, it was revealed that he was a regular watcher of O‘Reilly and approved of the pressure that O’Reilly put on Tiller. Unlike Muslims who do nothing to cheer on their extremists, O’Reilly helped to goad Roeder into killing Tiller. Enough with this nonsense and hypocrisy. Stop saying the problem is with Muslims rather than extremists, and stop saying that peaceful Muslims (especially those in the US) have any unique obligation to address the problem–especially when you, O’Reilly, are doing the opposite for Christian extremists. Only stupid people could not see the hypocrisy and bigotry in these kinds of exchanges.

      Wrong. O’Reilly continues to attack all Muslims with his language (“Muslim problem”) rather than focusing on Islamic extremism. He also continues to insist that moderate Muslims have a special obligation to rein in the extremists, while he has done much worse by encouraging Christian extremists who blow up abortion clinics to intimidate doctors (classic definition of terrorism). When O’Reilly apologizes for goading Scott Roeder, then maybe moderate Muslims can be criticized by him. Until then, he is a hypocrite and perhaps even a bigot.

      @ABC
      As usual, on the wrong side of the issues. Muslims do have an obligation to denounce extremists within the Muslim community. Catholics have denounced the church for their sex scandals, Christians vocally denounce the Westboro Baptist church for their hate, and the terrorist acts against abortion clinics. You choose to see only what you want to see and hear only what you want to hear. Radical Muslims have been using airline highjacking (almost exclusively) for decades. Their ideology is wrapped in the Quran and no one stands up to protect the religion, except the PC.

      Vivian Schiller – she makes many comments, one she did apologize for, yet others made against Juan Williams are verifiable lies told against him. I love the part when she will not come to the O’Reilly Factor, so they go to her…love it indeed.

      How about NPR owners just do this in an announcement “NPR is now shutting down for good, we are donating the property and equipment to charity, and burning all of Soros’s donated money. Goodnight and farewell.”

      Yeah, she sounded like a perfect, uneducated fascist idiot. And notice how she didn’t acknowledge that many or most employees for NPR regularly advocate the killing of Christians. NPR is basically 24/7 hate radio, all of whom are communists (or is it Marxist? somebody explain the difference to me), who want to kill everyone except Muslims and destroy our country. Can you believe they are 10% government supported? Be afraid.

      Be very, very afraid of this organization. They want to kill your children, then you. NPR must be stopped no matter what!
