Orlando Women’s Clinic Advertises $50 Coupons for Discount Sunday Abortions

Regardless of one’s personal or political views on abortion, most people on both sides of the aisle would probably take issue with a clinic marketing coupon deals on the procedure as nonchalantly as if it were a manicure or spa-facial. On Monday, LifeNews reported that a coupon promising discount Sunday abortions for a “limited” time only, was issued by the Orlando Women’s Center – as if they were advertising a “fire sale.”
Below is a copy of the coupon:
The fine print states that the coupon can even be used as a “credit towards” a future abortion.
What’s more — the clinic offers late-term abortions up to 24-weeks gestation.

Posted on November 8, 2011 at 8:14pmSad to say, abortion was “sold” to the Michigan state legislature exactly the way you have stated – as a way to reduce what then was the growing welfare population, specifically in Detroit. The idea was that single moms would be rational enough to realize they couldn’t care for their children and abort. What no one counted on was that welfare actually rewards women who, if left to their own devices, would not have kids by paying them to have children. Women who are essentially inept receive food stamps, a subsidized apartment, day care subsidies (why have day care if you have no job – isn’t raising a child your job?), etc. So we now have middle class “career women” aborting the most productive citizens while we pay the underclass to breed. Only government could think up such a solution!

Posted on November 8, 2011 at 8:33pmThe clinic owner , Pendergraft , has been found guilty of multiple felonies and I believe his medical license is still suspended … This clinic is near two hospitals (ORMC/ORHS and LUCERNE in Orlando) I make deliveries to … maybe I’ll print a few hundred of these coupons for the protesters to give to the clinics customers ,, take some money away from them and give the protesters a chance to ask them if they’ve considered adoption… Pendergraft is a real piece of work … I don’t know who actually operates there now but they have always ignored fetal age laws … plenty of infants dismembered there that could just as easily be handed off to someone that would love and care for them.

WE NEED TO STOP OVERLOOKING THE OBVIOUS and START look at the real problem. If we truly believe in the Constitution and that our current system has deviated from the Founding Fathers’ plan then STOP with all discussion on taxation by the Federal Government.
Greedy Politicians in the spring of 1913 passed two amendments to the Constitution. Amendment 16 allowed the Fed Gov to collect taxes directly from citizens, and Amendment 17 stripped away a State’s right to appoint Senators to Congress. Stripping POWER away from the States, and creating the uncontrollable, corrupt, overbearing Fed Gov we have today.
Here are 3 actions we must insist on:
(1) Restore States’ Power by REPELLING the AMENDMENTS passed in the 1910’s that allowed the Fed Gov to tax citizens directly and stopped the States from appointing Senators,
(2) CREATE A NEW TAX SYSTEM where States collect 100% of taxes and then forwards a percentage of that money to the Fed Gov. Percentage is based on State’s population,
(3) REDUCE THE FED GOV’S SPENDING to include only military defense, foreign relations, and responsibilities initially outlined in the Constitution then individual States would take over all other spending.
DO FUTURE GENERATIONS A FAVOR PICKUP AN ACCURATE HISTORY BOOK AND READ IT!!!!!

Thank you for sharing the link to a great website. People need to be educated and they need support. This is especially true for young women who may be scared, overwhelmed, or feeling pressure from their significant other/family to make a choice they don’t want to make.

If that is true why do Jewish people have the lowest abortion rates when compared to other religions? It could be ingrained moral conscience that surpasses religious affiliation. Note that there are atheists who are pro-life.

As WALKABOUT so beautifully pointed out, it is the killing of the unborn that holds the greatest penalty in scripture, requiring that the injuries inflicted on the unborn be inflicted upon the killer of the unborn in his execution. (the passage is found in the book of Exodus if you care to look it up)
It is my hope and prayer that you will let go of this hatred you have for the things of the Lord, let go of this obsession with imputing the transgressions of those who claim to serve the Lord to the Lord himself, and turn to the Creator who gave you life while you were yet in your mother’s womb.

(That age, of course, varies) Thus, you can’t say definitively that Satan gets aborted souls. Even though I don’t think we can know with any certainty in this life, I’d like to think that because God is just and merciful, He spares kids that are still innocent. Cheer up – there’s hope.

To my total discredit as a human being and a child of God, I found out after she left that she was going to get an abortion and did nothing. I had time to try to stop her, and didn’t. I convinced myself that by doing so, I would just make her feel guilty and perhaps all I would have been trying to do was absolve my guilt. I and my God knows that I am as guilty of murder as these loons advertising discount death. I will never forgive myself, nor should I.That is what God does. I know for a fact, that years down the road, the decision to have an abortion, or the decision not to try to stop one, might be the defining moment of ones life.

My Grandmother is a staunch Catholic who is pro-life….voted Democrat her whole life, she too was confused.
