Palestinian Authority Uses Obama’s Own Words in New Ad Campaign for UN Statehood

The Palestinian Authority is pulling out all the stops in their bid for United Nations statehood recognition on Sept. 20 — including using President Barack Obama’s own words, Reuters reported Wednesday.
A new 36-second radio ad to drum up support for the statehood campaign features a clip from Obama’s speech to the 2010 U.N. General Assembly, in which he alluded to the possibility of a Palestinian state being able to join the international body “next year.”
“When we come back here next year, we can have an agreement that can lead to a new member of the United Nations, an independent, sovereign state of Palestine living in peace with Israel,” Obama said in his 2010 speech to the U.N.
Obama’s words were couched in terms of restarting Israeli-Palestinian peace talks, and U.S. officials sought to downplay the statement at the time as simply an expression of hope.
He had prefaced the statement saying:
“This time, we should draw upon the teachings of tolerance that lie at the heart of three great religions that see Jerusalem’s soil as sacred. This time we should reach for what’s best within ourselves.”
Still, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas is calling it the “Obama promise” in the radio spot.
“If he said it, he must have meant it,” Abbas tells listeners.
In addition to Obama’s words, the ad features speech excerpts from the late Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat.
“We are reminding [Obama] of what he said in the United Nations in 2010,” said Ahmad Zaki ElAreedi, director of Voice of Palestine radio, one of the Palestinian Authority-run institutions broadcasting the campaign.
The United States opposes the Palestinians’ campaign for a unilateral declaration of statehood without going through peace talks with Israel, and has said it would veto the bid in the U.N. Security Council. Over the weekend, reports surfaced that U.S. officials are actively trying to appeal to the Palestinians not to go through with the vote, including holding direct talks with Abbas Wednesday.
Earlier this month, French President Nicolas Sarkozy called for European consensus on the statehood issue.

They can deny that they’re anti-Semitic by pointing to their loyal Democratic Party American Jewish comrades, who fail to recognize their enemies. These Jews are acceptable because they either want the destruction of Israel too or at the very least, won’t stand in the way. But give a Jew a gun or God forbid, a tank, and suddenly they become the enemy. The Left, it seems, prefers suicidal Jews to tough ones.
Obama and the Left demands nothing of the Palestinians and everything of the Israelis. What, besides anti-Semitism, accounts for this double-standard? The anti-war crowd can continue to try and claim the moral high ground when it comes to questions of war and peace, but none of it will ring true… so long as their blatant hatred for Jews (the tough kind) festers in the background.

Ron Paul always thought that Israel should not be restrained by USA if the former feels HER OWN interests and security are at stake. He only opposes USA to bomb Iranian’s facilities. He does not oppose Israel to do that. Israel has legitimate threat, USA does not. Our taxpayers should not be involved, but anybody who supports Israel should be free to donate.

USA constitution differs from constitution of ALL countries around the world. Other constitution list rights of the people the government gives them and actions it allows them.
USA constitution lists things what the Federal government CANNOT do. What is not listed is left for the States to decide. Instead of twisting interpretation, people should debate the issues, and if they do not like some constitutional provision, they have to amend it. It should not be like we do now, for example, a president (Nixon) violates the constitution by executive order – de-linking gold from dollar.

BS Ron Paul hasn’t changed in 30 years. You can take his debate speeches from 2008 and use them this year and they still pertain, still accurate. One of the things I admire most about Ron Paul is that HE DOES NOT CATER TO GROUPS! He caters to the Constitution. If a group happens to like that, fine.

Weeks are broken into 7-62-1..62 after the 7 and 1 after the 62. Messiah was cut off AFTER the 62, which is after the 7, (69), meaning Messiah was cut off in the 70th week.
Seek truth and you will find it….

The Abomination of Desolation standing in the Holy Place he’s talking about takes place at the half-way point of the 7 yr. Tribulation. The EXACT half-way point. The day they dedicate the new Temple. The “3rd” Temple.
The 70th Week of Daniel DOES NOT start until the Anti-Christ puts pen to paper at the U.N. when he signs the “strong covenant with many” for “1 week.”
Since you already know about the 7 wk. (49yr.) and 62 wk. (434yr.).. do the math.
Those two periods only equal 483 years of the 490 years, or.. the 70 years of weeks.
That 70th week HASN’T started yet. God’s stop-watch stopped and it’s about to begin again.. as soon as the dude signs the peace treaty.
Side note: Look at that picture with Obama and Abbas. Contrast that with what Obummer’s face looked like when Bebe Netanyahu was sitting there.
Chilling.
I’m not worried about Israel in the least. At least we know that God will NEVER cease from protecting them.

Achor in Hebrew means after. After means not during, or end, but AFTER the fact. AFTER 62 the Messiah is cut off. It then describes the Prince of North, Rome, who destroyed the city. Then it describes the last week, in which the Messiah is cut off. 7 year tribulation is man made, false.
Jesus stopped the offering
Jesus stopped the oblation
Explain to me what and when the messiah is cut off if the 70th has yet to happen. You can not. Question with boldness.

Israel has been desolate since. The ones gathering now around Israel, which was created by world government (UN) and USA (2nd beast), are all anti-Christ, rejectors of Christ.

Matthew 24 confirms the event of 70 AD when a lot of believing Jews remembered Christ’s words and fled to the mountains. The ones who did not listen or believe were slaughtered. Estimated around 1.1 million Jews killed.
Are you denying this event occurred? History proves it.
Also notice in your understanding of Daniel 9:27 “he” is used as anti-Christ and God. “He” stops offering and “he” makes desolate. Man made up.
