Palestinian Man to Serve Five Life Sentences for Gruesome Fogel Family Slaying

It was a story that sent shivers down the collective spine of people of good will across the world. Five members of a young Israeli family — including a 3-month old infant — were brutally slain in their home by two Palestinian men. Now, Israel Defense Forces court sentenced the second of two men responsible for the savage Fogel family massacre to five life sentences.
Amjad Awad, a 19-year-old student, carried out the crime with his cousin, Hakim Awad, who was already sentenced to five consecutive life sentences in October 2011.
Haaretz adds:
The judges’ panel contemplated whether to give Awad the death penalty, saying the youth “doesn’t have a fragment of regret in his heart.” However, ultimately the judges said that despite the horrid acts he carried out, they decided not to sentence him to a harsher punishment than the one the military prosecution had requested.
The remorseless Palestinians — linked to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – killed parents Ehud and Ruth, along with three of their young children: Yoav, 11, Elad, 4, and 3-month old Hadas in the family’s Itamar home on March 11, 2011.
Both Awad cousins confessed to the murder and forensic evidence, including DNA samples and fingerprints found at the scene, corroborate their confession.
The Awad cousins set out that Friday evening — Shabbat for observant Jews – bearing knives and a wire cutter. Haaretz provides the disturbing details on how the attack was said to have unfolded after that:
The two men scaled Itamar’s security fence undetected, proceeding another 400 meters into the settlement, and proceeding to break into the house next to that of the Fogel family, which turned out to be empty. The two stole an M-16 assault rifle, a clip, a military vest, and a helmet from the neighboring house, and approached the Fogel home.
They noticed the children Yoav, 11, and Elad, 4, through the window, and stabbed them to death as they entered the house. At that point the two proceeded to the bedroom of parents Udi and Ruth, who struggled with their assailants until Udi was stabbed to death and Ruth was shot using the stolen rifle.
At first, the killers failed to notice 3-month-old baby Hadas, who had been sleeping in her parents’ bed, and left the house, fearing the shootings would alert security forces. However, after a few moments outside, Hakim and Amjad Awad understood that they had yet to be detected, with Amjad coming back into the house in order to steal another rifle. As he entered the parents’ bedroom, he noticed baby Hadas and stabbed her to death.
On their way out, Amjad noticed other children in the house, but chose to leave anyway, sparing the lives of Roi, 8-year-old and 2-year-old orphans Roi and Yishai.
Many feel that life sentences are too lenient a punishment given the particularly heinous, cold-blooded nature of the crime. But sadly, even a death-sentence would be more humane than the horrific way in which five innocent lives were ravaged, and, extinguished.

This reminds me that Mujahedeen terrorist Commander Oric Naser who was previously sentenced to just two years in prison by the Hague for brutally massacring 3,500 Serb civilians in villages in and around Srebrenica, was just pardoned by Bakir Izetbegovic (son of Alija Izetbegovic) in Bosnia after serving only six months of his sentence! This was the real crime of Srebrenica not the fabricated one that they made up to justify Clinton’s nasty Bosnian war on the Christian Serbs where he sided with the terrorists there and built a monument to them with one million of our taxpayer dollars. Take a look at the face of Islam when you look at what the Mohammedist Mujahedeen savages did to those innocent Serb civilians under the direction of terrorist Naser Oric in 1992. Bosnia has now become a terrorist haven for the Mujahedeen and al Qaeda terrorists where some time back 11,000 tons of explosives just disappeared, and apparently thug Bakir Izetbegovic doesn’t know where they went! I don’t believe that these animals will ever be released (no matter what the Arabs say). In fact for the rest of their natural life they will be in prison, not knowing marriage, not being able to have children, never being able to live on their own.
And when they finally are gone they will have to face the Ultimate Judge and His Judgement upon these animals who decapitated a 3-month old baby and destroyed this family. His Judgement upon them will be the true retribution for their actions. A Judgement no mortal court can outdo.

In response to your post yesterday (1:14 pm I think) about the “I hate religion” article.
I do not go to any Chruch either and have my own one-on-one relationship. I started a group back in 1990 after a bunch of people wanted me to attend their “individual” Churches after hearing me speak at a lecture. So I started Meetings Anonymous (MA). A bunch of people joined and asked when was the first meeting. I told them that the 1st rule of MA was to abstain from meetings. The 2nd rule was that you could find God all by yourself without books or buildings. The 3rd rule was to just be good and end guilt in one’s Life. Never heard back from any of them after that and sometimes I wonder how many are still attending MA. I see that you might be a member without ever joining. :)

This is what I thought when I originally heard this story; as well as many other similar stories.
Sometimes you have to be bader (more bad) than the person trying to kill you to get a message across that you are not to be messed with anymore. Like finally standing up and kicking the snot out of the school bully who beats you up every week. This is what I keep thinking….
If this guy openly admits doing this, can prove he did it and is found guilty, this is what should happen to him. Take him to a hospital and perform a sex change operation on him, shave all the male hair off, put a woman’s wig on him, strap him to a table with mirrors overhead, start filming and wake him up. Tell him that he is now a woman, that he is also a virgin and let him look at his/her “new” self for a while. Filming the whole event of course. Smear him/her with pig’s blood, inject a big air bubble into a vein and let him/her die. Put the entire video on the Internet telling every Jihadist that this awaits them when we catch them. And we will catch them. Jihadist terrorism should stop shortly. They will be begging to be only shot and p i s s e d on from that point on. At least, that’s what I keep thinking….
