Palin Rolls Out New Tea Party Ad

Forget what you hear from strategists inside the Beltway or from pundits in the mainstream media, former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin’s PAC has unveiled a new ad praising the grassroots movement for its “call to action” holding elected officials accountable. First “Mama Grizzlies,” now tea partiers:

Palin’s support for the tea party has paid off with an especially impressive record of picking winners in races across the country. But perhaps there’s more behind this ad than just support for the tea party — could the former governor be launching a possible run for 2012 off the tea party wave?

I didn’t think the add was all that great.

I have a small graphics background, and frankly I could have done something with more impact.

IMPACT, like get you to sit up straight and say “yes Mam!” impact.

The Tea Party has accomplished what it has for one reason more than any other, Because they are on the side of “what’s right”.

Perhaps next time an add can be run that features a image of our constitution with Tea Partiers (then and now) “ghosting ” through the “reading” of our founding document. Thirty seconds, silent (or yankee doodle dandy, fife and drum?), just the constitution and the images superimposed in “ghost” upon it (but the words are still readable, easily.), ending with the words “America, Standing.”

Or pictures of Rally’s, prayer, TP leaders, families, Flags……ending “American Radicals?”

Or a Husband and wife driving using a GPS, but the GPS can’t locate the address. It seemes the country doesn’t exist. that country “America.“ add closes ”before she’s lost, Vote!”

Last ones a bit extreme, but add cost way too much to not have impact.

The Democrat party has been hijacked by Marxist extremists. Their game plan is not to our well-being. The bottom line: our unalienable rights are of God, not man. I get the point Sarah, but I didn’t like the add all that much.
It didn’t make me “feel” the movement, i didn’t sell me on it, it left me going “ok, I knew this already.”

Their was a great add out about two months ago, with short stuccatto bursts of Obama and the democrats and all they promised and what they’ve really done. It had intense music and it had IMPACT. Your add lacks that impact, in fact it’s like drinking Lipton tea after having Earl Grey, almost totally bland.

We are proud to be conservitive, proud that we strongly desire our Nation to be what it should be verses what the Leftists want it to be. We’ll win, because unlike the left, we will back our own play and we won’t steal, lie, or manipulate to do it either. We shall Recover that which was stolen, and we shall have the America our for fathers desired for us to have.

NOTE to the Regressive party: You have already lost, Jesus won the war and HE has won this battle too. So take your Religeous intollerance, your social justice, and your own wealth (earned in the free market, yes?) and go redistribute yourselves in some other nation, you are no longer welcom here.

An ad I’d really like to see is one that says exactly what a “progressive” is and what the “progressive agenda” is. I am embarrased to admit it that before this past year, I always thought progressive was just a work meaning moving forward and advancing to a better world. I didn’t know there was anything like a Progressive political movement and Progressive political belief system. I am sure that there are lots and lots of folks out there that also think that “progressive” is a positive term and not a political party reality. WE NEED ADS EXPOSING THE PROGRESSIVE PARTY FOR WHAT IT IS.

Even Billy Jeff Clinton said, ” The people will decide if she is the one they want to elect.”
The people of the USA choose their leader & if they want her to be their leader they will vote for her”.

BJ also went on to say that attacking her on a personal level is the wrong strategy. he suggested attacking her positions. If that happens, turn out the lights the party is over. Her positions are those of the mjority of citizens/voters.

Of course the Regressives will reesort to UGLY personal attacks. The party of Stupid (D) is made up of slow learners. We the people are TIRED od the S.O.S.

So, “The left wing pinkos are way too trained in on her weaknesses.” What are her weaknesses? Really. Please tell me.

The left wing pinkos think she’s stupid – but Sarah’s proven time and again that she has their number in spades. She was right about death panels and Obamacare and she now controls the health care debate. She was right about the Gulf oil spill and the administration spent weeks playing catch up. She’s right about National Security, energy independence, taxation and the budget. She picks the right candidates to endorse and now has an enviable record of winning candidates all over America.

The woman is kicking butts and taking names. The liberal pinkos are scared to death of her. They‘re hoping she doesn’t run. They’ll wet their pants in fear if she does.

nice AND THIS IS WHY WE ARE STANDING UP

what EVERYONE IS MISSING………..the transfer of wealth that these people are talking about is not what Americans think it is. This is not a transference or redistribution of wealth from rich Americans to poor Americans….. dont seem to grasp the true concept. This is a redistribution of wealth FROM America to the rest of the poor……in the REST OF THE WORLD. You have to realize every American is considered rich compared to most median calculations of income to other countries. They have already started the machine by Obama shutting down drilling and giving upwards of 4 billion dollars to Brazil and Mexico to do exactly what Obama has shut down the U.S. from doing. In the same area in order to “save the world and environment.“ This was not done to ”save the environment”, but was done to limit our production and greatly assist in a poorer country to produce a product that we then will be forced to purchase from them. This has allready started with solar panels and light bulbs- (of all things……cheap to us right now, and you say so what, but everything is cheaper to make elswhere….mexico/ china etc. with the de- industrializing of our nation helped along by union reps (not union members mind you ) whose self stated goal is a world union….WORKERS OF THE WORLD UNITE……WORKING IN COLUSION WITH THIS OBAMA ADMINISTRATION and the FED in their goals to create a world bank and a world government that will strip America of its wealth and spread it around with them in control of everything this IS COMING AND MUCH SOONER THAN YOU THINK UNLESS WE STAND UP AND STOP IT

I do not believe our government has the countries best interests as a goal. I know these videos are kinda long but if you watch these videos and then look at the goals of the big union bosses words of a world government, the veiwpoints and ideologies of all the people working with this administration who controls the fed bank and glenn becks 9/21 show it will help you all to make a decision on what these peoples goals really are.

Obama forbids American companies to drill for oil in the Gulf, but gives Brazil and Mexico millions of our dollars to drill for oil to sell to us. This is insanity!. But, this is what Obama intends – to redistribute the wealth of America to other countries, making us into a third world country.
We have to get this traitor out of Washington,. If the November elections don’t leave him a lame duck, then let each state secede from the union and form their own alliances with each other, leaving Washington out of the loop.

      A few points.

      1) The money lent to PEMEX, the Mexican oil company, is a loan. No money was given to them.
      2) The money was lent in exchange for guarantees that they would spend the money on American goods and services meaning that American jobs are saved and American companies benefit.
      3) They are drilling in shallow water, the ban by Obama was only for deep water drilling.
      4) America imports more oil from Mexico than from Saudi Arabia. By boosting the Mexican oil output it not only means America are importing less from Muslim countries.
      5) This loan will provide valuable money for the Mexican economy which can help the Mexican government fight the drug lords and stem the flow of Mexicans into America.

Before running off about Obama selling the country out, please, try and understand the situation.

I have talked to so many people who say they don‘t vote because they don’t think it will make a difference; that we just get the same thing time after time after time. I think someone like Sarah is so fresh and down to earth and like the majority of the people in this country, that those who have been on the sidelines might get in the game. A big door can turn on a small hinge. Remember, only about 62% of those eligible to vote actually voted last presidential election. All we need to do is increase that just a little bit, get the right delegates and Bingo! “Change you can believe in”

That is true, but she didn’t quit to get away from her responsibility, but rather to free up the state workers so they could do their jobs instead of handling thousands of frivilous FOI requests generated as part of the hate campaign started by the left against her. She left so the state could get back to doing what it was supposed to be doing.

I watched John McCain introduce Sarah in Dayton. She should have been at the top of the ticket. You are right when you say she needs to move on and let McCain behind. She did the honorable thing when she supported him in AZ, even though I disagreed with her.

For all practical purposes, McCain is a democrat… Look at his past voting record… He is as liberal as they come… EXCEPT, when running for re-election, he becomes a “staunch Conservative”… I think Sarah will make a fine President, but I almost puked when she supported McCain for re-election…

I have watched the “Show-Down-in-Searchlight” many times on Utube. I was at 8/28, Sarah did what she had to do with McCain. Although it bothered me at the time, Sarah has shown her true colors and stood tall & proud for Tea Party Values, no matter how it “looked”…..other potentials?…. who stood strong?
The Lady tells us who she is, & if you are strong enough, stand up & fight with her, & TAKE BACK OUR COUNTRY!!!!!

Nice ad. It’s heart-warming to see average Americans making a difference.

It feels very American. So no doubt leftist Trolls will leave reams of insults and unsubstatiated charges all over this talkback. Good to know we‘re developing a filter to it and it’s driving progressives crazy.

I like it, too. Much of the footage is from the Tea Party rally held just outside of Searchlight, NV this past spring. The Joshua Trees and desert are easy to spot. I was there is several friends. As good as the ad is, it is hard to capture the overwhelming enthusiasm and camaraderie of the participants. The people who made it to the rally were DEDICATED. Traffic to get there was backed up for miles. It was cold, windy and dirt was blowing everywhere. It was all worth it to see Palin. As always, she was in top form.

As an 828 attendee, I know exactly what you mean, Vegasguy. It’s too bad they didnt have any shots of 828 to throw in there, but the feeling was even more intense.

Well, 8/28 wasn’t political. It doesn’t really apply to a political movement or ad. So in that sense it doesn’t belong in a commercial about the Tea Party because 8/28 was not about the Tea Party. Now, if they wanted to show 8/28 I’d have to say it would have to be a promotion for values, not political alignment.
      But that’s just me.

Lets all get behind SHARRON ANGLE in Nevada. She’s working hard to unseat Harry Reid and she needs all the support and donations she can get to keep her ads running on radio and tv.

Pleas go to: SharronAngle.com and donate to a very good candidate and one who can surely beat Harry- with all of our help.
