WASHINGTON (AP) — Sarah Palin says she could defeat President Barack Obama if she seeks the White House in 2012.
In an excerpt of an ABC News interview released Wednesday, the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee says she’s considering a presidential run. When asked directly if she thought she could defeat Obama, the former Alaska governor replied, “I believe so.”
An Associated Press-GfK poll earlier this month found Palin the most polarizing of the potential 2012 Republican presidential candidates. The poll says 46 percent of Americans view her favorably, 49 percent unfavorably, and 5 percent don’t know enough about her to form an opinion.
Yet among adults who identify themselves as Republicans or GOP-leaning independents, 79 percent view her favorably.

Posted on November 17, 2010 at 6:40pmI agree with many of the previous comments. Too many people will vote against Palin regardless of what is obviously wrong with the current state of the union. I just hate to see the hard work, dedication and determination of this re-take of WH go down the drain. This is not a popularity contest people, this is not Dancing with Stars. This is serious business. Keep your options open and lets see who throws their hat in.

Posted on November 17, 2010 at 6:49pmI don’t think anyone has their mind closed, but we are responding to those who think Sarah is a joke of some kind, when in fact she was way more qualified for the office of President than the empty suit that is sitting in that seat right now, there might very well be a more qualified candidate that comes forward to run, but, if in fact that person is Sarah Palin, she has my vote. Sarah is far more popular and capable than what the left lame-street media portrays her as, and, by the way they attack Sarah, she is a real threat to any liber-dem that will be running on that side of the isle including Barry.

Posted on November 17, 2010 at 6:28pmI hate to say this but, SARAH, stay a thorn in their side. By NOT running you have so much more influence and power over them! They hang on your every word and they can’t HURT you or your family if you are not a CANDIDATE. Keep endorsing and backing conservative candidates and keep your LIFE in Alaska as normal as you can with your beautiful family. We all know you would be a better president than Obama, but why would you want to? Don’t give them a target! Stay a pain in the A$$ to all liberals! That’s what we LOVE about you! They just galls them that you are so POPULAR as an average American!

They would have more lies on her than yu could imagine. I think her family and her has been thru enough with media she could do better politicing for somebody else. She is really good at PR. Not that people would like to vote for Obama, they’d just vote against Palin. America doesn’t see her in the same positive light as Teamerica does, so to speak.
