We all know the stories that come out of Black Friday are shocking. For example, we already have reports of a woman pepper spraying rivals at a California Walmart. But in this day-and-age, stories have given way to videos, and Business Insider has promised to keep an updated story with all the wildest videos from Black Friday. We’ve included some of their selections below (as well as some that we found ourselves) but keep checking their original story for more Black Friday gold (content warning for language in some places).
[A child gets caught in the middle of a rush to get what looks like clothes.]
[$2 waffle makers make people do crazy things]
[About 20 seconds in, you'll see the start of a brawl between two men, and an associate trying to break it up.]
[These shoppers were waiting for a 10 pm sale on video games. When the associate cuts the tape, all hell breaks loose.]
[These two guys come to blows outside before even getting into the store.]
[Here's the video from our earlier story reportedly showing the aftermath of the pepper-spraying incident]
See more videos over at Business Insider.

Posted on November 25, 2011 at 9:52amName each videos “Americans Gone Wild” and if someone gets hurt, it’s their own fault.
Wonder what percentage of Americans actually do this. 5,10, 15% or higher? Are they employed or on the taxpayers dime screaming “tax the rich, make them pay their fair share, momma needs
a $2 waffle maker.” Like I said, I wonder what percentage of us in America now have this mindset to go play this idiotic “running with the bulls” mentality to save a few bucks on materialistic goods that weren’t even made here.
Whatever… let them slug it out! ding:ding: round 1

Posted on November 25, 2011 at 8:24pmIt’s getting really spooky out there. The percentage of people attracted to blood-sports is on the rise. I now have a right-to-carry permit and wouldn’t dream of going anywhere without taking Smith and Wesson along.

Posted on November 25, 2011 at 8:41pmI never remember sales ever being like this in the 70s or 80s. There was no fighting, screaming, and people were never packed like cans of sardines. I have never, ever gone to one of these, and nor will I. If I want something that bad, I will just save up for it. These people disgust me. They act like a pack of wild screaming monkeys. I think a Zoo is much more quite than this and the animals more civil!! Frankly they should stop doing sales like this, because it brings out the worst in the majority of people, and also, more and more people are going to get injured or killed.

Posted on November 25, 2011 at 11:07pmBlack Friday is another way to destroy the values on which this country was established. In the 10 Commandments it states not to covet thy neighbor’s goods.
Black Friday puts you in a position to covet if you are unable to obtain what you want, and one could argue that the fact of wanting it from the store itself is actually coveting of thy neighbors goods.

Posted on November 25, 2011 at 10:41amExactly what I thought! These people are embarrassing to me. Our culture is in such decline I fear there is no hope of repairing it. Just an extension of the occupier-type people. Selfishness, greed, and low moral character. People like this with wide spread hunger, food shortage, etc will be terrifying!

Posted on November 25, 2011 at 11:31amI am sad that the “occupy” people did not make good on there threat to block stores on black Friday. I told my husband I was looking forward to the videos of them being trampled by the shoppers. Form a human chain to block people from work, piss people off. Form a human chain in front of greedy, out-of-control shoppers, get trampled to death!

Report Post »@DABBO, I really want to prepare but these are the same people that will be invading my home to scavenge it for my food and water because they have either run out of their own or didn’t prepare for the EVERYDAY IS BLACK FRIDAY times to come. This is what it will be like when the grocery stores are empty. We are in for some very tough times. Such a total breakdown of society, it’s really hard to watch.

Posted on November 25, 2011 at 9:46amThis is how the animals act for material things…Imagine how they will act to get their next meal? If you prepare ahead of time you won’t find yourself in the middle of a free-for-all, wondering if you’ll survive the night. The best place to be is far away from these people. Eating freeze-dried food is much better than scrounging for scraps or killing your neighbor for what he has.

We all lose in the end, but maybe once we push the reset button and get rid of these goons (read liberals), we will all be better off…I am just sitting patiently for the trouble to start in full force. Don;t get me wrong, I am not wishing this to happen, but happen it will.

These stores entice huge mobs, and then expect them to be orderly!
Mobs can be so unpredictable. Actually, they are becoming more & more predictable. (as you see)

Posted on November 25, 2011 at 12:42pm@Joe – I just got back from shopping frugally so I could provide my kids with a nice christmas. I would have to say the problem lies in how different stores handle the crowds, and the socioeconomic level of the crowd itself. We tried Wal-Mart for a couple of really discounted items, and it was pure insanity. Their problem is letting people in the store before their sale starts. That pre-positioned people for an instant frenzy when the wrappings came off. Target, on the other hand, let in 30 people at a time at 15-30 second intervals, was a very orderly situation, with crowds, but they were POLITE crowds, with please and thank you being heard everywhere. Had to chalk the difference up to an orderly entrance, and the people themselves. People of Wal-Mart indeed!!

Posted on November 25, 2011 at 9:27amAt what point are the people at the events going to be held responsible for their own actions? Retailers can‘t control people’s minds and make them stop behaving like… people. They do it all by themselves. In the adult world people are accountable for their own actions. If I beat the tar out of someone over a waffle maker, I am responsible, not the retailer or property owner.

Posted on November 25, 2011 at 9:35amI half agree with you.
“The businesses are culpable in this mayhem.”
How do the businesses get inside your head and make you do bad things? Other than for a lack of adequate security, I don‘t agree that they’re responsible for customers’ actions. If people shoplift on a normal day and someone gets hurt in the process, is the retailer also responsible?
