Philly Man Describes Alleged Racially-Charged Mob Attack: ‘We Got You, You White Motherf*****!’

Detailed and increasingly troubling information has been reported in regards to a violent attack in the Port Richmond area of Philadelphia earlier this month. Mark LaVelle came across two fearful white teens near his home on Sept. 9 who were being chased by a mob of black and Hispanic youths. The well-known sports-league organizer and coach allowed the boys to hide inside his house and went outside to try and calm the angry mob, reports the Philadelphia Daily News.
The mob was reportedly armed with bats and pipes, and in search of white teens who allegedly attacked a black kid in a nearby playground hours earlier. LaVelle said the two kids he took in appeared to be 13 or 14.
The Daily News has more:
” ‘We got you, you white mother——-!’ “ LaVelle said he heard someone yell in the ”mob” of black and Hispanic youths.
[...]
“They were standing on his steps. One shouted, ‘Something’s going to happen now!’ LaVelle recalled in an interview Friday at his house. LaVelle got nervous and went back inside, locking his door with a deadbolt.
But the attackers pounded on his front windows and kicked his wooden door so hard, it flew open and some of them entered his house.
‘The first guy hits me with a pipe. The second guy knocks me in the face. All I’m hearing is my wife and kids screaming,’ said LaVelle, who feared that the next time they saw him, he would be in a casket.”
LaVelle said as he was pushing the attackers out the door, one man extend his arm with gun. LaVelle grabbed onto the gunman’s lower arm as police sirens rang out and the mob turned and scattered.
The violent attack on the LaVelle home took place all the while LaVelle’s wife, 11 and 17-year-old sons, 7-year-old nephew, and 13-month old twin boys locked themselves upstairs. ABC 6 coverage of the violent affair:
LaVelle was able to identify three members of the mob who have been arrested, including the man who hit him with the pipe. LaVelle told the Philadelphia Daily News that the mother of one of the men identified came to his door the next day threatening and screaming at LaVelle:
“LaVelle said, the mother yelled at him, ‘You white mother——, you got my kid locked up! You got my son locked up because he’s black, you’re white!’ The mother claimed that her son had been “a witness,” not an attacker. To that, LaVelle said if that were true, it would come out in court.
But the mother, according to LaVelle, then yelled: ’If you make it to court! I know where you live!’ “
The two adults arrested face charges of aggravated assault conspiracy, burglary, weapons and related offenses. The third attacker arrested was a minor.
ABC 6 reports raising tensions and violence in the area have troubled community leaders. An emergency meeting was held Sept.14 with police and officials from the Human Relations Commission along with community leaders and State Representative John Taylor.
“It’s something that none of us can take lightly, I think the community leaders are not taking it lightly and certainly the residents aren’t,” Taylor told ABC 6.

The second is where is the least number of minorities…third is what openings does my company have there…last is where can I afford to live there.
I fully understand there is a WHOLE lot of white trash out there as bad as any other race’s stereotype…but I‘m afraid I’ve moved past how & why minorities have gotten the way they are…and have just lately past caring how to fix it. Nowadays –by the time I clock out at work—I just want as far away from them as possible.

I love how these folks will run around bitching about how racism still abounds, and lamenting the fate of Emmett Till, and yet they’ll grab a gun and a bat and go try to murder some white kids at the first sign of a fistfight. Despicable.

No, I’m not denying KKK violence toward people of color or that people are racist by their very nature, but that is being bred and taught out of intelligent people around the world.
IMHBLO, racism, real deep visceral hatred racism, is now more evident and popular with black youth than it should be. Considering the hundreds of billions of $ we have thrown at this from the perspective of reverse racism, preferential treatment of “minorities” in hiring and higher education alone.
Both of these were, and are, commonly identified as areas where the poor “minority” has a disadvantage. But despite decades and $billions we now see a regression to the ways of the past. Which should finally prove a couple of things; 1. money, jobs and education are NOT where the discrepancy is. 2. the people whose lifetime mantra has been the “poor back man is being held down by whitey” don’t know a damn thing about what they are saying. And in fact are actually fomenting and cultivating a continuous culture of ‘living in the past’ rather than a culture of forgiveness and enlightenment and moving forward.

This is why you keep a firearm and ammo concealed but within quick acquisition of the entry points of your house. I have a bushmaster AR with 3×30rd clips near each entrance, all military rounds, so if they are filing in, one bullet will go through about 3 people. My wife and daughters know how to load and use all the weapons we have and have been trained on cleaning and safety.
Yes this man could have legally killed ever person in that group in PA.

As a sidebar to your comment: I was having breakfast with a black and a hispanic co-worker several years ago. There had recently been an incident where a White man, inside his home, either killed or injured (I can’t remember now) a black who had came into his home and was in the process of stealing some item.
The two co-workers said the homeowner should have just let him take whatever it was he was stealing, as it could be replaced. I asked them…. what the heck were they thinking. Was it that it was a minority they were defending, or the right to break into someones home? I said that if it had been the other way around, they wouldn’t have said a thing, and that they both knew it.
Of course, they denied it. I also told them that the rights of a would-be intruder stops at my front (or rear) door, and if they wanted to legalize breaking into someones home, they would be authorizing anarchy.
Needless to say, the black and I , though on friendly terms before that day, had no further conversations of any type. I think he saw the futility of defending his viewpoint with me. The hispanic and I remained friends.

Everyone watches out for each other and helps out when we can. NO ONE wants to ive next door to criminals. Everyone here has guns. We all would use them to protect ourselves and our family. Everyone knows it, and everyone respects it. Those thugs were lucky to be arrested. If that had happened here it would have been a different outcome. (regardless of race)

I grow up with guns so i always had them around,needless to say i have several but they are all full size.I always had one easily accessible to me, but never carried because of the size.
4 months ago i went and bought a glock26 it’s strictly a carry gun no fun at the range. it‘s nice and easy to carry and i don’t leave home without it on my hip, .I’m going to make it home at night simple as that.

Report Post »Amen to that!!! I was stationed on Elmendorf but owned a home in Palmer and loved the fact that i could carry my 10mm/44 wherever i went, pretty much. Knowing that you didn’t need your pistol except for hiking was a wonderful thought. This wouldn’t happen in Alaska. People knew better. Sure you had your crime, but it was very limited.

Plus the kick is so negligible even my six year old daughter can handle shooting it with good accuracy.

Unfortunately, we lost our freedoms a while back in a huge way with the introduction of this new false protection. All it does is ensure that no matter what you do, if you are white you will serve more time, pay more, be punished more when the person on the other end is a minority. It is a thought crime–in other words, a false crime. He would not have been seen as defending himself. This is the sewer that our politically correct masters have flushed us all into. And most likely, this incident will go largely unreported lest it “offend” the black or hispanic community. To which I say…where is the AMERICAN community?

Actually we just passed a castle doctrine to ensure activist judges could not interfere with citizens protecting themselves. And PA is an open carry state, in philly you may need a permit to carry around town, but he could shoot them and not face any charges.
The only downside from the neighborhood response might be he needs to shoot a few more over the next couple weeks.
