Planned Parenthood Ad Defends Obama Admin Religious-Employer Contraception Mandate

Planned Parenthood released a video ad that seems to have been created for the purpose of defending the Obama administration’s recent mandate forcing religious employers to cover the cost of contraceptives for its employees via their insurance policies.

    More of the Health Plan that they did not read and had to pass before they could know what was in it. I think there is a lot more we don’t know about that we will not like. Government is not to obstruct religion. Their role is to protect each person‘s right to worship as they wish and not to choose any denomination to supply with the people’s taxes or support openly.

    For some reason, the Christian faith is under attack by this administration, along with some members of Congress.
    So, where is for the directive that all Muslim women be allowed to take off their burkhas and veils? Oh, and when does this administration, with the backing of Planned Parenthood, force all Muslims to eat pork, and only pray twice a day. Of, course, that goes against their religion, but the government and Planned Parenthood don’t seem to concern themselves with the Constitution anymore.
    Planned Parenthood is quite an oxymoron, isn’t it though? They don’t deal with parents…only ways in which to avoid being one.
    Hold a fund raiser for your wealthy elite hollywood types and intellectuals, Planned Parenthood. Stop trying to destroy individuals with morals and values.

      Great job of pointing out all the inconsistancies. However, these are by design and not some strange anomolies. It’s time for us to quit standing on the edge of the lake describing the water. It’s time to jump in with solutions. Not meant to be sarcastic, we know what the problems are and we just don’t have time to lament them.

      Planned Parenthood does not promote abortions let alone promote them for eugenic purposes. Anyway, the possibility of genetic inferiority is not the main reason I don’t want the stupid and irresponsible to have kids. Lots of people who have had abortions have grown up, gotten smarter and gone on to raise functional families. The main reason I don’t want stupid people having kids is that they are unfit to raise them, and their kids are more likely to go wrong and less likely to do good than the children of intelligent people who are prepared for their responsibilities.

    The only thing that these people would ever oppose to stop the birth process is the idea of saying no. Heaven forbid that an American actually take responsibility for their actions. These people will support anything that will take away individual responsibility and allow the government to take control over your life. We don’t need to act like responsible because big brother and now planned parenthood will make all of decisions for us.
    Planned Parenthood make me want to puke.

Are our orphanages and adoption services clogged with nothing but white babies because the demand for black children runs so far ahead of the supply?     6 years ago, my wife and I decided to adopt a greyhound. Prior to us being allowed to bring “Java” home, we had to have a series of home visits, interviews, and a small mountain of paper work in order to see if we were a good fit for the dog. No problems…we got Java a few weeks later.

    2 years later, our local hospital let us walk out of the maternity ward with our newborn baby after being there for only a handful of hours.

    There’s something wrong with this picture!

    So you are ok with the federal government mandating people of certain faiths go against their beliefs. It would be like forcing a muslim to eat pork. You can always choose to work somewhere that covers those benefits if you want, its called liberty and freedom. Its about the government forcing a religious belief to be violated.

    OK so you think its great “we need to slow population growth” so why not steralize women after their second child or better yet mandate only one child per family (sound creepishly familiar??) Or steralize men in prison so they dont go out and make more babies they cant care for??? Again its called liberty and freedom. Its about CHOICE isnt that what the left always says???     To all of you folks who are worried about “overpopulation”…..I don’t think we are going to have to worry about that in the near future, because we have Muslims and Communists taking over the world, and everyone knows, they tend to start thinning the population as soon as they are in power. In the last century, tens of millions of people have been killed, due to the actions of the left and the Muslims. The trick is going to be making sure that you and the ones you care about, are not victims, when the inevitable cull comes to mankind…….good luck all….

    I’m against any restrictions on reproductive freedom. While we should certainly encourage contraception and abortion, hopefully it will not become necessary to limit births. If it we ever do need to do so, a simple numerical limitation like they have in China would be preferable to any kind of licensing system. Who would you trust to be incorruptible enough to wield the kind of power that a birth licensing board would have?

OF COURSE he is wrong, anyone who is not currently using a condomn as a brain knows that the earth could EASILY support well over 100 billion people with no problem, especially if technology continues to increase at the rate it is. And furthermore, anyone who has ever studied economics will know that population problems always take care of themselves, and that there is never, ever a reason for people to pass laws about it. For economic reasons people only ever have as many children as the earth can really support at that time, and if they have too many babies the excess babies die off of starvation…..elementary.

    BUT NOT AS ELEMENTARY AS THE FACT THAT YOU GOT TROOOLLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLED

    1. People who think they know whats good for the rest of us.
    2. People who dont take resposibility for thier sex acts (Cant feed em, dont breed em)
    3. People who dont take responsibility for thier own lives.(Deadbeats that dont want to work)
    4. People who dont appreciate our first and second ammendment rights.
    5. People who are in our country illegally(Of course voluntary deportation is an option)
    6. People of religeons that condone the murder of non-believers.

    Wireman, how about we stop killing innocents to rein in so called “overpopulation” and not applaud nor fund through taxpayer monies single women as “liberated” sexually when they choose to have babies without the benefit of marriage. Perhaps you men could actually stick around as fathers and husbands so unloved women would not feel a need to give birth to find that unconditional love so missing today in our dysfunctional family unit? Currently, abortion is putting to death our future work force and future taxpayers and most importantly taking the ‘civil’ out of civilation.
