Police: Mass. Man Assaulted Janitor With Toilet Paper

FRAMINGHAM, Mass. (AP) — A Massachusetts man is facing an assault charge for allegedly hitting a town hall custodian on the back of the head with a roll of toilet paper because he was angry the cleaning man was whistling while he worked.

Framingham police say 55-year-old Allen Kerner was in town hall Wednesday using the bathroom. The custodian, who didn’t realize anyone was in the restroom, whistled as he replenished toilet paper rolls.

The custodian told police he was in a stall when he was struck. Kerner yelled at him about whistling and fled. The custodian pursued him, and Kerner was apprehended by police outside.

Police tell The MetroWest Daily News that Kerner will be summoned to court to face an assault and battery charge. A phone number for Kerner could not immediately be located.

The peasants cannot enjoy their jobs, that makes the aristocracy upset. It is bad for production and publicity. Not to mention, apparently, annoying.

This could not have been premium two ply SOFT TP.
More likely it was tightly rolled single ply, what is called John Wayne Toilet Paper.
It’s rough, it’s tough, and it won’t take crap off of anyone.

The janitor should have hauled the dude back in the bathroom and flushed his head three or four times! But then I suppose the paper thrower would be the one pressing charges… Sigh…

What a foolish silly story. I wish that The Blaze would update the news about the man and his wife who had the baby taken from him because of association with the oathkeepers. They got the baby back because all the charges were not real and they mixed him up with somebody else! They did get the baby back and I am so happy for them.

Does anyone remember when “Assault and Battery” was REALLY “Assault and Battery”? Today ASSAULT can mean anything. ” They came for the Jews, and I was not a Jew, so I did nothing……”
Next, assault will mean anything ranging from vicious attack to an angry look. We need laws that define a TRUE assault on another person.

This is also the stuff ambulance chasers feed on. TORT Reform is a good place to start.

I for one don’t come to this site to get info on “breaking” stories that I can find on the local news as filler… although the reply posts are interesting. Thanks.

Well I for one, believe that the story IS relevant …………………….as it portrays just how out of whack our “so-called” justice system truly is! Murderers, child molesters and thieves get “slaps on the wrist”……..or worse yet…….they get off Scott free…..especially if they are politicians!!!!! Our justice system excels at “throwing the book” at the little guy ( zero tolerance )……and yet, they can’t even “nail” the mobsters and real criminals!!!!!! Assault and battery……,,,,,WITH A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER………….give me a flippin break…….why not just charge the fellow with attempted murder……………..what a doggone joke!!!! What kind of “man”, would even want to charge some turkey for this??? What a poor excuse for a “mature” individual !! What an even POORER excuse, for a justice system! We are no longer a country of “sane” laws!!!!!!!

I think the guy who threw the toilet paper may have problems with anger management. Maybe since charges were brought he will be forced to get help. Good thing there was nothing heavier and harder nearby to throw.

I happen to think it‘s relevant as well as it shows how freaking intolerant people have become of one another and it’s partially happening because many folks go on the net and get all worked up, including myself (I get it out here so as not to take it out out there frankly) and rightfully so in this day and age, but some go off of it and take that anger to the street.

And I’ll tell you what, If someone threw a roll of TP at my head for ANY dumb reason like that I’d take a freaking baseball bat to theirs. If they leave me alone I leave them alone, but ‘step in my world and hit me, get hit back twice as hard” is my motto in life.

      Slow news day???

Hey, BLAZE, we don’t come here to read this crap (no pun intended).

PLEASE, PLEASE, ….. don’t publish this stuff. Glenn knows our time is valuable and that we have to spend it checking out what he tells us, so we know for ourself.

Sure, sure, I know I don’t have to open the article and read it, but pretty soon MSNBC is going to draw attention to this Huffington Post tabloid puffery “news” and embarrass the Blaze.

Didn’t the Blaze read the comments in this regard about the “pee-ho” lady?

Thanks for listening to WE THE PEOPLE.

African network praying for America’s spiritual awakening (Prayer Rally on the Washington Mall, Saturday, 10/16/10)
      http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=215773

This is in keeping with the 8/28 them of Return to God. I hope Glenn gives this “prayer rally” a boost on his program. It will end up being bigger than the 10/2 or the 10/30 rallies, …. and do more good!!

I hope the Blaze reads these comments!!! DO YOU HEAR ME BLAZE GUYS???????
