    Spend some time in any inner city, away from the tourist parts and tell me you cant see them rioting. The whole culture is me me me, and I can absolutely see rioting when they lose the free ride they feel is OWED to them.

    He called bankers “banking cartels”- that is a good description of what they are. The fed is printing money to pass to their friends the “banking cartels” to cover their ponzi schemes and bad debt. Riots or WW III within 2 years. God I hope it doesn’t come to this, but I wonder: What do the banking cartels get from either of these? doesn’t the banking industry thrive only in good economies?

      In a free market banking system, your assumption would be 100% correct. We live in, at BEST, a mercantilist economic model, however, the argument could easily be made that we’ve drifted past that into actual fascism in many respect (private property ownership however government gets to call all the shots on the use and disposal of the means of production). Meaning of course, that bankers (the big ones anyway) thrive on war because they get to fund all of the weapons production as well as directly manipulate the economy (central bank anybody?) to make profits, as opposed to the free market where they’d have to invest wisely and soundly in long term economic activities.

      Here’s another question for you….if they make money “worthless”, won’t they be worth less? How many times will they get a bailout from taxpayers? Especially if the tax payers are relying on the barter system and self sustenance.

    I got ready for the 01-10-00 Millennium change. I felt like I bought into the fear and hype. I hope that is all this is. It never hurts to prepare for the worst.The Mormons are always prepared for the worst. Sometimes I wonder if Glen is speaking out loud what they have always thought. They may get the last laugh when it comes to being prepared though. I am thinking again about a gun and storing some things up, holding on to more reserve cash, if its worth much.

    Our government has been creating a dependancy society for the last 50 years,

    These people not only expect to recieve a check from the government for housing & food, they think its thier god given right as an american to receive that check.

    Let inflation take hold, people cant get by on what the government gives them, then all hell is going to break loose,

    It will literally be a war against the american taxpayer & the producers of this country.

    Bushes war was fighting the terrorists,

    Obama has declared war on the american taxpayer & the producers of this country,

    And as soon as the dollar weakens enough, & hyper inflation takes hold, its on.

    Do you really think this is all a mistake & this isnt his intented goal & outcome.

    Then comes the police state, the government will declare a state of emergency, & presto,
    we have a socialist government, all to “protect” the american people.

    for all its worth. been shooting for a while. built more then a couple of rifle systems to grather. for about 2 grand this will rock your world. get a fnar , eotech, and leapuld ar scoped set to m118 lr 308. this set you back 2000 plus ammo.
    but this is a one gun solution. trust its better to have one good then three not so good weapons .
    you put your two scopes on quick release mounts. they change in secounds. you are good for cob, and one shoot kills out to 500 yds.

      I agree, we can and should prepare but I think this thing is spinning out of control to fast and not enough people have woke up, God is our only hope. He saw us form this country and He will see us through this too, not that I necessarily believe it will all just be pie and jobs for everyone. This may very well be the end of us, so lets pray for the souls of the lost, He will honor our Heritage, people have forgotten were we come from, but He has not!

      We will just leave alone which candidate received more corporate moneys during last 2008 presidential election and just focus on the republicorp invention.

      Like so many of the liberal tenets based on fear, theater, and Hollywood creations, rebublicorp embodies the movement to use creative far left Hollywood style creativity to paint the other side as something they seem to have no problem with when it benefits them.

      During the 2008 election cycle, Obama had no problem with the fact 503c entities like media matters, the center for American progress, the tides foundation, and dozens of others could contribute without reveling their sources of said funds.

      But when the tide started to turn and the republicans started getting more money from these sources, the Obama machine sent out their dogs like Richard Trumpka and Axelrod to villainize the GOP and try to claim that some of these funds MIGHT be coming from foreign sources. Which of course is illegal.

    All the Progressive Socialists need is to cause even the apperance of a crisis to start a ‘panic’ and use it to clamp down completely. Look at in this manner of the Bush failed Shock and Awe reference, have a short term failure of gas-electric lines in a major city or two (for heating), the phone lines are disrupted for “technical reasons” and such. Two or three sets of events with the liberal spin heads on radio and tv screaming of unrest in the streets even when none is, will allow the feds to clamp down forever.

    Then there will be real blood.

    The communists like the Obamas, the Clintons, etc. are taking their traitorous and treacherous plan to bring down America a step further I see. Of course they have no guts and are all cowards so they use other cowards like Jeremiah Wright to spread their filthy words among people, they use people like Van Jones to incite rioting among people, all part of the master plan to bring down American. And of course we have George Soros the old man who sits in his chair somewhere laughing as he sees us at this terrible crossroads. HOWEVER, what these vermin do not realize and it amazes me they don’t realize is that WE THE PEOPLE are NOT going to let them get away with it NO WAY! We are just not made that way, we don’t follow like sheep as the Europeans and Muslims do. We are strong willed and once pissed off as we are, we are going to fight until in the end the goodness and will of the American people send these cockroaches back into the sewers they crawled out of. God has got our attention, and I believe He is giving us yet another chance to turn to Him and keep this great country out of the hands of these devils. We will win, and we will come out as the greatest nation again. We may have some dark days ahead but there is a light at the end of this tunnel and one day God will let this sun shine down on his and we will be blessed. We will not fail.

      buy foods like rice and beans that store well for longer periods of time. But food for survival and for the cost that you can get them for right now. Buy foods that contain protein.

      But frst aid items. Go through your day, and what ever you use, or eat, write it down, and then at the end of the day, cross off what you could give up if need be. Buy and stock up on the rest!

      You should know that your diet will be entirely different. Stock up on canned meats like tuna and chicken, and lots of peanut butter. These are high in protein. Freeze dried items and dry soups are good also. Protein bars, rice and beans are important too.

    Living in California, everyone out here should have a month’s worth of food, medication, and at least 10 gallons of safely stored gasoline (more if room allows). That’s just for “the big one”, if such a quake ever hits.

    I am now adding enough extra-thick plywood and 3″ nails to cover any glass opening to your home. Already have my CZ-75 9mm with about 500 rounds, but have realized it’s not how many rounds you have, it’s how many clips. Intend to add a second identical firearm, about 10 more clips, and a couple thousand more rounds. It may sound crazy but if things get bad enough, being prepared is just going to draw MORE attention to your home from people who were not.

      I’ve not seen where it specifically prohibits private in your yard gardens actually. I’ve heard lots of claims but not seen any citations that it actually does that. Can you provide the cite from the bill that specifically bans private gardens in one’s own yard?

      Not that I’d follow such a ban of course, but still, would be interesting to see the actual wording.

      Watch the film, “Food, Inc.” to see where this is headed. God forbid we allow farmers to collect their own seed or grow whatever crops they want to grow. Get the damn government out of ALL farming! Get the corporations out of ALL farming. Farmers, collect your seeds and tell Monsanto to go F*** themselves.
      I know, easier said than done; especially when they’re suing you.
      People, we need to act and not rely on the stinking politicians that are supposed to represent US to do anything. They are all in bed with the corporations and the special interest groups.

      A part of the answer is small, local farms (lots of them) and even suburban and urbanites growing what you can. We’ve been saving seeds for a while and have enough variety to last a long, long time. We are phasing ourselves out of the food system and becoming self sufficient. It takes planning and work, but you don’t need a million acres. My wife and I have taught a large number of families how to create their own edible suburb. We’re also well armed and prepared to defend ourselves. AKIM said somewhere along the way, “You won’t last five minutes”. Possibly true. Some of us really are willing to die free. Besides, Jesus is Lord.

      The biggest problem with that bill is that it just gives the FDA a blank check of power. They won’t even decided on specific rules and regulations until after it is passed. So they could regulate home gardens, farmers markets, etc. if they decide to. This is very, very dangerous. One of the things communist governments do historically is to control the food supply and then they have total power over the populace. Mao comes to mind.

      will save you a tone of cash
      have many guns this one covers all. not grate but good at close up or long range but is perfect mid range. 100 to 500 ydrs

      If you are looking for a home defense piece, obtain a 20 or 12 gauge shotgun. Especially if you have never shot, or don’t have the time to practice. The 20 gauge is good if you aren’t very large, the 12 gauge is great if you are large. The 12 gauge has a lot more kick than the 20 gauge. Shotguns are excellent for close in work.
      A pistol is fine if you have the time to practice. But at the time you really need it, you will be nervous and a little movement in the hand will cause you to miss your target. Very bad, if you really need it. Also, pistols do require practice.most are only accurate to about 50 yards, good for confined spaces, not so good for outside.
      Even though you can shoot the heart out of a practice target every time, it is very different when you are aiming at another human being. Sometimes, even the best shooters cannot squeeze the trigger at that time, or miss their target. Thats why the shotgun is more practical, nice spread of shot, harder to miss.

      yep – can’t go wrong with a shot gun – keeps you at a safer distance from the target, even if you are shaking, you will most likely hit the target with some of the shot in the shell, enough to slow the tareget down for another shot by you.

      …. agree that shotguns are the best home defense gun …. BUT –

      DO NOT buy a gun UNLESS you are prepared to be a responsible gun owner. Its just that…. a RESPONSIBILITY.

      Learn the hows & the how nots from an experienced person. Know everything about your gun – how to clean it, load it, shoot it. And most importantly – PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE.

      The last thing anybody needs is an incompetent gun owner.

      Remember the classic line from “the Christmas Story” – You’ll Shoot Your Eye Out! :D

      Most importantly, do not buy a gun unless you know, with 100% certainty, that you can point it at a person and end their life with it. If you don’t think you can do that, then you are better off without the gun, as you won’t make yourself an automatic target, and you won’t be giving the enemy a weapon to use against you.

They don’t seem to get the fact that Americans are a different breed, were not just going to sit back and let them take this country over, they even under estimate most Liberals, when most of them finally see what has been going on, they won’t stand for this, it won’t take any guns though, it will be a quick movement thing then even most liberals will laugh at these jerks and put a stop to it. I just hope everyone pitches in and helps each other as we go though the food shortages and some hard times, and if it is not biblical times yet, we’ll bounce back.       Gun ban gun schman. They can’t “ban” a right. If they try, I for one intend to ignore any anti-liberty laws that they declare, write in, or otherwise try and impose on me. I intend to continue reloading, to continue trading guns and to continue to remain free. A society of laws, not men, means that THEY have to follow the law WE the People put there. If they fail to do that, they lose any legitimacy to claim power under that same document (The Constitution). Thus, we are under no obligation whatsoever to follow any of their bogus “bans”.

      You are correct about the cities as opposed to the countryside … these “revolutionaries” would be put down pretty quick in areas where people hunt … I have a summer cottage in northern lower Michigan while they may riot in the cities of Detroit even Grand Rapids and Ann Arbor they would be CRAZY to go to north.

Even if my electric is cut off, I have other means to get me thru. I began preparing for these days several years ago (WITH MY FAMILY) and most of us around here ARE prepared, including the necessary means to defend ourselves. I have a CC license and I WILL SHOOT YOU if you invade my property without due cause and without MY PERMISSION. Stop threatening Americans OR trying to tell them that the Black Panthers are stronger than us cause it is a plain lie. Do you realize what YOU are up against? Do you know how many NRA members (I am a lifetime member) there are? YOU ARE SUCH A FOOL FOR NOT SEEING THE BIGGER PICTURE HERE. We’ve been very peaceful up til now, but if you and your threats try to take over our country, you may not even live to regret it. You’ve only gotten this far along because WE WERE ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL. WE ARE NOW AWAKE, SO BE WARNED!!! If you want a Revolution, I suggest you prepare for the consequences. I love my country, and I will not go away just because you’ve threatened me and others. I am not afraid of you BECAUSE MY GOD IS GREATER THAN YOUR GOD (Satan). Only HE can determine how this country will survive and right now, there are thousands of people praying for America. I do believe GOD IS LISTENING and will pull us through this just fine.
