Pro-Mubarak Marauders Use Horses, Camels, and ‘Chariots’ to Beat Protesters

It’s one of the strangest sites to come out of the Egyptian unrest over the last nine days. While pro-Mubarak and anti-government protesters clashed in Cairo today, the Mubarak ilk used horses, camels, and chariot-like carriages to charge into the crowd and beat the unruly mob.
Some Government backers were ripped from their mounts and and beaten bloody. It was as if an American Civil War movie was being projected onto an Egyptian backdrop:
Earlier, pro-Mubarak supporters punched CNN reporter Anderson Cooper in the face, while his colleague, Hala Gorani, got stuck in the middle of the chaos and captured first-hand video of the unrest:
The Associated Press reports the pro-government group is hurling Molotov cocktails at dissenters, and at least one has landed inside the grounds of the famed Egyptian museum, setting a tree ablaze.
ABC’s Christiane Amanpour also reported that she was attacked while on the ground in Egypt and that the “angry mob surrounded us and chased us into the car shouting that they hate America. They kicked in the car doors and broke our windshield as we drove away.”

Yes, and I actually agree with you. From what I have heard so far (ain’t much, I admit) Mubarak was a bad dude. He sounds more like a U. The average fight between any two opponents at the time was over in less than six seconds.
For a point of reference, I practice the art of kendo, and my grandfather taught it to as well; the action of each training duel is over in the time of four or less moves.

I can bet you that our “troops” will arrive in pretty expensive trailers, but once unloaded, it has been demonstrated for centuries that a person on the ground (or better yet, plural persons) are no match for a man on a horse that has been trained for war. Dressage is an ancient art of teaching a horse to respond so he can aid the soldier in war. There is no surprise that NYC and other large cities have been patrolled by horse-mounted police.
I can imagine there are plenty in flyover country who could respond in an instant… just like in Cairo (problem is they had to RIDE there first).

All many of you do is scream about all the “oppression” of the Obama Administration, but I guess the real stuff (you know, not the fake talking-point variety) makes everyone a bit weak in the knees.
Now, did this occur to anyone?: it is not in the US’s power to determine whether the Muslim Brotherhood would or would not be a part of any new government. However, if the US wants any leverage at all with the new government, it needs to support a transition. This is a rare opportunity for the US to foster real goodwill with the middle and lower classes in a major Middle Eastern state at very little cost.

“What is going on is a repetition of the “Carter Era” when they gave the cold shoulder to the Shaw of Iran which introduced “inhumanism” which was the beginning of the problem. Had the US handled that revolution in Iran, we wouldn’t be dealing with the situation over in the Middle East with the rise of the Muslin Brotherhood and Islamism even in Turkey. Carter abandoned the Shaw just as the US is abandoning Mubarak. This is not ignoring the fact that Mubarak is a dictator and this is not the choice of the US to create dictatorships in the Middle East but this has been the status quo throughout history. The Middle East has always been Theocratic or Dictatorships or Socialistic. We are insisting on elections. Even Bush insisted on Palestinian elections in the past, which gave birth to Hamas in the Palestinian areas which caused nearly a civil war between Palestinian and Palestinian. Democracy in the Middle East is only used during the elections and is thrown out the window once someone is elected. Clinton, of course, insists that we need Democratic “reforms” and President Obama who is a “closet Socialist” insists that the Egyptians have a right to assembly, freedom of speech and Democracy…so on and so forth.
Yet, in all cases in the past, when we have Democratic elections, we have given birth to Tyrannies. Even in Algeria, which is next to Tunisia in 1991 they had elections in which the Islamist won and they had to dismantle the elections. The military had to intervene. Who was behind it? It wasn’t the Tea-Party movement…it was Socialists. The Socialists movements worked collectively and then Islam through El Baradei threw in the towel with the lot of Islamist. El Baradei held hands with the Muslim Brotherhood even prior to the Tunisian revolt when they ousted Zine El Abidine. And of course the situation in Tunisia needs to be addressed because in Tunisia you now have an open door for the Islamist. Rachid Ghannouchi who was exiled for 20 years in London, now is allowed to enter back into Tunisia. This is the same kind of thing that happened in Iran when the Shah ousted the Khomeni and then when the Shah was ousted, Khomeni went back to Iran to start a revolution. So, the Clinton and the Obama administration have been aiding the Islamic movement by stating that a Democracy is the solution. So, it is a problem. If the Palestinian election caused a civil war, it will also cause a civil war of a much larger scale in the country of Egypt. We need to look at past elections in the Middle East to see what happened. Now, this will open the door for a country like Turkey to basically spread its’ tentacles and gain momentum in the region. Amr Moussa , the Secretary General of the Arab League asked Turkey to intervene. Turkey will gain this momentum and begin to establish what they think is a peace resolution supporting the Islamist because Turkey has an Islamic sleeper cell as a government. Of course, the US position has been to return Middle East stability and also its’ support for Democratic principles. But, Americans have a problem because this determination is to avoid the rise of anti-US Islamic government in Cairo, potentially allied with Iran.
But, it is not only Iran that is the problem. It’s countries like Turkey that are the problem. Of course, Libya is sandwiched between Tunisia and Egypt. If and when the Muslin Brotherhood takes control of both states, then you have the ousting of Muammar al-Gaddafi, which also will have Libya join into this axis of evil. Let’s not forget the jest of the demonstrations in Egypt started, really on Friday. There was a small amount of demonstrations held by Communist movement. When the Islamist Muslim Brotherhood decided to jump in, on Friday and after the worship service on Friday, that is when you had the major jolt of the Egyptian revolution. Of course, the Muslim Brotherhood is trying to paint itself as a moderate organization. The leopard never changes its’ spots. The Muslin Brotherhood policy has always been that they will do what they call the Mateen Strategy . In other words, as Mohammad tried to establish Islam in Mecca they used a peaceful means until he went to Medina which basically will show the true colors of the leopard that never changed its’ spots. Mohammad El Baradei, of course, uses the Muslim Brotherhood just like before in history Jamal Badawi used the Muslim Brotherhood. Anwar Sadat used the Muslim Brotherhood because the Muslim Brotherhood is the largest block of any representation of Egyptians in the region. So, the Muslim Brotherhood basically will gain control in the elections and the Obama administration is allowing this to happen. If anything, for the best interest of the United States of America, the government should denounce El Baradei and his support for the Muslim Brotherhood. But, no such thing is happening.
Why? It is not naivete that the current American administration, led by Socialists supporting the electorate process in Egypt to establish Democratic process for the gain of the Muslim Brotherhood that they think is moderate is not naivete at all. It is because even in the West, if you look at the Liberal movement and the Progressive movement, they have always supported the Islamic movement. Why? It is not by coincidence that you have Al Gore complimenting Islam. It is because that in Al Gore’s view, Islam supports environmentalism. In Islam they have something which is hima which is the protection of the environment. Also, Islam also tickles the ears of the abortionists because even in Islam life doesn’t begin at the moment of conception. Even in Islam there is something called “al-takaful al-ijtimai” which means Islamic Socialism. In fact, Libia and Egypt are Socialistic societies. And Savyid Qutb , the founder of the Muslim Brotherhood preferred Marxist ideology over Capitalism. This is a stated fact in the annals of Islamist movement in Egypt. So in the same way Progressives in the West would tend to support the Islamist movement. If you look at somebody like Keith Ellison (first Muslim to be elected to the US Congress), he doesn’t support the Tea Party, he supports all of the agenda of President Obama. The Muslims in America by far support Obama’s medical health care plan and the socialist issues in this country.
IN FACT, ALL OF THE ISLAMIST ORGANIZATIONS IN AMERICA ARE BRANCHES OF THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD. The main stream media here in America are in support of the Revolutionary Islamist in Egypt because they have a goal that they do not want to lose what they consider the moderate Islamist voices in the Middle East and so for that the Muslim Brotherhood was very quick to basically disguise itself and cover its’ true intent, calling itself a moderate Muslim movement and they have been working with many of their apparatuses in the West. Mohammad El Baradei who declared in the Arabic language that Osama Bin Laden is a jihadist. He is a vital, intricate part of Islamic movement (of course he says that in the Arabic language). In the English language, they have been dealing with Condoleezza Rice in the past and they have been dealing with the Secretary Department in the past to try to say that they want a Democratic process. They denounce terrorism. Of course, you have even Imams in the West like Imam Anwar Al-Awlaki denounces terrorism. Yet, you have US drones looking for him. I wonder why? Because they believe in what is called “taqiyya and kitman”. The Muslim Brotherhood are notorious about lying because in the Islamist movement you can lie to the enemy, smile to their faces while you harbor inner animosity toward them. This is not from me. This is from the annals of the Muslim Brotherhood itself. So they have been duped basically to think that the way to have peace in the Middle East is by moderating the Muslim Brotherhood and by including them in the election process and Democratic process hoping to gain momentum toward basically reforming the Middle East. So they began to see the Muslim Brotherhood as an apparatus for that reformation. When in reality, the leopard never changes his spots. The future of Egypt and the future of the Middle East is known in the past. Keep in mind that the fire that engulfs the revolution in Egypt was ignited by Socialists. Later embraced by the Islamist, of course. It is true that the Muslim Brotherhood was banned as an organization in 1954. But, it has been tolerated and has forged alliances with legal and political groups in the past two decades. The Liberal Socialists, the Wafd and other Socialist Labor Parties have been allies. The Muslim Brotherhood has allied with Socialists. There is no Right-wing movement in Egypt as we think of the Right. The Right is the Islamic Fundamentalist which is really no Right but a Left combined with Islamist ideology. Of course, the US policy, led by the closet Socialist, President Obama has been publically supporting the Egyptian people. Obama wants rights of assembly and elections in Egypt. Americans need to realize that Democratic elections in the Middle East have never resulted in Western-style freedom. The rule in any Muslim majority nation is that Democracy is used, as I said before, is used only during the election period. What did the elections in Muslim majority do? In Iran, we have chaos, we have a Theocracy.
The most plausible outcome of Egypt’s chaos a future election as demanded by world opinion, the outcome of which can be seen from the experience we had in the Palestinian election on which President George Brush insisted that we must have elections which caused a divide and this divide will cause civil unrest in the country of Egypt. Whether it is Iranian Shiite or Sunni Revolution the way to victory will not be only by stepping over Israel but also over Saudi Arabia. The cradle of Wahhabism that started the trouble in the first place. As a consequence, the world will kiss its’ addiction to Arab oil goodbye. After this, I predict that Iran must hit Arabia. If anyone thinks that this is madness…look at Saddam Hussein. Had he had nuclear weapons, he would have lobed them in the First Gulf War at Saudi Arabia and if anybody from the Progressive movement keeps talking about that Iraq never had weapons of mass destruction, they just seem to have to move a little further to its neighboring Iran which does work on establishing its nuclear ability.

However, we should be more than happy to help any country out with their military, peacekeeping, or whatever… for a price. That may sound heartless, but we don’t have unlimited funds. We have a lot of Americans hurting here and we should use that money for our own citizens first. But if a country needs some military protections, cool. It will cost you 500 Million dollars, because that’s easily what it costs to send a battle group somewhere in the world. Or we can exchange our help for oil, food, or whatever. I think that would be fair. But what’s currently happening is NOT fair for Americans.

It is so simple. We are so American in trying to appease everyone that even the most conservative fall into the line of being Politically Correct. It isn’t Correct. It is Political. And it is EVIL…
