Proof of an Alien Cover-Up? YouTube User‘s Wild Theory That NASA Is ’Trying to Stop Us From Looking at the Sun’

Last week, UFO enthusiasts claimed they had — again — spotted an alien spacecraft flying near the sun. As these sightings are frequently written off with “simple explanations,” one rather interesting enthusiast is now accusing NASA of a cover up involving the giant ball of gas.

The Daily Mail reports YouTube user “rob19791” posted a video on May 5 based on images from NASA’s Solar and Heliospheric Observatory taken on May 3. The video shows an object passing above the sun. A couple days later, he alleged observation data of the sun, which is continually being beamed from SOHO to Earth, had been missing since May 4.

NASA posted a notice on the web page that hosts the latest images from SOHO saying no data would be available as it was undergoing “Emergency Sun Reacquisition.” It should be noted that reports state SOHO went into this mode on May 4, whereas SOHO’s website says it entered this mode on Wednesday, May 8. Here is the message currently posted on SOHO’s website:

NOTE: LACK OF DATA UPDATES. SOHO went again into “Emergency Sun Reacquisition” (ESR) mode on Wednesday, May 8, 2012 at 20:34 UT. The ESR was again caused by a false trigger of the Coarse Sun Pointing Attitude Anomaly Dector. We are working on the recovery of the spacecraft to normal mode. It will take several days to return to normal science operations.

For rob19791, this message is code for cover-up:

“This is a cover up to prevent us from seeing these things again. NASA must have seen this video and started making plans to change the way you and I are allowed to view it.”

“I think this is proof that NASA are covering this up.

“NASA are clearly trying to stop us [from] looking at the sun.”

SOHO was launched in 1995 as a collaborative effort between NASA and the European Space Agency to study the sun, its corona and outer atmosphere. The project was only supposed to last two years, but it has since remained in space observing the sun and providing researchers with data about solar storms and how they can affect Earth.

    Here is my opinion: Craft was expected to last two years, in place in 1995. Thus its been there for some 17 years, and now is going into total, progressive failure.

      I would say the same the except… Two weeks ago there was a sighting of a UFO near the sun from another observer. The UFO looked EXACTLY like this one from this video. I‘ll work on finding that video and upload a link here because it’s seriously something to look into. Either there really are aliens hiding by our sun or our government is doing something up there they don’t want us to know about.

      You all have it wrong. It’s Captain Kirk “Slingshoting” around the Sun so they can go back in time and get a pair of “Humpty” Back whales, as Scotty calls them, and save Earth of the future. But seeing as we can see them now they are already on their way back to the future. We didn’t see them when they came to our time but we can catch a glimpse of them on the way back.

      Under magnification you can see that the ship has something analogous to the solar panels we humans have begun using on Earth, something which gives credence to the theory that this spacecraft comes from an advanced civilization. On route the the Earth, after a long interstellar voyage, the aliens needed to recharge their equivalent of what we call “batteries.”

      I don’t believe this, but some are saying these beings have been in touch with Muslims and communists, finding these groups sympathetic with their goal of conquering the Earth and subjugating the human race and taking the remaining oil reserves on Earth. Some are also saying that they are coordinating with the President, who sees this as an opportunity to force the world to use renewable energy resources. But I don’t believe that either.

      This object is supposedly the size of Jupiter, and it would take 1,321 Earths to fill the volume of Jupiter, or this object. Detonating a nuclear device on it would be equivalent to a flea bite.

      OK, I HAVE THE ANSWER TO THIS

      The object was filmed on May 3, 2012 at 13:19:41 UT. (Let’s call it 13:20 UT or 1:20 pm UT)

      Using the time conversion chart at http://www.souledout.org/nightsky/time/ut.html we see that this is about 8:20 am EST or 5:20 am PST.

      Now, if you were planning to be picked up by this spacecraft you would have to pack up some things and get a good night’s sleep. So, one would probably start packing up about 3 pm, eat their last Earthly dinner and go to bed early.

      Now, if you check out the last post timestamp for Itsjusttim; http://www.theblaze.com/users/itsjusttim/ you will see that his last post on The Blaze was; May 2, 2012 at 2:33pm.

      I conclude that Timmy finally got picked up and taken back to either Gog or Magog.

      after watching the video and pausing at the point where the “ship” appears. I backed up a few frames and it looks like its some sort of flare or explosion of some matter out of the sun. It comes up and explodes into what we see as a “ship” or “craft.”

      JZS, by your own submission as well as NASA’s use of solar energy collectors in space is a good thing. They do tend to work well in space since there is no earthly atmosphere that has clouds, storm activity, volcanic activity and other natural phenomenon to interfere with such collection. It makes good sense that our satellites have solar collectors to keep them operating and not rely on batteries or other power sources when free power is available. I have nothing against the continuing research for better solar collectors but not federal funding into the black hole it has so far become. If it worked as well as you have so obviously assumed, then investors would be flocking to support it. Instead, the 0bama admin keeps pumping funds into an so far empty well.

    Okay, I will jump on board. NASA, as well as the USAF, are covering up alien space craft. The object in the picture is a UFO. Their technology is so advanced that they can create a substance that will not be melted or incinerated by the sun’s heat. NASA is afraid we will panic. They know that the Mayan Calender end date of 12/21/2012 is really the day the aliens arrive on earth. Intelligence gathered so far indicate that the aliens have a culinary taste for human flesh as the result of their abductions over the centuries. The old Outer Limits show “How to Serve Humans” was a warning from a minority group within the alien race who believes human should be kept as pets.

    Now, take tin foil hat off. Put the joint down. Get out of the basement and enjoy the sunshine.

    All one has to do to reason that we are not alone in this space is to simply look up at night in an area away from city lights. I‘ve stared up at the night sky with a pair of NVG’s that I repaired in Iraq. With the light amplification of NVG’s, you can see more stars than you could ever imagine. Every point of light, even those too faint to be detected with a telescope are suddenly on display in a green intensifier display. To think that we are utterly alone is pathetic and to think that just because Einstein believed that the speed of light is a (for lack of a better term) universal constant and barrier to space travel is wholly moronic. We currently have the tech to fuel your entire home for a year on 2 grams of a material so stable and innocuous that it used to be made into lantern mantles, and sold at every department and outdoor store in the US. It is not therefore unbelievable that another culture has made even greater leaps and is able to harness a form of power that we do not possess and can use it to navigate space as we navigate the oceans of this world.

    I don’t know what is in that picture, possibly just a large asteroid careening down into the sun in a close orbit. But I do know that we don’t know all there is to know and I can accept that reality.

      I know that when I was in the Navy, I saw two UFO’s while on port watch and was also observed from fantail watch. They looked similar to a couple meteors on fire, they looked like they were in a formation with one just behind the other, and then they turned almost straight upwards and disappeared as they shot out of our atmosphere. After reporting two bogies, I was answered with, “there is nothing on radar, report again,” I reported their position and again was told nothing on radar, it was at that point they turned upwards and in 2 seconds were gone. Not sure what they were, hence the term UFO, but they definately were not meteors with that maneuver. Possibly from ours or another country’s Air Force, but who knows.

      The one that looks like a galaxy circling and disappearing into what looks like a black hole seems to be emitted from the ground, like a hologram maybe. Interesting though.

      Wow, I thought I was the only one with that understanding. You are right on the money. I’ve known for years that there are other spiritual beings behind all the UFO stuff. It’s all a part of “the great delusion” that’s coming on the earth. Why would the whole world be amazed by the best that ascends out of the pit? They will be convinced he is some kind of god from space. “The beast that was and is not and is yet to come” is strange terminology to use for a natural human being. And you are right about why they have to stay concealed. They can’t expose themselves or they would give away the true intent of the game plan. Just like the Liar-in-Chief in the White House.       A thought experiment: Imagine that there was only one planet in the universe with intelligent life. The people there look up to the heavens and say “there are so many stars, it is arrogant to think we are the only planet with life”, and yet still they ARE the only planet with intelligent life.

      There is a difference between truth and feelings. I do not know that we are the only life in the universe, I just know that we have NO proof of other life and all the trillions of stars does not make it so.

I know who I am, have lots of friends, a lovely wife of thirty years this August. If you are afraid of what others may think of you, you have lost half the battle in life.     p.s.: Someone may look as long at the son for me as they want. I do not intend to bother. It is rough on the eyes and foolish to speculate on something you cannot really see. Who is to say it is not all photo shopped. I allow God to take care of things beyond my control. It works better than me busting my chops on something I cannot really define or do anything about, anyway.

      BlackyB ha ha “God’s business” I love this kind of idiocy. People who’s answer to everything is “God” should be banned from using any modern day technology, convenience or medicine. Call it the “Hypocrite Law.” It always amuses me the bible thumper who gets injured or sick, then goes to the doctor to receive treatment based on years of work by mostly secular/agnostic/athiest people. I have more respect for Christian Scientists. At least they actually trust in God… Has never worked in their favor healthwise but at least they aren’t hypocrites!!!

    Well the objects from the two seperate videos appear to be identical or nearly so. What could it be? An Unidentified Flying Object (UFO) sounds perfectly reasonable. Beyond that I’m not sure. I’m not ready to head to “Devil’s Tower” just yet but feel free to keep your bags packed.
