Prophetic Pelosi: Nancy Declares Supremes Will Affirm ‘Ironclad’ Obamacare

You can add prophet to Nancy Pelosi’s resume.

The House Democratic leader is predicting the Supreme Court will uphold the constitutionality of the health care law by a 6-3 vote. Pelosi didn’t say how she thought individual justices would vote in her appearance Friday on “CBS This Morning,” just that they would.

“I think we are ironclad on the constitutionality of the bill. We believe in the Constitution. We believe in judicial review,” she said Friday.

“It would be really hard to see them roll back (provisions) that the public has become used to,” she said, adding that supporters should continue to “to herald what many of these things are, so they will have staying power.”

Still, the California Democrat said her party is “prepared for any eventuality,” including the possibility the high court may overturn some or all of the law.

The high court is expected to rule in the case in the next two weeks.

The former Speaker of the House also broached the economy in her interview. And she was sure to trumpet the party line on whose responsible for the the dismal numbers.

“The whole world knows that President Bush got us into this fix in the first place.”

      I wouldn’t laugh this off. She may well have some Leftist little law clerk mole in the Supreme Court who has leaked it to her. The decision was made long ago, and they have been working on the opinion. This scares me.

      I’m not seeing anyone laugh it of GRAMMA. If the implied threat from POTUS shortly after the initial reviews is any indication, it’s toast. I don’t think SCOTUS takes kindly to bully tactics and they must know that having never read the bill, our fine legislators have provided many reasons to overturn.

      Ms Pelosi regarding your stance on the “ironclad” Obamacare–should we assume that you have finally read the law?
      Regarding the economy, I know you might have forgotten, so let me remind you that you were Speaker of the House and Dreamworks Harry was Majority Leader in the Senate for the last two years of the Bush administration when the groundwork was laid for the you-know-what to hit the fan.

      Thank you Grandma.While I am in service of a sorts grandma,I’m not in the military.I’m the child of a combat veteran that worked in a certain area of government after the war.It put our family at increased risk.The enemy of the state has been at work ,hidden deep in our government for decades. including where my father worked.The frauds they commited are why I have the scars.The same methods used to commit these frauds are also used for genocide.They won’t be as complex,the need for them to hide is about gone.

    Here’s my concern: Kagan should have recused herself from this case, but she did not. That shows a blatant disregard for fairly judging the law on its merits and Constitutionality. I wouldn’t be surprised if she has fed Pelosi some inside info that makes her and Obama confident that the law will be upheld. (The Lefties will say Thomas should have recused himself too because his wife worked for an anti-Obamacare group. Not the same thing as Kagan.)

      I can’t even think of any of the justices that tend to lean to the right of such decisions would even consider favoring this abomination. I figure this vote will be split with the usual four on the right and four on the left and Kennedy will be the swing vote as usual.
      Since Kennedy a few years ago stated that 0bama scares him and that he would not even consider retiring from the SCOTUS until that man is out of office. That sentiment gives me some comfort, but not enough. The thought of tossing only part of the law is still scary.

      You know you have a point there.She does believe in a constitution.She never stated which country it is though.Maybe this explains her rationalization of the indefensable.What really makes my skin crawl is that the real monsters have convinced the naive to go along with it.Listen to them.Some of those who defend this, truly think they are helping us.All you have to do is research the laws and the power base of the medical profession.You will see just how the genocide will happen.They have too much power and can bypass normal courts[hospital courts which formally weren't used].Switch your id and diseases.Claim a disease you don’t have treat you to death for it.Usually they will use some excuse as to why they need to do home visits or home based medical treatment.Its used as a disguise to kill.

    If by some chance SCOTUS affirms Obamacare, they will have just identified themselves to be useless, and unwilling/incapable of protecting the Constitution.
