The headline is enough to send chills up one’s spine.
After accused serial-pedophile Jerry Sandusky was reportedly seen ogling children in a schoolyard from the close proximity of his own back porch, prosecutors on Tuesday asked that Sandusky be kept indoors as part of his bail conditions. Currently, the former assistant coach is under house arrest.
The state attorney general‘s office argued in a court filing that Sandusky’s bail conditions should be revised so that he is only allowed outside to seek medical treatment, and for no other reason. Prosecutors opposed Sandusky’s request to be granted contact with his grandchildren as he awaits trial on 52 child sex-abuse charges.
“Several individuals from the adjacent elementary school have expressed concerns for the safety of children at their school and the adjacent neighborhood,” prosecutors wrote. “Such concerns will only mushroom if defendant is permitted to roam at will outside his house.”
Fox News adds:
The allegation he was watching children was outlined in an exhibit attached to the filing, a memo from a state investigator to a county probation officer that said a teacher and intern had reported concern for the children’s safety.
“They advised the neighbor that yesterday they had the children outside for recess as it was a warmer day, and that they both witnessed Mr. Sandusky on his rear house deck watching the children play,” wrote investigator Anthony Sassano on Jan. 26.
Sandusky’s lawyer, Joe Amendola, did not immediately respond to the latest prosecution filing.
It said Sandusky‘s son’s ex-wife “strenuously objects” to her three minor children having any contact with him, and that prosecutors believe Sandusky was fortunate to be granted bail.
“The commonwealth believes that (the) defendant should be in jail,” prosecutors wrote. “He has been granted the privilege of being confined in his own home, which is spacious and private and where he can eat food of his own preference and sleep in his own bed at night. House arrest is not meant to be a house party.”
That court document, and several motions filed late Monday by Sandusky’s lawyer, come ahead of a court hearing Friday regarding his bail modification request.

Posted on February 8, 2012 at 4:06pmHowever, despite efforts by homosexual activists to distance the gay lifestyle from pedophilia, there remains a disturbing connection between the two. This is because, by definition, male homosexuals are sexually attracted to other males. While many homosexuals may not seek young sexual partners, the evidence indicates that disproportionate numbers of gay men seek adolescent males or boys as sexual partners. In this paper we will consider the following evidence linking homosexuality to pedophilia: Pedophiles are invariably males: Almost all sex crimes against children are committed by men. Significant numbers of victims are males: Up to one-third of all sex crimes against children are committed against boys (as opposed to girls). The 10 percent fallacy: Studies indicate that, contrary to the inaccurate but widely accepted claims of sex researcher Alfred Kinsey, homosexuals comprise between 1 to 3 percent of the population. Homosexuals are overrepresented in child sex offenses: Individuals from the 1 to 3 percent of the population that is sexually attracted to the same sex are committing up to one-third of the sex crimes against children. Some homosexual activists defend the historic connection between homosexuality and pedophilia: Such activists consider the defense of “boy-lovers” to be a legitimate gay rights issue. Pedophile themes abound in homosexual literary culture: Gay fiction as well as serious academic treatises promote “intergenerat

Posted on February 8, 2012 at 4:05pmThe behavior of Sandusky is characteristic of homosexual pedophilia. A comprehensive study by Dr.Timothy Dailey explains the marked increase of homosexual pedophilia in our society. It was published by Family Research Council and the title is Homosexuality and Child Sex Abuse. He gathered data from numerous legitimate sources: federal and local govt. agencies, criminal reporting agencies, journals of child psychiatry and adult psychiatry, journals of sex research and treatment of sex offenders, gay sources, and others. Posted on February 8, 2012 at 12:41pmOgling? Hmm… I think if Sandusky is the monster he is accused of being, he will soon enough not be able to view anything without bars, or flames, obscuring his view. I am curious, what does ogling look like? Does it require unblinking eyes, or possibly a tongue dragging on the ground? Maybe it is defined by uncontrolled drool or howling and huffing? Maybe he was just sadly looking at young people with a future, and wondering what went wrong in his life. I don’t like the guy, he is beyond disgusting if any part of this nightmare is true, but our system says he is innocent until proven guilty.

Posted on February 8, 2012 at 10:13amUm, can someone please tell me why the heck no one considered the fact that this man’s home is close enough to a school that he can watch kids from his damn deck?!!!! Did no one think to bring this up?!! Ya think that might have been something the judge needed to consider prior to the bail hearing so that the danger to nearby children might have weighed in on the judge’s decision to place him on house arrest. The amount of allegations alone should have kept him in custody or at least determined that he couldn’t be allowed to remain confined to a residence that was so close to a school with precisely the type of victim he is accused of violating. Unless the judge revokes the house arrest, you fickin can‘t tell him he can’t go out on his deck it’s considered part of his house! He is technically not violating the judge’s order. Pedophiles can’t help themselves however and with that kind of temptation right there in front of him. They better order police officers to be out on that playground at every recess and stationed near his home within his view to make sure that no kids go in that direction. OOOO that guy is just creepy!! I know that he is innocent until proven guilty but until that is determined can we please not let any kids near the guy?!!! The lack of common sense in this country is astounding!!!

Posted on February 8, 2012 at 10:45amHe can’t molest them from his porch. He is innocent until proven guilty. He has never been accused of molesting these children. He is now accused of “ogling” from the same place he has been for decades without being accused of “ogling”. I hate a predator as much as the next guy and more, far more than i hate unfounded accusations. I am guilty of ‘gawking’ at my beloved nieces but am no pedophile. Children are so innocent and we all find that wonderful and worthy of throwing ourselves in front of a train to protect. I do anyway.. It’s in most of our DNA. We have seen this “everyone is guilty” phenomena back in the 80s. It has ruined lives on both ends. My guess is that it is possible this sandusky character may have been a victim in his childhood and is weirded out emotionally because of it. It’s s pretty good guess. There is a danger of 75% victims get weirded out or become pedophiles to some degree and the other 25% go 180 the opposite. There is something more here that may be misinterpreted. If he’s guilty for real he needs to be strung up. If he is not we should ashamed. Taking showers and molesting in virtually public places does not fit the pedophile M.O. at all. There hasn’t been evidence of coercion, threats or secrecy here. Coaching and sports have a weird tradition of patting butts and other weird touching. Showering together to. Sandusky is warped for sure but to what extent?

Posted on February 8, 2012 at 9:56am52 counts is a lot of counts.. If there is so little evidence to support 52 counts, and one of them is allegedly watched and ignored by a witness until he finds it convenient to report, the guy might not be as guilty as the witness who watched and ignored what he thought was a sexual assault. He’s definitely guilty of being a weirdo, but that’s a far cry from assault..

Posted on February 8, 2012 at 9:03amProvided this guy is proven guilty, I don’t have a problem putting a bullet in his head. I do have a problem with hearing about two women who get their panties in a bunch about him sitting on his back porch watching kids play. What exactly is the definition of “ogling”? If I’m near a playground waiting for something, I watch kids play. Am I now to be suspected of pedophilia? It looks like he has a pretty big piece of dirt, so how far away does he have to be in order to be able to look out over his property? Do we also ban him from looking out his window? Is he allowed to watch a TV show that has kids in it? Maybe we should all be on the safe side and poke his eyes out, because we all know looking is a terrible, terrible sin.
Report Post »It never ceases to amaze me how The Blaze readers just LOVE the Constitution, until the TV news holds a trial that presents nothing but the prosecution’s evidence, and then all of a sudden the guy is so guilty he should be locked up in a cellar. The idea of taking prudent precautions that he is guilty, like preventing him from actually PLAYING in the playground with the kids or supervised visits with the children of family members, is completely dismissed for the insane assumption that not only is he completely guilty, but he should be punished severely and only afterwards we hold a “trial” so that his Constitutional rights are “observed”. I know, I’ll get flamed for this, but you people really are hypocrites.

Posted on February 8, 2012 at 7:45amWhat happened to “innocent until proven guilty?” Bail is customarily granted in non-capital cases unless there is a known flight risk. The judge granting bail is free to attach conditions on it, and such conditions seem well warranted here. And lighten up on poor Jerry, those could be the last kids he gets to see.

Posted on February 8, 2012 at 7:40amPedophiles and other sexually abusive people are working for the goal of being a specially protected class. Once they achieve this, no one will have any legal protection from unwanted attacks. Gone are the Golden American days when women and children were held in an elevated position where the entire society was unified in protecting them. Does anyone ever get what a hoax and scam the women’s libbers pulled on American women? And how silly women were for falling for it?

Posted on February 8, 2012 at 7:04amWhy is this man “afforded the priviledge ” of house arrest? Given the allegded crimes he has been charged with, why is he still free to walk around, eat, sleep in his own house? If he is not allowed to even be around his own grandchildren, make him move from close proximity of any kind of school. His bail needs to be revoked and he sit in jail like any other person pending trail. But jerry Sandusky has money, so we he is allowed to roam free………….Sad

Posted on February 8, 2012 at 6:39amThat is one sick SOB – why did he get bail in the first place?! Again the courts leave children at risk and release the sicko back into society. A leopard doesn’t change his spots and research shows that very few child predators can be rehabilitated, so this man should be in jail and not under house arrest.
