Radical Islamic Website Asks: ‘Is the Assassination of Obama Legal?’

“Muslims Against Crusades” (MAC) — a radical Islamic website that vows to “expose the enemies of Islam” — featured a front page article on Monday titled “Is the Assassination of President Obama Legal?”
The article’s closing paragraphs pose that very question to “the West,” asking if the president’s death would be “justified” given his “horrific track record against Islam and Muslims.”
The author then references the year then-President John F. Kennedy was assassinated by asking how many people would want to carry out the “horrors of 1963” all over again:
What we mean by this is, if the President of America were to be caught off-guard in Washington or St Louis, would his death be justified given his new criteria in light of his horrific track record against Islam and Muslims and his own confessions?
If the answer is no, then we ask, why not? And if the answer is, yes, then we ask how many people would be likely to want to repeat the horrors of 1963 against this very evil man?
MAC, a British, radical Islamic group that believes its adherents are not “obliged to obey the law of the land in whatever country they reside,” was founded in 2010 by Abu Assadullah. Notorious cleric Anjem Choudary, who once called for the execution of the Pope, is also associated with MAC.
You might also recall Choudary when his Islam4UK — another pro-Jihadist group that is also on the U.K’s terror watch list – protested Dutch MP Geert Wilders’ visit to the U.K.. Protesters carryed banners that reportedly read: ”Shariah is the solution, freedom go to hell“ and ”Geert Wilders deserves Islamic punishment”
In 2011, MAC proposed that Muslims set up independent emirates across the U.K. and that each emirate operate under Sharia law exclusively.
Now, MAC’s latest “crusade” appears to be against President Obama.
The article, which threatens that Obama is “treading on very thin ice” accuses the president of murdering two of Islam’s most influential men — Osama bin Laden and radical cleric Anwar al-Awlaki. The author dubs Obama a “very evil man” who justifies “murder, rape and torture.”
In fact, the image for the article features Obama with a red target on his forehead, blood spatter behind him, against the backdrop of bin Laden and al-Awlaki’s faces.
This, combined with what the author asserts are the Obama administration’s “cowardly drone strikes” has “shattered any hope of reconciliation” between Islamists and the United States.
The article, in its entirety, can be read below:
President Barack Obama is treading on very thin ice. In the space of less than half a year he has proceeded to murder what are probably two of the most influential Muslim men in modern day history: Sheikh Usamah bin Laden (rh) and the US citizen Sheikh Anwar al Awlaki (rh).
His brazen attacks and cowardly drone strikes have shattered any hope of reconciliation, for he has made it clear: America is out to shoot and kill and is taking no prisoners. No negotiations, no rule of law, no due process – nothing.
Human rights and justice have lost all relevance in Obama’s war, as assassination takes over as his preferred weapon of choice. He has managed to convince the whole world that he is right, that murder, rape and torture can be justified as long as you can be labelled as the enemy. Are his actions to be taken as an example for other US citizens to imitate?In light of this we would like to introduce a new question into the psyche of the West by asking: “Is the assassination of President Barack Obama now legal?” What we mean by this is, if the President of America were to be caught off-guard in Washington or St Louis, would his death be justified given his new criteria in light of his horrific track record against Islam and Muslims and his own confessions?
If the answer is no, then we ask, why not? And if the answer is, yes, then we ask how many people would be likely to want to repeat the horrors of 1963 against this very evil man?
Readers are then presented with two U.K.-based phone numbers for media and general enquiries. The rest of the MAC website features information on Islam — including the topics of jihad, sharia law — in addition to other anti-West messages such as, “breaking the foundations of Western civilizations.”
It goes without saying that “Muslims Against Crusades” is probably on just about every intel-community watch-list in the Western world.

I think its safe to say as much as we all dislike Emperor Obama we just want him to go away and not be heard from again in any political or influential capacity. When he was running for POTUS and after I saw a lot of posts wishing this and all I could think of is those 2 little girls seeing their father slaughtered just as the Kennedy and King families. I think anyone calling for this should have a much deserved knock on the door from the FBI and Secret Service. I have no problem with whomever being watched 24/7 after making comments like this.
I will even go a step further and say if I was in the Secret Service on Presidential protection duty I would step btwn BHO and a bullet regardless of my feeling toward him. Its the Office and nation that you are protecting at that point. Beck too has said countless times to pray for him his family and those tasked with his protection…as we should. Can anyone imagine the chaos that would ensue if anything happens to him. Lets forget the MSM will blame the TEA party and conserv’s for minute, in this day and age things could get really bad b/c I just dont think a strike on POTUS would be the end of it. I was talking to some friends about this and it appears that we’re misunderstanding what the import of the question really is. It‘s NOT if it’s okay to kill the American president, it‘s that they are not sure it’s okay if it’s alright to kill one of Islams own. If Obama was an infidel we already know that he’s fair game, and definitely a target. But he‘s a muslim so there is confusion in their own ranks and they need their swammi’s or whatever the hell their leaders are called to clarify if it’s okay to kill a brother.

The ‘Fast and Furious’ scandal leaps to mind. The U.S. has “clearly” demonstrated that it feels it has the moral authority to assassinate whom ever it wishes, for reasons that only it needs to justify, and then only to itself. But, of course, that is directly related to the U.S.’s ability to lay ruin on your nation, should you feel the need to defend your own cultural and governmental autonomy or sovereignty.
To say the U.S. ‘rules’ the world is a bit of a stretch. But it ain’t far.

I actually agree with your sentiment, but let me pose a question to you that I posed to my oldest brother, who served in the Army for 35 years. It’s NOT to protect and defend. It’s to SUPPORT and defend the CONSTITUTION of the United States of America, against ALL enemies, foreign and domestic. Does not the Military have a DUTY by that to act against any Congressional, or Presidential orders that supersede the Constitution, especially if they are things which act against our 4th Amendment, Article IV and supported by the intent contained with-in the Federalist Papers and directly stated by Madison in Federalist 10 to prevent a democracy from being formed?

I guarantee that the leftists in government are planning to enact an “Enabling Act” (look it up) should ANY crisis of this sort happen, and it will involve rounding up everyone who opposes the tyranny that currently exists in Washington, DC.
Regarding whether it would be “legal” to do so, it IS legal according to Shariah Law. I‘m positive that there’s something in there that the Muslim clerics could use as a “rationalization” for killing Obama, either because he’s called himself a “Christian” (apostasy), or because he’s waged war against other Muslims (treason).

We certainly don’t need a martyr which is what would happen if the Islamists take him out. The impostor must be arrested, tried and given the appropriate punishment for what amounts to the greatest crime ever perpetrated upon our nation. He cannot be impeached, he is not a legitimate president. In addition, if anybody here remembers, he never took the oath of office with his hand on a bible, as required. Judge Roberts intentionally flubbed it and it was supposedly re-taken behind closed doors. Well a picture posted of the supposed re-taking of the oath in the map room, showed the impostor and Roberts, no bible and no public present. This fact alone disqualifies his presidency, never mind the myriad of other issues disqualifying him. A total fraud, he should be removed legally. I’m a veteran by the way and my oath demands his removal by Congress for treason! There is nothing about this being that is legitimate. He merely exists while he dismantles our nation and our Constitution. Congress, both sides of the aisle, aids and abets this destruction with willful compliance. they are all guilty of treason as is the Judiciary! I too, respect the office of the President, unfortunately it is vacant all leadership!

Never actually saw it done in real life, but it looks just like the movies painting him for a missile strike. Maybe he should watch who homeland security gives oversight to the new border drones too. His new appointees may not have been vetted any better than he was.

Interesting story: A group of firefighters were dropped into a forrest fire to stop it. When they relaized they fire was too strong the captain gave the order to run. after a little while he realized that the fire was aadvancing faster than they could run, so he stopped running and started making a fire. Some thought he was mad and they kepot running. They died. They others knew he must know what he was doing. When his fire was going he stepped into it and the others follwed him. They survived.
That survival fire was too small to hurt them, but it consumed the fuel that the larger, hotter fire needed, and so when the large fire reached them it went around them like an island.
You CAN beat fire with fire, sometimes.

you hit on something major that i have been trying to tell my friends about: hollywood blends the lines between fact, fiction and fantasy, real life and pretend life just to boost ratings. one example was what happened to sandra bullock she got blind sided when blind sided came out, coincidence, i don’t think so. there are many many more examples to divert attention away or boost ratings.
