Radical Muslim Cleric ‘Postpones’ Shariah D.C. Rally

Radical UK Muslim Cleric Anjem Choudary has postponed his Thursday “Sharia4America” rally in front of the White House. According to a video posted on his website, Choudary blamed a variety of factors for the postponement, including the media “distorting” his message.
“In light of the fact that many people have given us advice from the Muslim community, both in Britain and in America, and from our scholars like Sheikh Omar Bakri Mohammed and others, that it is better to postpone the call for the Sharia in Washington, outside of the White Hosue today, we will be postponing the protest outside the White House.” Choudary said in the almost 15-minute video.
Still, Choudary didn’t back down from his message, saying that “the call for the Shariah is a universal one and it must be implemented immediately wherever we are in the world”:
Choudary, whose Islamic organization has been banned in the UK, also went on to paint America as an oppressor, saying its women are raped, its people are robbed, and its citizens are the victims of income inequality.
The Daily Caller reports that Florida pastor Terry Jones, who last fall threatened to burn a Koran, still planned to move forward with his scheduled counter-protest, despite Choudary canceling his own.
Almost immediately after news of Choudary’s rally broke many questioned if it would happen. Not only were some skeptical if he would be allowed into the country, but odd images on his website, as well as the Sharia4America website, depicting the White House as a mosque and the Statue of Liberty in the burqa, led some to question if it was a hoax. Additionally, The Blaze contacted the U.S. Parks Service which oversees such D.C. events, and no one had taken out the required rally permit.
While it seems the website for the event wasn’t a hoax, Choudary’s video and postponement raises questions about whether or not he ever intended to go through with the rally in the first place.
Either way, the new video — and even the old websites– confirm the voraciousness and seriousness of his message. In fact, Sharia4America posted a new video on it’s website yesterday solidifying that very message:
Choudary said the Shariah4America could be rescheduled in the future once “more Muslims” come together and create an “even bigger push” for Shariah law to be implemented in America and throughout the world.

Our system today looks nothing like a constitutional republic. We are run by a shadow government of czars and politically appointed judges. Starre Decisis carries more weight than the actual constitution! We are lawless from a constitutional standpoint but are burried in laws from a “code” standpoint.
Is it really so crazy for this rally to exists? What would we be replacing with Sharia Law? Don’t tell me the constitution. Once you’ve come off your moorings there is no telling where you will end up. You can’t in one sentence rail against this dude and then in the other sentence be content with our current state.

For example, a devout Muslim needing a mortgage or other loan can get one from a Sharia-compliant financial institution which technically does not require interest.
It’s little different from the application of Jewish law among Orthodox Jews in the US.
Where it conflicts with American law, e.g., where (according to some interpretations but not others) it requires stoning for adultery, American law has always taken precedence and will for the forseeable future!
No need to get all “lock and load” about it!

How about a less extreme comparison? Timothy McVeigh. No one took him seriously before he killed so many people, including kids in a daycare, and destroyed a building. You don’t have to wait until they commit the act before you take action. Particularly while they’re NOT on US soil and therefore granted constitutional protection. Even if he is here, we can still pursue conspiracy charges, assuming there‘s enough evidence and I’ll be there is. American lives come before this loser. I can come up with many more examples and comparisons and I’ll bet you can too. That is, if you’re intellectually honest enough to see this clown for the potential threat he is.

Simple enough Mr. Choudary. Stay out of America, then Shariah can remain where it appears to be enjoyed the most, in the Middle East. If you are offended by our language, values, customs, or Judeo Christian history, it is simple enough, go back to your native land. This country is a nation of immigrants. HOWEVER, that is not to say that immigrants have the right to whatever they want based on the reprehensible political correctness of the knuckle-draggers in Washington.

This is the type of thing needed to bring back many Americans that are living in an alternate Universe.
Perhaps America will finally realize they have been bamboozled by the clowns in Washington.

Do we not as a nation still have a “Most Wanted” list where Interpol, etc. help us find these people and arrest them, or whatever they do….read them Miranda Warnings and give them chocolates….. HA! Let’s arrest him and throw him in a bay of pigs….seems like I’ve heard that name somewhere in the past….Bay of Pigs????? Hmmmmm…… Poor pigs. I wouldn’t wish that on any four legged animal…. I like the comment the other day about the 27 sturgeons…. That’ll work!

I had an old lady tell me the other day that when the towers fell the Muslims in her NJ neighborhood were in the streets cheering. Makes me wonder! Too bad the conservative Muslims are being attacked as well from the radical Islamists. I have no issue with our conservative Muslim brothers who give allegiance to our Constitution but I do have a problem with exploiters of all kinds.

“…so tell me, “has America’s playing nuclear patty-cake with Egypt been a bad idea?” After reading this article you will know why it was a very bad idea.
Now that the restraining influence of President Hosni Mubarak is gone, it would appear to be a very bad idea. And the strong support former President Mubarak’s government had previously received from most of the key nations involved in the Middle East for the past 30 years, primarily Israel and the United States, will now come into clearer focus and scrutiny. You see, Hosni Mubarak was the key figure in keeping a previously clandestine Egyptian nuclear weapons program under tight controls; a nuclear weapons program manifest in the Argentina-built 22-megawatt reactor located in Egypt’s Nile Delta town of Inshas.
It would seem that friendly regimes, long-standing allies, can have a clandestine nuclear weapons program because they’ve shown themselves capable of not behaving badly as in the case of the world’s largest supporter on international Islamic terrorism, the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In just a couple of days new information is going to be in published in the media which details certain facts about the Egyptian nuclear weapons program which is now, thanks to the amateuristic and extremely ill-advised pressure from Obama and his friends in throwing Hosni Mubarak under the bus, clearly within the grasp of the Islamo-Nazi fundamentalists of Egypt’s al-Ikhwan al-Muslimun (Muslim Brotherhood).
The United States Intelligence Community (USIC) has just assessed, based upon direct knowledge of the Egyptian nuclear progam since the mid-1980s, that a nuclear weapons capability is well within the grasp of either the Egyptain armed forces or the Ikhwan in their ongoing power struggle in Egypt. The Ikhwan clearly have the upper-hand and the organizational edge in the struggle, and may well represent the coming “power of a cruel master, and a fierce king will rule over them” declared by the Lord Almighty in Isaiah 19:4. Of course, the Ikhwan covertly exist within the Egyptian armed forces, so the ultimate Egyptian power-broker could well be a combination of the two.
The USIC has revealed that Egypt has quietly acquired nuclear weapons technology and material from China, North Korea and Pakistan, in addition to biological and chemical weapons capabilities, and Hosni Mubarak was the key factor in ensuring that an Egyptian nuclear breakout would not occur. Otherwise the United States would have been all over Egypt as we have been for over a decade regarding the Iranian nuclear weapons program. The key controlling factor of Hosni Mubarak no longer exists. However, even during his tenure between 1990 and 2003 Egypt is known to have conducted 16 secret nuclear experiments under the command of Brigadier General Ahmed Nashet. In this same period Egypt acquired a Russian-made cyclotron for advanced uranium enrichment, and the Argentines designed the Inshas nuclear reactor to produce weapons-grade plutonium.
The bottom-line USIC assessments is that Egypt now has the resources to complete the production of nuclear warheads and a missile-borne delivery system of at least 1,000 kilometers (621 miles). How convenient! The distance between Cairo and Tel Aviv is less than half of that, and Cairo to Dimona is a mere stones throw. Worse, there’s a common border between Egyptian Sinai and the Israeli Negev where smuggling is rampant.”
