‘Real News From The Blaze:’ A New Lost Decade?

Many economists are saying that Euro-zone is heading back into a recession, leading nations like Finland to develop contingency plans for the eventual breakup of the Eurozone. Some commentators have now begun to draw parallels between Europe and the U.S., and the lost decade that Japan saw in the 1990′s. A report from The Wall Street Journal Thursday shows the similarities between Japan’s lost decade and the past 5 years here in the U.S.:

It took almost five years from the start of problems in the real estate market in the late 1980s for a full fledged banking crisis to develop, with the collapse of Hyogo Bank and several large credit cooperatives collapsed in the summer of 1995. But as you can see, five year yields had moved a lot lower — to below 3% — five years after they peaked.

Still, they’re nowhere near where U.S. rates are right now. In this respect, U.S. yields five years after the first signs of the crisis look even more Japanese than Japan’s five years after the crisis first flared.

Are Europe and the US on the path to a new lost decade? Watch Will Cain, Matt McCall and the rest of the “Real News” panel Friday try to decipher the similarities and differences between the paths America and Europe are headed, and the direction Japan went in the 1990s:

It is time to reveal some light of truth. The world is in a state of financial disaster and it is all due to the collective piling of manifested sin. To wonder about the amount of sins created every day would be unimaginable, but using some simple technology by knowing of people’s habits lets us look into a prime example of God’s perspective of how He might view online pornography.

Just imagine, people from all parts of the world online together lusting for their sexual idols. This is the result of technology and has given us an easier way to be a sloth, fulfill lustful desires and seek wealth from all parts of the earth. The pornographers are guilty of greed. The user is guilty of lust and envy; and can be gluttony if habitual. The harlot and the beast commit the biggest atrocities as they lust for the eyes and flesh while taking pay for it. They cause the envy of the less fortunate. Everyone who partakes suffers the vanity of it all.

The collective deception of collaberated sin causes record high amounts of sinful behavior and it spreads its horrors upon all parts of the world to all peoples. It provides the.. (http://www.prophetword.com/2012/07/22/commandments-and-sin-mapping/)

OK FOLKS…a little REALITY CHECK here. We are living in one of the greatest times in human history. We have more food, less disease, and live longer than ever before. We have less poverty, and greater wealth than at any point in our history. Wars are short-lived and cost thousands, rather than millions of lives.

Can things get better…YES! And they will, if short-sighted bureaucrats do not mess it up. Gov. is NOT the solution to the problem…Gov IS the problem. We the PEOPLE with the grace of GOD are the solution. Let US solve the problems, and let the Gov get out of the way.

CHICAGO76 correct. Slavery was just an excuse. Lincoln was sorry president. We are facing the same division with this administration.

Kind of like Progressives aren’t worth very much money – which is why they are always looking for money.

Yes, the 20th century sucked by all accounts. I wish we could just return to the days of Millard Fillmore and Franklin Pierce.

People keep sugar-coating reality. The reality is that over the next decade the majority of Americans are going to lose everything they own, and many of them will even lose their lives.

That is the unfortunate reality. We have been on a downward spiral for well over a century. I personally believe that it started when Lincoln used the Union soldiers to murder other people on this soil. At that point the end was inevitable. (To idiots, like the Wacko Wango Wanker, this has nothing to do with blacks or slaves.) If the Union did it before they can and will do it again.

I’ve been trying to warn people about the same thing. I don’t know if it will be within the next decade, but it can’t be very far from it. Things seem to be picking up at an astounding pace. All things are relevant, and I find all of them are listed in scripture.

Agreed with “not a crazy.“ Once Lincoln decided ”one nation no matter the cost”, he set the stage for tyranny in our country. In fact Lincoln was a tyrant, who glossed over all the lives he killed with nice words. Let’s put it this way, in todays terms population wise, 5,000,000 people killed. It is unfortunate that Booth did not act in 1861 instead of 1865. If he had, hundreds of thousands of lives would have been saved. As it was all he did was prevent the slaves from being deported by Lincoln.
