    Your discourse on Obamacare missed some key points:
    1. For over 140 years this country existed without health care – so to argue the impact on commerce is a fallacy
    2. The real reason for this act is not healthcare it is about subjection into socialism. It will push us into dependency on the state for our most basic need and thus easily go over to total control of our lives. Good bye democracy.

    If the due process clause of the 14th amendment can be used to disallow federal or state restrictions on abortion, there’s no way that Obamacare can be constitutional, as it would be putting the same kind of restrictions on the individual’s right to make medical decisions, that Roe V Wade was designed to address, in the case of abortion.
    They can’t have it both ways.
    Either your body is your own, and no govt. official has the right to make medical decisions on your behalf, or they can make all your decisons.
    You can’t pick and choose which kind of bodily privacy you want to allow.

    In the world of Analytical Math there is a science called Set Theory.
    HHC, overlaps Transportation, which encompasses ALL private and governmental industry.
    Hence. Control of the HC set, impacts the viability and fiscal health of ALL other SETS of economy.
    OBAMA Care as currently laid out, will in 2013 and beyond, entrail ALL private, governmental and NGO economies. The CHI Town Mid West academy has been espousing this SINGLE POINT control since 1975. Now, the Left has managed to implement the most desired aspect of thier academic dream.
    IF and this is a probable good chance of some 6-1 odds that Obama and his minions will still be there come Jan 2013, then the next 4-8 years will see all of Glenns Connect the Dots come true.

      Obamacare is the final straw for our family. We have already decided. If the Supreme Court somehow finds it constitutional and the 2012 election goes the way of it not getting repealed. We WILL NOT COMPLY. And they will have to come take us by force to prison. And we have also decided we will fight back. We are DONE! We own three small businesses and I am here to tell you there was NO recession in 2008. All three of our businesses got hit HARD at the end of 2009 and have continued to decline. Every bill passed by this administration has impossed either a new tax or fee or a new regulation on one of our three businesses. And when Obamacare passed our premiums went WAY up. We had to cancel our health plans to keep from laying off employees. Then in the end had to do some lay offs anyway. My husband even laid himself off so he wouldn’t have to lay off his best guy. We are DONE! This is not my country anymore.

    We caught this on an Atlanta station last week. I can not believe this has not been on TheBlaze, Fox, or even the conservative talk shows on XM. This is unbelievable news.
    Billions of your tax dollars used to build and remodel mosque all over the muslim world. Good Will? or paying homage to his God? You gotta watch the video.

    If They can find things in the Constution that clearly are not there.
    Then they are Political Hacks not Constitutional Scholars.
    It is not the job of the Supreme Court to make Laws.
    Their job is to make sure the laws that the Legislature Passes.
    are Constitutional. ObamaCare clearly is Not but then neither
    is The Patriot Act, Dept. of Homeland Security,TSA,or NDAA.

    The Supreme Court seems to go out of their way to find rights
    for the Government that are NOT there.
    An Ignore Rights that are clearly defined
    1st Amendment (Speech, Religion)
    2nd Amendment (The Right to Bear Arms)
    4th Amendment (Illegal Search and Seizure)
    I could go on but most people get the Idea
    We are Loseing Rights on a Regular Basis.
    An not just our Rights but our Freedoms.
    Rights are GOD given not Government given
    Government gives Entitlelments not Rights.
    If the Government gives You Rights then the
    Government can also Take Away that Right.
    Heath Care is not a Right
    Abortion is not a Right.
    (that should get the pro choice folks riled up)
    Sorry but Roe vs Wade was Bad Law
    an should be Overturned. Send it back to the States
    Some will Outlaw Abortion, Some will Regulate Abortion,
    Some will Legalize Any Abortion.You can choose which
    one you want to live in.
    Sorry I’ll get off my Soap Box Now.
    Bottom Line is Obama Care is Unconstitutional.
    5 to 4 decision. Toss up which way.

    I think the real problem here is ‘precident’. When judges begin to take into account the judgement of others it will always distort the laws. Like making a xerox copy from a copy or verbally passing along a message from person to person, all errors, intentional or not, are magnified over the course of this process. All law should be judged according to the original standard. This is why they wrote it down in the Constitution, so we would have that original standard.

      This is so true. Decisions should not be based on “case law”. They should always go back to original law. I have been saying this for years.

    Can we like simplify this thing?? If a law is unconstitutional, then it’s unconstitutional ..no ifs, ands, and buts. It’s illogical to make an unconstitutional law constitutional. If the supreme court justices have any integrity at all, ObamaCare should get a slam dunk 9-0 unconstitutional decision. Now lets talk Kiren Chetry; I‘m happy she’s here and away from the dark side …she was a conservative pundit when she was at Fox News. At CNN, judging by how she handled her interviews, she was a liberal hack. Now here she is on TheBlaze posing as a conservative again. I just wanna know if she flips her political stance according to which ever way the wind blow?? And what is she really, a conservative or liberal or do it depend on what station she is currently on??
