‘Real News From The Blaze’ Discusses Romney’s Econ Experience, Not-So-‘Kosher’ Robocalls and Wilson From ‘Castaway’

On Tuesday night’s ”Real News From The Blaze,” the panel delivered a highly charged exchanges on the similarities and dissimilarities between Mitt Romney and Barack Obama.
Host Will Cain pulled no punches, saying that comparing Obama to Romney on the basis of Romneycare is “total B.S.”
“This is a man who worked in private equity,” Cain clarified. Adding that he sees Romney as man who can “get it” because of his understanding of capitalism and the financial markets. Obama is the antithesis of that, Cain asserted.
Blaze national security expert Buck Sexton asked how, given Romney’s business accumen and success, could Americans have a “better” candidate at this moment in time — especially considering the key economic issues currently facing the nation. “Now we have that guy and people are turning their nose up at him!” Sexton astutely observed. Watch the clip below:
When the topic turned to donations and negative campaign ads, Sexton noted how Gingrich’s recent robocall warning voters that Romney had forced Holocaust survivors to eat non-Kosher meals took mudslinging to an entirely new level and that these types of “unseemly” attacks have sunk to gutter-depths.
For her part, co-host S.E. Cupp focused instead on the importance of well-timed endorsements, such as the one Herman Cain bestowed on Gingrich right before the Florida Primary. Cain, however, noted that no substantive endorsement from a key Florida lawmaker, like Marco Rubio or Jeb Bush, was made for any of the candidates this time around.
Finally, for some levity, Andrew Klavan delivered his analysis of each Republican candidate and explained why he will instead endorse Wilson, the soccer ball/imaginary friend of actor Tom Hanks in the movie “Castaway.”

Posted on February 1, 2012 at 11:49amOBAMA – NO ( illegitimate, incompetent,etc,etc,etc)
ROMNEY – NO ( Habitual Liar/no integrity/FlipFlopper -White version of Obama – Alinsky type tactics)
SANTORUM – NO (spoiler – no chance)
PAUL – DEFINITELY NO ( He’s a NUT! – On that same footing as Vermin Supreme)
NEWT – YES (Not a sellout, bucks the establishment, best debater, most articulate, most REAL experience, accomplishments, most practical solutions, true Reagan Conservative, a passionate fighter, has conviction and stands on principle, by far the ONLY candidate that can eviscerate Obama and dismantle his propaganda machine.)
Florida voters chose Romney, to be sure, but it‘s not over till it’s over. The real battle begins when Santorum gets off his ego trip and realizes he has absolutely no chance at the nomination. His ego doesn’t allow him to see reality, so he continues to split the vote. He’s just another Huckleberry trying to make a name for himself to get his own cable show. And of course, there’s Dr. Paul! Oh well, maybe Mr. Paul and Vermin Supreme can start their own party. Take your followers with you please!
SAVE THE REPUBLIC – VOTE FOR NEWT 2012

Posted on February 1, 2012 at 7:13amEven the Wall Street Journal doesn’t see much there “there”…see Review and Outlook for 9/7/2011.
Opening paragraph – “Yet the 160 pages and 59 proposals also strike us as surprisingly timid and tactical considering our economic predicament. They‘re a technocrat’s guide more than a reform manifesto.”
Last paragraph, which pretty much sums it up – “The biggest rap on Mr. Romney as a potential President is that it’s hard to discern any core beliefs beyond faith in his own managerial expertise. For all of its good points, yesterday‘s policy potpourri won’t change that perception.”
What‘s ironic is that Romney’s economic adviser on his campaign is the one and only engineer of Bush’s Economic Agenda, R. Glenn Hubbard. The largest expansion of government up to that point in time and promoter of TARP bailouts.
Mitt Romney’s chief economic advisor for his campaign is the very same guy that engineered the economy into a disaster under GWB.

Posted on February 1, 2012 at 6:49amThis is hilarious that people are so economically dense that they actually believe we have a sound money system. Only Ron Paul would eliminate the FED. Only Ron Paul is a danger to the central bankers who monopolize our money.
Yeah, Romney is an economic genius alright. Any bloke who came up with Romneycare has GOT to be qualified as a decepticon Republican, hasn’t he?

Romney plans to issue an executive order, the first day, eliminating Obamacare.
Where is that power and authority granted the President in the Constitution?

I think that he still might start to gain support as the process moves ahead. I think as the air comes out of newts bubble that Santorum might be able to capitalize on Mitts unpopularity among the evangelicals and the far right. Santorum comes across as Mr. everyday America. I think that he could pull us all together. He might take Mitt as running mate to help straighten out the economy. I guess Mitt/Santorum would do in a pinch or Mitt /Backmann
