‘Real News From The Blaze’: Obama’s Support Plans for Syrian Rebels Leak

Reuters reported Wednesday that President Obama has signed a secret order to authorize support for the Syrian people’s opposition to the government of President Bashar al-Assad:
“President Barack Obama has signed a secret order authorizing U.S. support for rebels seeking to depose Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his government, U.S. sources familiar with the matter said.
Obama’s order, approved earlier this year and known as an intelligence “finding,” broadly permits the CIA and other U.S. agencies to provide support that could help the rebels oust Assad.”
The rebel forces have become more organized and better armed in recent weeks, deploying heavy weapons during an attack on a military air base in Aleppo Thursday. The report on President Obama signing an order giving the Syrian opposition forces direct covert assistance from the U.S. raises concerns regarding foreign policy leaks to the press. It was only a few weeks ago that the Defense Department announced a plan to monitor media organizations to identify leaks of classified information.
Joined Thursday by former Vets for Freedom Executive Director Pete Hegseth and Emily Ekins of the Reason Foundation, the ‘Real News‘ panel discussed the progress of opposition forces in Syria and how the news release of the president’s secret order may be having a practical effect on the ground.

We no longer know how to prosecute the Iraq and Afghan wars as it is. For some stupid reason we keep wanting to win their ‘Hearts and Minds’. We should be after their Heads with a ferocious intensity until they crawl to us and ask for forgiveness. That is how you fight a war. After they surrender unconditionally, we let the Red Cross, USAID and other charities in to fix their ‘Hearts and Minds’. Our military has had its purpose perverted, in more than one way…

Report Post »This “secret” order probably origionated with Irianian born Valerie Jarret, who has ties to the Muslim Brotherhood. Guess who is, once again, behind the so called rebel insurgents.
Dear Leader is a Muslim and is, at least, in the pocket of the Brotherhood, if not a member himself. Sounds radical? Hate speech? Nope, you’ll see that I am correct once he and his gangster regime are deposed.
If they’re not deposed, we are far worse than merely screwed.

We will shortly be facing a serious deadly crises here and we need our military personnel in America itself, not scattered all over the world, which is part of the plan to defeat America in detail.

Nothing new, everthing in it we already admitted publicly, it’s just reminding the Syrian Muslims that we are helping…some.
Problem is the Chemical and Biological Weapons and what happens with them. The guys that have them think they are about to be genocidally exterminated if the Muslims win, and they’re probably right. Gotta handle this one with kid gloves.

National security is at risk if we continue to have this crap continue. I use to believe this was deliberate by the BO Administration and indeed some of the past leaks may have been, but I don’t believe this one is. That said, we are broke and these neocon policies have to end. We did have a small window of opportunity to help but the administration at that time said no and now, any involvement with us is taking sides in a civil war so we should now cease and desist. Sad since it‘s inhuman what Assad’s doing to his own people but what we will do is now going to cause more collateral damage then good. If all we indeed do is assist with intel, that is one thing, but who here believes that’s all we will do? We need to now save up for the inevitible conflict with Iran anyway. :)
