‘Real News From The Blaze:‘ ’One Country’s Terror Group, Another’s Useful Tool?’

Tuesday marks the second day of talks between Iran and the IAEA regarding Iran’s nuclear program. Media coverage on the region this week has also centered on the hanging of a member of the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad by Iran. Majid Jamali Fash, was executed for killing one of Iran’s nuclear scientists in 2010. While this news is in deed pertinent, another story from Iran has received less media attention and could have long-term implications for the State Department’s handling of terror groups moving forward.

A heavy hitting, bi-partisan lobbying effort has petitioned Secretary of State Hilary Clinton for the past two years to remove the organization called Mujahideen e-Khalq (or MeK) from the State Department’s terrorism list, presumably as part of a house cleaning of a military base in Baghdad. The Wall Street Journal reports that officials say Secretary Clinton has yet to make any final decision on the MeK’s status, but allege that the State Department was looking favorably at delisting MeK if it continued cooperating by vacating a former paramilitary base inside Iraq, called Camp Ashraf, which the group had used to stage cross-border strikes into Iran.

MeK was originally named as a terrorist entity 15 years ago for its alleged role in assassinating U.S. citizens in the years before the 1979 Islamic revolution in Iran and for allying with Saddam Hussein against Tehran.

“Real News” opened Tuesday setting the table on where the Iran talks are now, and discussed MeK and whether “one country’s terror group, another’s useful tool?” Journalist and Middle East affairs expert Lisa Daftari joined the panel.

    In the case of Obama its the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas and Hezbollah that are the useful tools to be unleashed here in the States.

    Taking the Mujahideen e-Khalq (MeK) off the State Department‘s terrorist list shouldn’t be too difficult for Hillary Clinton. There has never been a terrorist that the Clintonistas didn’t like, as evidenced by the fact that they built a monument to the Mujahideen and al Qaeda filthy terrorists in the heart of Bosnia with one million of our taxpayer dollars, and forced the Christian Serbs who they bombed four separate times to pay for it as well!

    I agree with Lisa Daftari’s assessment of the situation wholeheartedly. She has definitely got her principles in the right place and we need more people like her speaking out! To put this terrorist organization, the MeK, on some kind of pedestal is the most agregious act that anyone could do! As I said, though, if anyone could do it, Hillary Clinton would, since she and Bill Clinton before her always sided, and sides, with the terrorists, and they will not hesitate to do it again!

    It’s time to vote all these terrorist lovers and dhimmis in all the Western governments out of office as soon as possible! They can no longer be trusted! And our lives depend on it!

    If this Country is not turned around in Nov., force will be required. The Constitution gives the authority. We have a duty to bring back liberty. In the course many Senate, Congress, House of Reps., and the Executive Branch should be tried for treason. There may be as many as 1,000 people who need tried for treason under their oath to the Constitution. We are in an epic crisis.
    By force I am not advocating war. I am saying people need to strap on. We have a right and to defend ones self or neighbor self or even property is right. As Constitutionalist all laws should stand under our liberty. Any who try to take our neighbors self or property should be met with 100′s of citizens prepared to defend themselves and their neighbor. This is the way if Nov. does not resolve the crisis.
    In the meantime Obama needs brought up on Impeachment charges for numerous illegal acts.
    Why are the Congress and Senate afraid to impeach Obama? I have thought long and hard about this and I suspect it’s they do not want to be tarred and feathered as a racist. Surely Obama would use the racist card against them. Plus, pulbic servants are cowards with a self serving agenda.

    Overlook the Mujahideen at your own peril. I‘ve seen the MeK’s handiwork firsthand. I highly doubt Hillary has a clue what she’s dealing with…as usual.
