‘Real News From The Blaze:’ Paul Ryan It Is!

After months of speculation on who would be Mitt Romney’s running mate, and three-and-a-half years of waiting to see what the GOP will put on the ticket against Barack Obama in 2012, we have our answer: Romney-Ryan. The 42-year-old Wisconsin congressman was chosen by Mitt Romney this weekend to be his running mate, following a week of increased pressure from conservative op-ed writers and intellectuals to see the young “movement conservative” and House Budget Committee chairman elevated to the national stage. “Real News From The Blaze” began Monday by breaking down who Paul Ryan is, and what we can learn about the governing ideology of both Mitt Romney and his pick, from Ryan’s record.
At first glance, Ryan benefits Romney as a young and articulate small government conservative with a favorable opinion within the base, a talented campaigner from a swing state, and a proven leader in writing and presenting policy on Capitol Hill.
But Ryan is not void of flaws to conservatives and independents. The Wisconsin Republican voted for both TARP and the auto-bailout, and has been rated by some statistical measures as the most conservative Republican member of Congress to be picked for the vice-presidential slot since at least 1900.

Report Post »He is a professional Congressman, has not held a job in decades. He never served in the military, neither did Mitt.
He voted for the Employee Non-Discrimination Act, he believes his gay friends were born that way.
He did not have any trouble with keeping funds flowing to Planned Parenthood, PBS, and NPR.

I wonder how many parents of Paul acolytes have accused their spouses of infidelies? You know…. THAT child can’t possibly be mine and vice versa… lol.
